Great stay

Had nice stay at this house. Very clean and spacious. Bedrooms were really nice. Hot tub was a bonus worked out well. Close to UF.

Perfect Moms weekend

Perfect location. Felt very safe staying there and walking to places at UF. Will plan to say again before my son graduates…..very clean!!!! Comfy beds. Nicely stocked coffee bar and coffee maker. The backyard is cute too! Highly recommend!

UF Visit

We selected 7th Heaven as our "home base" to drop off our son at UF. The property is very well located, close to the campus but still in a quiet, safe and relaxing area. This is a beautiful property, very well kept, with numerous amenities, great decoration, lots of electronics and a large yard. The property is perfect for families and groups. The owners are responsive, quick to answer any queries and clearly take care of the property and their guests; the coffee bar is a great touch! We will return and highly recommend. Amazing home so close to UF

my family of 7 and i stayed here and had a truly amazing time! this home is adorable and much larger than it seems from the pictures and exterior. the hosts have thought of every little detail and were available for easy and fast communication. the home is just a few blocks from UF’s campus and the midtown area (short walk). the amenities and indoor spaces are perfect. would recommend over and over again.

Awesome home and hostesses

Bruce and Kameko were awesome hostesses. The home is immaculate and cozy. It was home away from home. They were very accommodating and checked in on us throughout our stay to ensure everything was up to par and if we needed anything. I highly recommend this home and we plan to stay again when we visit the area again next year if available.

Owner/Thermostat

The property/house is great. The owners seem to be alright also. we had a problem with being locked out of the thermostat(they have a pin code on it) the first night we all roasted. The owners tried to cool the house down but the locked thermostat went right back to its regular schedule after that command. The next day they removed the pin # and we were able to be comfortable. I also messaged to ask if we could extend our checkout to 12pm since we were there for a gator softball game that started at 2pm. , no response at all from the owners. Also, it's kind of creepy with all the echos and ring cameras listening and watching you. The ONLY downside to this place is that you are micromanaged to the 100th degree.

Perfect place for visiting UF

We very much enjoyed this property. Back yard and hot tub were a nice plus. Plenty of room and amenities were nice. We will definitely return. Hosts were very organized and responsive.

Owners responded immediately to all questions. The grill was perfect for our pregame food. We made use of the corn hole too! The beds were comfortable and the house was clean. Everything was as described. We enjoyed our stay!

Perfect game day weekend

The pictures do not do this place justice. This house is absolutely adorable and perfect for a group get together for a game day weekend. The house was well decorated, clean and spacious. The backyard was great for the tailgate. Can’t wait to stay here again another year.

Gainesville Medical Stay

We needed a house in close proximity to UF Health Shands Cardio Vascular Hospital and this was perfect for our needs. My husband was having surgery and our adult children were coming to be with us. Bruce and Kameko were great hosts. I would certainly rent from them again.

Beautiful house near UF campus

We were in town for a week moving our daughter into her new apartment. This house was amazing and so much better than staying in a cramped hotel. Nicely decorated, very clean, huge backyard and even had a cute coffee bar! The owners were very attentive and quick to respond. We look forward to staying there again in the future.
