Vous allez adorer ce très spacieux condo 3BR / 2BA situé au rez-de-chaussée dans un immeuble ascenseur / hall. Cette propriété a un accès direct au garage de l'unité. Ce condo mis à jour a tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour profiter de votre séjour. Le salon est très spacieux et confortable avec de nombreux sièges. Il y a des ventilateurs de plafond dans toute la propriété, vous serez donc toujours cool. Il y a un lit King dans la chambre principale avec une grande salle de bain avec baignoire. La 2ème chambre a un lit Queen et la 3ème chambre a 2 lits doubles, donc il y a beaucoup de place pour tout le monde. La cuisine est très grande et a tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour cuisiner et profiter d'une collation rapide. Il y a une grande télévision à écran plat dans le salon, une télévision à écran plat dans la chambre principale et une dans la 2ème chambre. Si vous devez faire la lessive, il y a une laveuse et une sécheuse pour votre usage dans l'unité.

Le porche projeté est parfait pour les cocktails de l'après-midi ou pour se détendre avec un livre. Cet endroit est calme et offre de belles vues sur le parcours normand. Les terrains de golf de Barefoot Resort sont à proximité et il y en a quatre parmi lesquels choisir. Si vous êtes intéressé par le golf, faites-le nous savoir et nous pouvons contacter nos Golfmasters pour les heures de départ. The Havens est à environ 2 miles de la plage et il y a une navette gratuite qui fonctionne en été qui vous amènera à l'accès à la plage. Il est disponible toutes les heures en haute saison et nous vous donnerons un horaire lors de votre enregistrement.

Barefoot Landing est situé juste au-dessus de la voie navigable et a tellement de plaisir. Découvrez Alligator Adventure, Duplin Winery, Alabama Theatre pour ne nommer que quelques attractions. Il y a tellement de restaurants à choisir aussi. Demandez-nous nos favoris locaux!

Great location!

Loved the location! Close to the beach, good food, shopping, and golf, if that’s your thing. Enjoyed coffee every morning on the screened in porch. The bedroom with two full beds was perfect for teenage boys. Kitchen seemed well stocked, even though we only used toaster and coffee maker for breakfast.

Perfect for our golf trip in MB

The condo was just as described in the listing, it was clean, the beds were nice and having a ground floor unit with a garage was a nice place to store our clubs. I did contract the property manager asking for the code for the exterior garage door keypad, no one ever called me back. Otherwise it's a great condo in a great resort style community

The floors need to swept and mopped. There was a lot of hair on the floors throughout the unit. The tubs needs to be disinfected and cleaned. The area rugs need to be washed. I suggest that the company does a thorough walk through behind housekeeping to ensure that the unit’s cleanliness is up to par. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

Reviewer Comments: To begin a checkin time AT 4 does not work for us after driving about 7 hours. issues with the condo were : One of the recliners was broken, Garage and patio area absolutely filthy, bed in guest BR had a smell of some sort and had to move to recliner in den. Am sure the owners of this unit had done a good job with furnishings but if they want to be on rental program need to correct these issues.
