Nice Property

The house was as described. From the street looked neat and clean. Neighborhood had mixed housing conditions. The immediate area around this house was okay. Interior was fine. Beds were comfortable. Bathrooms were okay. Hot water in the master BR needs some attention. Not working properly. Kitchen and common areas were clean and comfortable. AC worked very well.Pool was very nice with a great view of a mini eco area with a canal and lots of wildlife. Was great for our long golf weekend.

Perfect for a family!

We loved this home! Especially the pool and lanai! House was very clean. King size bed was very comfy. My only suggestion would be to add curtains in the family room because the glare on the TV was so bad and an actual dining table so a family can sit down and eat a meal together.

Very clean

Lovely home with plenty of room. Everything was spotless and it was well equipped. The pool is beautiful and the bird watching in the mornings was splendid. I would definitely stay again.

Very comfortable, spacious & peaceful home!

Very spacious and comfortable house! We enjoyed the home very much. We did not get to use the pool. I don’t think the pool service cleaning had been there in a while or did not do their job well. The pool itself was very nice, however I don’t think it had been skimmed in a long time. We tried to skim it but it was a loosing battle. Otherwise it’s a great home!! We really enjoyed the lanai especially at night & in the morning! Tons of ducks & birds, very peaceful and pretty!! Would absolutely stay again!

A wonderful stay!!

What a beautiful house, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Tastefully decorated with great decor throughout! The king bed was super comfortable. The outside patio and pool area was the best part (especially as we paid extra for heating the pool) and we spent lots of time here. Lots of things included; beach towels, beach chairs, pool toys, coffee, cooking oil, laundry detergent, dishwasher tablets, dish soap and lots more. We would definitely stay here again! The description suggests the house is for 8 people however, I feel the house is designed for 4 with only 4 seats around each table etc!

Everything you need

The home was the prefect size, the pool was amazing, the yard provided many opportunities to see wildlife... a few small glitches which were taken care of immediately by the property owners & management. Very nice property

While the this property is gorgeous and we had a blast on our trip. The floors were not clean (there were footprints on the tiles) , the fire alarm was needing a battery (beeping as soon as we walked in and the entire trip) , the master bath shower was ice cold it literally it had no hot water. I wrote 2 emails regarding these issues and received only one email back about whay kind of battery was needed for the alarm. Also there was an option to upgrade and heat the pool. There was also no response about that in the email.

Spring Break

We rented the house for spring break, as our own home (in the same area) is under construction after being severely damaged in the hurricane. It was a lovely home! The house had everything we needed and was VERY clean! Our 3 kids really enjoyed the pool and the patio seating area with TV was very nice! Most of our time was spent out there. The kitchen had everything we needed and was well equipped. The home was very comfortable for our family and we have already recommended it to friends!

Spring Break 2023

We really enjoyed the house - it was just as described online. We were in town for spring break and the home had everything we needed. The pool and patio area were really wonderful and enjoyed by the whole family. The house was very clean and stocked with all of the essentials. We have already recommended this home to our friends for future stays.

Spacious house for my family of four

The property was wonderful. We really enjoyed our stay. We were in town for baseball at Terry Park. The fields were a quick 15-20 minute drive. We spent our evenings relaxing in the pool and watching movies on the TV on the lanai. The lanai area is very comfortable and easy to hang out in. The neighborhood is quiet and the canal in the back was great for watching some birds in the morning. The location worked well for us. We didn’t mind the drive down to Sanibel and Ft Myers Beach. It was an easy drive to the Six Mile Cypress Slough for a hike. And a quick drive to check out the Edison and Ford Winter Estate, with a dinner downtown at Ford’s Garage. There’s a Publix very close for groceries, etc. Great trip and a great property. The property manager was attentive and responsive. I was a little concerned when I was transferred to Evolve for the stay. But it was seamless.

This rental is great. The home was clean and there was lots of room to relax. The patio area was great. There is plenty of covered seating as well as plenty of room in the sun to sit and relax. The neighborhood was nice however I can not comment to much as once we arrived we went grocery shopping and didn't leave again until check out. We had a slight issue on Sat morning and it was handled quickly by the management company, communication with them was excellent. Great property I would not hesitate to return if we were in the area again. 2 suggestions would be to get a cutting board (we searched and could not find one) and add a mat in the kitchen in front of the sink and in the master bathroom outside of the shower.

