The house was clean, good spot, close to everything. The wifi password is not easy to access, mis information. Tried to contact Benjamin with no reply. But all in all, its good , the group is happy and we can recommend, actually its my second stay in this house .

Perfect for our needs. Friends getting together to celebrate an important milestone. Very comfortable and functional.A few things to make mention of-kitchen sink needs a strainer cover to stop food building up and going down the drain-another tea towel and a few hand towels would be lovely as we cooked and ate in and there were 7of usMany thanks

The house was excellent for four families, each had their own bathroom and a bit of space. Kitchen was very well equipped, lots of toys and games for the kids and baby things. There are a lot of stairs, which we were warned about, but they weren't a problem for our group of adults, young kids and a toddler. Great location close to the beach and hot springs.

A great place for a big group

We had a group of 8 and found there was plenty of space in terms of bathrooms and bedrooms. The second floor was a great place to all meet & spend time together while still being able to retreat to our separate rooms for privacy. A great place for big groups of friends & family, we had a great time.

Birthday weekend

Our group of friends had a lovely weekend at Pertobe Rd Beachhouse. The house was very comfortable and relaxing and well designed for a large group. The location is ideal, close to the beach and the Hot Springs. The kitchen is well equipped and the house was very inviting. We were very sorry to leave after 2 nights.

Host was quick with response. House was neat and had all the basic supplies. Great place for larger families or groups as yiu have several bathrooms and bedding options.

Family holidays at Warrnambool

We were really happy with the property to stay for the holidays. It has everything we needed. The kids and adults enjoyed the fun games provided. If there are opportunities for us to come back Warrnambool, we will definitely book this holiday house again. Thanks a lot to Melissa Watts for letting us rent your holiday house.

Beautiful home & location

We had such a wonderful time. The moment we walked in was just blown away at home perfect this house was. The location was ideal too next to the town and beach, best of both worlds. Melissa was great at communicating and everything just ran so smoothly. I will definitely be back there for our future stay ;)

Fantastic place, the whole family stayed. With so many bedrooms we all had our own space. The location is great and the house was very clean. We would all love to come back and stay again.

Five Days with the Family

A wonderful time was had by all as the extended family gathered for 5 nights together in this great location. The well equipped kitchen enabled extended family dinners together whilst the kitchenettes in the mahogany and attic suites enabled the young families to cater for their own breakfasts and lunches. The 4 bathrooms and very hot water meant no waiting after trips to the beach. Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful family stay

The property was absolutely perfect for our large family. We had 8 adults and 6 children and there was room for more! All of the small things had been thought of like toys for the kids, high chair, portacots, a small tv in each bedroom which was a perfect touch as the children sometimes needed some alone time. Great location with a short walk to the beach and excellent playgrounds. A great cafe just down the road as well. We look forward to staying again.

Fantastic location, very well appointed accommodation. Great for a family group we had a very enjoyable stay.
