Nous avons pour louer une chambre 4, 2 maison de bain. Notre place est tout près de South Lake Tahoe et Heavenly Ski resort. Sortez par la porte d'entrée pour le sentier national forestier de randonnée, et en bas de la rue du lac, des restaurants et des casinos. Vous allez adorer notre place à cause des lits confortables, la cuisine gastronomique, le confort et la façon calme du quartier est. Notre place est bon pour les couples, les aventuriers en solo, les voyageurs d'affaires et les familles (avec enfants).

My family really enjoyed our stay in this home. It is in a really convenient location in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. I was really impressed that the host, Joan, provided everything you could possibly need in terms of bedding, utensils, pots/pans, board games, playpen/crib, beach towels, charger ports. There was even a goodie basket! She was super communicative upon arrival and departure, making sure we had everything we needed. The house was very clean and we felt very much “at home”. I can’t wait to visit again on our next trip to Tahoe.

Very nice place in a great location.

We (4 guys) had a great stay. It was nice having 4 bedrooms, so we each had our own space. One of the bedrooms had a bunk bed and twin, which would be perfect for kids. The house has been updated very nicely and the garage makes a very nice bonus room. The location is also a plus, being close to everything. I would definitely stay here again.

Great place- close to everything.

Joans place was perfect for what we were looking for. It felt like home, so much so that I didn’t want to leave! Everything is labeled so you know where it goes, and she has great instructions on how to work the TVs which was very helpful. They had shampoo and soap for you to use in the showers, and plenty of extra blankets. Would stay here again!

Great getaway home

We had a good time stating in this house. It's not huge but it's cozy. Owner is very nice and responds to your answers very quickly. It has everything you might need.

Incredible birthday getaway

We took a family trip to celebrate my son‘s 25th birthday and watch the Super Bowl. Although the game did not turn out quite as we had hoped, we still had a great time. The property was very clean and welcoming. We especially enjoyed the hot tub. Joan is a fantastic host. She’s a great communicator, and was able to accommodate every request we had. Highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a good time in Tahoe.

Perfect ski get away

The house is perfectly situated for hitting the slopes at Heavenly, so close to the Boulder Lodge lifts. (Which was our favorite lift area.) The home was clean, spacious and stocked with necessities inclusing blankets (some even heated) , towels, toiletries and kitchen supplies. (Bonus was the home was decorated for Christmas.) Joan was extremely responsive and a pleasure to work with. Hot tub was a warm treat after hitting the mountain and the large area in front of the fireplace was ideal to gather and talk story. Would highly recommend this place for families and friends who want a home away from home.

Lake tahoe 2023

The cabin was beautiful. Very clean. The location was really close to the lake. I did appreciate the amenities it had ( especially the cooking stuff ). Was not a fan of having to put a $1,000 deposit on something that already has damage deposit / insurance. But overall it was a 9. It would have being a perfect 10 if it was not for that mandatory $1,000 deposit. .

The hous3 was amazing! But please take pictures of the place when u leave because the house keeper is shady. They are charging us for damage that we did not do. Must be a racial thing because we were black she treated us with an attitude when she came over.. they didn't provide us with any paper towels and with only 2 rolls of toilet paper..i would think twice about staying here the owner is not trustworthy. Also my friend slipped and fell and hurt her back and owner didnt care. They just want out money to fix stuff that precious people broke. So be very careful with this place. Bathrooms were dirty and one bedroom had an ant problem. Owner never apol8gized to his at all..sed we broke a futon and tv when all we did was open it!! Beware renters!!

Dear Stacey, Sorry things did not work out for you and your company while you stayed at our home in Tahoe. It is our policy to leave paper towels and toilet paper, I am sorry you feel like it was not enough, we do try to keep our guest satisfied with enough for their stay. We will try to keep this in mind for our next guests, we are always trying to improve. Yes, we did have to charge you for the broken kitchen chair, damage to the cabinets, wall and futon you and your friends caused damage to, but we hope in the future you will be mindful of these things in the next house you stay in. Our policy is, if you damage it, it must be compensated for. I am sorry your friend hurt herself while at our home, we try very hard to make sure it is a safe stay as well. I wish you would have said something when you were there, we did not know this till you left and got mad that we filed a claim against you. Next time you might want to tell the owners when an accident occurs. As far as the dirty bathroom, that is just nonsense! Our housekeeper has been with us for 2 years and has been nothing but stellar! Our reviews will prove this by any shadow of the doubt. My advise to you is, maybe you would be better suited for a hotel stay next time you decide to stay anywhere in the future. Regards, Joan

Retreat during quarantine!

The house was perfect for the 7 of us, we all had a great time. We enjoyed the hot tub, cooking, provided snow equipment. It was snowing the day we left and we got to enjoy building a snowman.

Cute and cozy.

My family and I stayed at this house for 2 nights. We enjoyed the quite neighborhood and the proximity to “The Strip”. It comfortably slept 10 adults. We spent most our time at the beaches but we did play Uno and watch TV at night. There’s a large gas grill we used to cook one of the nights. It’s not pictured but is listed in the description. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect spot to spend Christmas

Our 2 families, 8 adults/young adults - loved our time here. The house was cozy, but not cramped, neighbors were friendly, hot tub was a treat after a long cold day on the slopes, and the decorated Christmas tree made it feel like home! Close proximity to everything. Hiking nearby. thank you for a making our holiday special!

Loved this house!

We enjoyed staying in this house. It is really close to the casinos and the lake. We enjoyed going in the hot tub and staying in some days as the house is very cozy and clean. We would definitely stay here again!!!

Beautiful!

My family and I stayed at your beautiful rental in preparation for my daughter's wedding. We wanted to stay local for convenience since we all live down the hill in Roseville/Lincoln area. The house and surrounding area is gorgeous and I'm sure my daughter will have lovely pre wedding pictures to remember her special day. I can't think of any improvements. Everything was readily accessible and the caretakers left their number for any questions or additional needs. Very helpful. We had had a wonderful experience! 🤵👰💍🍾

We currently live in the Bay Area in California. We are a family of five who enjoy going up to Tahoe and enjoying the great outdoors. We love to bike, snowboard, hike and swim in beautiful Tahoe.

We purchased this property so we could come up to Tahoe and get away from the hustle and bustle of the city. We enjoy coming up here and relaxing in our quite backyard and sitting on the peaceful beaches in South Lake Tahoe and Nevada beach!

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

We are unique because we are close to the ski resort (Heavenly), close to South Lake Tahoe, hiking and the casinos. We are located a few house away from the national forest, it's nice to be able to walk out our door and walk straight in the forest to go hiking.
