First of all, I'd like to say that the owner was fantastic. He responded quickly when I first booked and when I needed to check in early he allowed it, no fee. He was very quick to respond whenever I messaged him on VRBO. But just because the owner was great, doesn't mean I will lie about my stay. I should have asked for more pictures, because the listing only had a handful of pics, that looked great. In person much different. PROS: 1. Very close to the Imamiya station, it's right across the street. But it's a small one, so usually you would have to walk to a farther one, but that was not too bad, but we also searched using the starting point as Imamiya station.2. Daiso and grocery stores down the block. 3. There is a park nearby that had cherry blossoms trees in bloom, that was nice. I believe it was Daikokucho park.4. A discount clothing store a block away called Shimamura, they had cute clothing, Sanrio shirts at really good prices.5. Water gets super hot.6. The hair dryer was fantastic.CONS:1. Walk up to the 4th floor, no elevator. I had to lug my suitcases up and then all my purchases up and down. 2. Looks / feels like a prison cell. Could use updating.3. Not very clean. The bathroom had a necklace in the corner that was rusting. The room just felt dingy and dusty and I didn't feel comfortable with the bedding, so I bought a set at Daiso. 4. The towels to use were so tiny. We had to buy towels at Daiso.
