A fabulous new South Tahoe listing from an established VRBO Premier Host!
This well appointed luxury condominium offers gorgeous panaromic lake views, spaciousness and attention to detail. Located just up the street from Heavenly Tahoe for easy access to skiing and riding. Summer hiking/biking trails and quick access to the Tahoe Rim Trail are equally close. The casino and restaurant district is just 10 minutes down the hill for a great night life. Beaches are also just a short drive away.
Our Condominium has a serene setting with incredible and stunning panoramic lake views - where we come to lose our mind and find our soul !
It is located just up the street from Heavenly Tahoe ski area with quick access to both the Boulder and Stagecoach base areas - the property is located on the Heavenly shuttle stop for convenient pick up/drop off. If you're into winter and summer sports this is an ideal location to enjoy all of it - skiing is just around the corner (ski down to Boulder lift or walk to the stagecoach lift) and biking/hiking trails are just as close (access Tahoe Rim Trail from the parking lot). Or just relax in the expansive ~1650 square feet of comfort and amenities and lake views.
The pictures just don't do it justice - panoramic lake views from the living room and panoramic deck (with gas grill) are stunning since this location is on an unobstructed ridge. You'll feel like you are viewing the lake from the air! Be sure to capture your sunset photo from here - no two sunsets are the same and everyone is fantastic.
This home is also just a 10-minute drive to the beaches, casinos, and nightlife. Itâs also just a 1/4 mile from the Tahoe Village HOA pool and hot tub complex for swimming pool (summer) and hot tub (year-round) - hours and operation can vary so inquire for current status.
You will find this expansive space very welcoming. This home features 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main floor has an open floor plan allowing guests to flow easily from kitchen to dining to spacious living area centered around gorgeously exposed fireplace (natural gas) with amazing views. Step outside on the main floor deck for sunsets, stargazing and a beverage. The deck, with glass railings, has a high-top table with 4 chairs â we love the morning breakfast on the deck while soaking in the views. No restaurant in Tahoe can beat that setting.
The kitchen is well stocked with all the quality cooking and bakeware you could need. All dish stock and utensils are provided as well.
On the main living floor are 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Both bedrooms have a queen bed with a mirrored closet and are immediately adjacent to the bathroom in the hall. One bedroom has a dedicated desk area with a printer. On the downstairs floor is bedroom #3 with a queen bed. Bedroom #4 has two twin beds. Bathroom #2 is immediately adjacent to both bedrooms.
All bathrooms are fully stocked with fresh towels, shampoo, conditioner and bodywash. Full front-loading washer and dryer are also provided for your convenience in a separate laundry room downstairs.
There are stairs (about 50) to access the property so please be aware that access is not suitable for the disabled.
This is a really comfortable condo. We stock all the beds with highest quality mattress, linens, blankets, comforters and pillows and aim to have everything you will need to just kick back and the enjoy the views!
The unit is located on a private lane that sits above Boulder Ski Run on Heavenlyâs Nevada side, with panoramic views of North Bowl, Boulder Chair Lifts and Lake Tahoe. You can see Palisades (formerly Squaw Valley), Alpine Meadows and Homewood in the distance, across the lake. It is truly breathtaking.
Wi-Fi reception is excellent for streaming or working remotely. There are 3 Mesh Wi-Fi routers for expanded coverage throughout the condo
So gather your friends and family and come enjoy a lovely place together - there's plenty of room, amazing views, lots to do and close to everything! We hope to host you soon.
Parking is available in the large, shared lot and we are permitted 3 vehicles.
You access the property via the private lane from the parking lot to a set of 50 stairs leading to the front door. The distance from the parking lot to the stairs is about 300 feet. You can pull your vehicle to the bottom of the staircase to load/unload/pick-up/drop-off - parking is not permitted for extended periods of time. Pull to the side of the road so other cars can pass. When done go park and walk back.
This is a strictly non-smoking and non-vaping property (including the deck) and we appreciate/expect your cooperation. This is also a non-pet home.
The street/area is very quiet and peaceful. Quiet hours are from 9PM-8AM and will be STRICTLY ENFORCED. This is a residential area and full-time residents live in the building. Absolutely no large or loud parties or excessive noise or amplified music allowed.
Additionally, the Living room has a 42â LED UHD TV. The pantry has lots of games for a fun family night. It also has 100s of DVD/Blu-Rays to enjoy a timeless classic or you can stream your favorite show on Netflix or Prime using the Roku box connected to the TV. Or connect your phone to the Bluetooth receiver to stream your own music playlist on the 5 ceiling speakers. Thereâs plenty to do once the sun goes down. The bedroom downstairs also has a 65â Smart LED UHD Samsung TV.
