It was a pleasure to stay at your house you met all my expectations a very cosy and comfortable house a quiet place I recommend it 100% and I will rent it again in the future I loved it.

Terrible experience!!!

This house it's located on intersection of two very ,very ,very busy Streets. Very scary Area. I would not leave my car overnight in front of this house. I was traveling with my 2 daughters and a wife And the we were scared to get out of the car. After 30 minutes looking around we decide not to stay here at all. We did not even unpack our stuff And We left. I got charged for 2 nights and cleaning fee by the homeowner. I hope everyone can read this And think Twice before booking this house.

The map on this listing shows exactly where this home is located so that travelers can make their own decisions regarding whether this is the right location for them before booking. This home is also located across the street from the Youth Athletic Complex, the Sarasota BMX Track, a well-lit tennis court, playground, and Ed Smith Stadium is right around the corner. The safety of the neighborhood has never posed issues in the past but we're sorry you felt otherwise. The owner really enjoys the fun buzz of this hotspot neighborhood where she stays a few months out of the year. This owner is known for going above and beyond for their guests, and we're confident future travelers will have exceptional stays. Best, the Evolve Team

Nice Furniture and Layout, but noisy traffic.

Owner was very accessible and reactive to a couple things we found needed attention. All of the furnishings were very comfortable, including the beds. Dogs enjoyed the fenced in yard. As stated in other reviews, the definite minus of the property is the traffic noise. There was no way to escape it and it started early morning and lasted well into the late evening hours. This unfortunately wasn’t something that had a “fix” to it. This being the case, is our main reason for not being able to rate this property higher. For those looking for a home close to baseball and tennis, this might be a good location. The Baltimore Orioles camp is maybe a 1/2 mile away. Tennis courts right across the avenue.

Clean and comfortable

It's always difficult to truly see what you are getting on the website so I will try to give an honest review of the property. My husband and I stayed here 6 nights. We both felt the curb appeal/first impression of the outside was not that great. The neighborhood is mostly small homes and businesses selling construction materials, car mechanics, etc. Across the street however is a large park and only a couple of blocks gets you to the Baltimore Orioles Spring training ball park. We aren't actually big baseball fans but went to a game which was very fun. Also only a few miles to a few golf courses. The inside of the house was very clean and obviously recently updated. There is a small patio with a grill and gas fire pit table that we used on 2 relaxing nights. We ate at home a few nights and the kitchen was very well stocked for what we needed to prepare a full meal. (I would recommend to the owners adding a cutting board). The bed was very comfortable and though the road in front is quite busy the house was very quiet. I walked to the Westin downtown every day for a conference. It was about 3 miles but all roads had sidewalks and crossing signs. My husband wished we would have stayed closer to the water/beach but overall we had a very good experience in this home.

We enjoyed our stay home felt like a home away from home. Had beach supplies family games and such.Came fully equipped with everything needed to have a functional daily routine. Would book again. Had easy communication with renter. Over all get experience.

Great place for Sarasota vacation. Especially with dogs!

We loved our stay here! I was slightly nervous about booking the place after seeing a couple of negative reviews. However, we had zero issues with cleanliness or with the location. Everything was clean and ready when we arrived. We brought our two Labrador retrievers and they had a blast in the huge yard. The fence is in great shape, so we were able to spend lots of time playing out there. We also enjoyed using the grill and fire pit in the yard. Inside, the appliances were nice and the decor was cute. We caught some of the Olympics on TV, cooked a few meals in the kitchen, and enjoyed the very comfortable beds. We were also able to drive to Lido beach and Marie Selby gardens within 15 minutes. Would recommend, especially for dog owners visiting Sarasota.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was OK. We did find a roach when we first opened the door and I was not impressed by that. We contacted the property manager and they dropped off a roach motel to remedy the situation. That's it!

Very clean and spacious

This was a great house especially traveling with a dog. The fenced in back yard was a real plus! The house was clean and comfortable. It is an easy drive to restaurants, beaches and shops. The only down side for me was the location on such a busy road...was noisy at times. However we had no trouble getting in and out of the driveway. This is my second experience with Turnkey Rentals. They are gracious, helpful and attentive. I would definitely do business with them again! Overall, very pleased.

Only real negative was issues with 10 digit key code. Once a local rep came on day 3 & programmed a 4 digit code we had no issues.

Very nice house with everything inside that you could need. Close to the beach, the airport, and found a lot of other fun activities in the area. The house was clean, comfortable, and I loved the privacy and more room than a hotel. Highly recommend.
