This new construction home is ready for you to vacation! We all know its all about LOCATION, well this home is located so close to downtown Bradenton, only 8 miles to Beautiful Gulf Coast Crystal Sand Beaches, 4 miles to GT Bray Community Pool and Pickleball Center, under 1 mile to Shopping, Entertainment, Arts & Museums and restaurants to please any palate. We are also surrounded by great golf clubs in the Bradenton, Sarasota and Tampa area.
Beautifully done 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The open floor with lots of natural light, high ceilings and tile throughout the entire home welcomes you in! The kitchen is open and friendly with granite countertop and rich warm brown tone cabinets with plenty of storage and stainless steel appliances makes the kitchen warm and bright. Really nice size master with walk in closet and private bath, plus 2 guest rooms both good sizes as well!
The granite countertops and those rich warm brown tone cabinets are carried into the baths. You also will have a laundry room with a washer & dryer. The two car attached garage also offers extra storage space. Here is a video of the house. https://youtu.be/Kp735ahERzM
Please note: Pets under 30 lbs are allowed after review with the owner, guests must be 25 or older to rent, we are family friendly, we have quiet hours between 10pm - 8am and this is a non-smoking building.

Family trip

We stayed for the third time in this house. It is close to anything we need and other family members stayed in the house next door. Great house and especially liked the added chests in the bedrooms. Great hosts.

Great house, convenient location

House as described and was comfortable for our family. Lynda was very nice and answered our questions. The house is conveniently located to so many great beaches. Kids enjoyed Jeremiah's Italian Ice which is very close by.

Very pleased.

First time using VRBO and we couldn’t be more pleased. The home had what we needed to begin our 10 day stay as we waited to move into our new home. What was also great was when we had any questions, the owners immediately responded, they are wonderful hosts. Home is in walking distance to River walk, very good restaurants and shopping. Would definitely stay her again

Right from the start to the end we had nothing but good dealings. The property manager was extremely helpful and polite. The residence itself was excellent. The location was really good as it was close to all amenities. Highly recommended.

Convenient & Comfy

This home, plus the twin next door, housed our extended family, all in town for a wedding. So convenient for us to be staying so close to each other. Recommend renting both for larger family gatherings! House was tidy and beds were VERY comfy! Recommend fixing the situation where shrub sprinklers flood the front stoop every morning…had to sweep the water away. Very close to downtown restaurants and Riverwalk!

Wedding Weekend

The home was very comfortable and clean. It was my sons wedding weekend and the location was very convenient to the church and reception venue. Shopping and restaurants were also very easy to get to. Only small item was the sink in the master bath. The spigot needs to be replaced.

Absolutely wonderful

We were 3 guys in Bradenton to play golf and this place was just perfect. Nice and spacious, clean and comfortable. Owners responded to our questions in matter of minutes and took care of any concerns while we were away ,playing golf . Location was ideal with all the courses within minutes and restaurants all just around the corner. Neighborhood was quiet and safe. Nothing could have been better . Thank you Martin and Lynda!

Great Family Retreat by renting both houses.

We enjoyed the house. The location was perfect for our needs and we enjoyed walking around the neighborhood -- classic old Florida homes. Beds were great, the 8-top dining room table suited us well. Suggestion: More kitchen utensils, gadgets, cooking aids -- cutting boards, salad bowl (I bought one at Publix but took it home.). I would go to Tuesday Morning on Cortez Road and get a lot more kitchen things. They have a wide variety at good prices. Thanks, we had a great time.

Centrally located

We stayed in this property and it is close to downtown Bradenton, and not far from beaches. We had an elderly family member with a walker so it was spacious enough for him and has a shower he could walk into to. Jeremiahs Italian Ice was fabulous and very busy. It would be good to have some additioanl shades so there isn't a glare on TV, and in rooms to block lights at night and early morning daylight. Property was as described and met our needs.

Great updated house

This house has a master bedroom with its own bathroom and two guest rooms with a shared bathroom. It was great for 3 people or 3 pairs of people. The couch is even big enough if someone needs to use it to sleep. Kitchen and living area is very spacious along with an awesome kitchen table with plenty of room. The owner communicated perfectly when we needed something and that’s all really what you can ask for. We will definitely rebook for this time next year!!! Thank you

Bradenton review

The home was located close to some good restaurants and bars. It would be nice to have ceiling fans in the bedrooms and some more supplies. We flew in from Minnesota and it would have been nice to have some supplies such as Saran wrap, ziplocks, etc. There was only one dishwasher tablet available. The other thing that would be nice is mirrors in the bedrooms to assist with getting ready. We had 7 people staying so a few people were sharing a bathroom. The garage door didn't work when we arrived but we contacted the manager and they fixed it the following day. There is not an outdoor sitting area and the weather was beautiful and it would have been ideal. The home was clean and easily accessible.