This is a great property, the home was very clean and had lots of room. The patio/pool area was great, lots of places to sit and eat in the sun and also a covered area. We cooked all meals at the home and there was plenty of kitchen appliances and cookware. I loved the tea selection in the hall closet. We had a slight issue on Saturday morning and the management company handled it quickly, communication with them was excellent. 2 suggestions that I would say would be get a cutting board(we looked high and low and could not find one) and put a mat in the kitchen and in the master bath outside of the shower. I can not comment on the area, once we arrived we went grocery shopping and did not leave until it was time to check out. Highly recommend this property.

Very nice home

The house was great! Had more amenities than I expected. We used the washer and dryer more than I thought we would. The pool was great and there was plenty of seating by the pool. Could have used a pizza pan and a cutting board in the kitchen.

Second time around

This was our second year in a row staying at this property. The house wasn’t nearly as clean as we found it last year. The pool was great but the pool deck was dirty. It needed a good power washing. The previous renters left the barbecue pit dirty and pool floats laying around the pool it would really help if the 38 wall switches were labeled as to what they controlled. The best part about the house was watching the birds, ducks and turtles every morning and afternoon.

Needs Attention

We are former VRBO owners, so maybe our eyes were keyed into certain things. With that said, there were many things that needed cleaned and repaired and a general lack of attention to detail. The first few days I spent cleaning. Wiping out cupboards before I could use them; wiping down all surfaces; washing sheets and outdoor furniture coverings. Many items showed mildew/mold on them. Carpets were stained. Grill was dirty and unusable. Hurricane shutters were broken and could not be raised to allow sunlight in the room (code violation and repairman fixed). Ceiling fire detection alarms were taken down/malfunctioning batteries (again, code violation and repairman came to fix). Master bathroom door lock and vanity drawer were broken. I took it upon myself to rearrange cupboard and pantry, bedroom closets and linen closets because they were in such disarray. Also wiped walls down because of dirt. Many light bulbs missing or burnt out. We did receive prompt response from the property manager to come see the problem areas and to try and manage some repairs. It would be better if time was allowed in between rentals to thoroughly clean and work on maintenance.

Great place

This home is beautiful. The street is a main road neighborhood but don't let that deter you from staying here. The back yard/pool area is very private with a saltwater canal and wildlife visitors too. The interior of the home was very clean but the outside dining area needed some attention. There were crumbs all over and a few wrappers left behind from the previous renters. The home is spacious 2 large livingroom areas, average size bedrooms and bathrooms. There are quite a few items and supplies stocked up in this house. Washer and dryer were great and pods for the washer were supplied. Publix grocery is about a mile away along with other shopping and restaurants. I would definitely rent here again.

Great Place with some Room For Improvement

This is a nice spacious property in a good neighbourhood. There was adequate space for our family with each child in their own bedroom. A well stocked kitchen & beach supplies were definitely a plus. The pool/lanai area was the star of the show & allowed us to enjoy some downtime with a view of the birds/wildlife. Some room for improvement would include getting covers for electrical sockets in the master bedroom as they were just dangling in there. All bedroom windows & pool sliding doors could also benefit from blinds for privacy, as we had to use sheets as make-shift curtains in the master bedroom (the hurricane shutters didn't work either). It would also be a good idea to upgrade the 1 ply toilet paper & provide supplies (dishwasher pods, garbage bags etc) according to the duration of the stay instead of 3 day complimentary supply, especially considering the daily rental rate. With reference to decor/linens etc, a clean cohesive colour scheme should be considered in order to achieve a more high end look. All in all a great property, which needs a little more love & attention to reach full potential.

this was our first time using a VRBO and what a lovely experience. House was in terrific shape; clean, quiet, welcoming. checking in and out were seamless. very pleased and the location was terrific for accessing downtown Fort Myers plus fun restaurants in Cape Coral, FL. thank you
