Excellent family beach holiday

The pictures shown in the Stayz listing do not lie. The house is perfect for relaxing and entertaining. I will definitely rebook.

Perfect!

Fantastic, clean, great for family holiday with large group (9 and one baby - owner even left cot and high chair). Lots of things to do (bikes, kayaks, etc. in garage). Will definatley recommend staying and can't wait to come back!

A beautiful spot with direct beach access. All the amenities, clean home and great hosts

We had a beautiful Christmas at this property. With grassy area to set up play or just lounge around connecting to direct beach access, not having to worry about a road between for my toddler. Watching the ocean from the lounge room, waking up to the ocean from the main bedroom was a beautiful experience. This house had everything we needed to live comfortably for a week with our family. Quiet spot with friendly neighbours.

Slice of Heaven!

Had the most amazing week at Gen’s place. The house is comfortable and has everything you need for a relaxing stay. Gen was magnificent, great communication and very accommodating. The location and view are sublime. We didn’t want to leave. Thanks Gen and family for sharing your little slice of Heaven so others can also enjoy. We are already thinking about our next visit.

Great beach location

Comfortable home in great location. Close to major shopping centre (Westfield). Kids loved being able to step onto the beach from the back door. We enjoyed walking straight onto the beach for a morning stroll. The main bedroom has a beautiful view of the beach, it was lovely to watch the sunset. Awesome communication with the owner Gen, she made everything very clear, so when we arrived it was easy.

Great location, great set up and very generous with use of bikes, beach equipment etc. Great hosts, so accommodating and checked in to ensure we had everything we needed. Looking forward to returning soon!

The position and the views were amazing with ocean out the lounge room windows.

The accommodation accommodated for my 93 yr old mother who has poor mobility. She enjoyed sitting in the lounge looking out the window while reading a book. Have no hesitation recommending it in the future.

Fabulous location right on the beach

We were super lucky to find this gem, right on the beach with everything we needed in place. Lots of room and toys/activities for the kids. Fully equipped kitchen and linen, was everything we could have wanted. The beach and access was straight out the front door, views were amazing and the hosts were fabulously easy to deal with. Would recommend to anyone!

Beautiful place to enjoy Adelaide and especially the wonderful beach and sea views!

We really enjoyed our mini break. Perfect place for little kids with all the beach toys and a gorgeous beach right at the front door. There is everything you could possibly need in the house and it was so nice and cosy looking out from the lounge room at the wonderful ocean view. Thanks so much Gen for providing us with a perfect base for our Adelaide holiday celebrating my mums birthday. Hope to be back soon!

Home away from home!

Every now and then you walk into a place you have booked and it takes your breath away, your jaw drops and you have that WoW factor. If you want that experience look no further. Thankyou Gen and the family for making our stay a memorable one. We will be back atour home away from home.

Tranquil setting with a great vibe

We were really impressed with the vibe of the property... very chilled and relaxing. It felt like a home away from home- all the little touches like games and books for the kids and many added extras around the home that make all the difference to a family looking for a stress free break. Great communication from the host Gen who made everything easy and straightforward. We will definitely book again. One of the best we have stayed in out of the many properties we have booked through stayz.

Peace, Joy & Fun

I came to this rental to celebrate my 40th. I needed a place where a couple of friends and family could come and visit me each night to watch the sunset and enjoy a glass of wine. This location was simply magical and exceeded my every expectation. The view is spectacular whether it be rain or shine. The quiet peaceful beach only metres ahead. The level of detail the owners have gone to in making sure the house is fully equipped with everything you can think of (I’ve stayed in many places before and none have ever been this equipped- I didn’t even have to buy salt, pepper, oil or vinegar 😄). Thank you Gen and family for the stay, we will definitely be coming back!

Absolutely fabulous

Everything was perfect. Beds so comfy, could relax in the house and didn't feel like I was in a strangers home. And the location......the view. We WILL be back for longer. Ps: friendly neighbours too! Thanks Gen and family.

Family time with four generations!

Perfect location, amazing views of the ocean through huge windows, in a relaxed and comfy home. We hired this home as a present for my Mum's 90th birthday. We were able to spend quality time together, with various family members (GreatGrandkids, Grandkids etc) dropping in for a visit at various times during the week. There were lots of board games, kids toys and even craft items to play with together. Mum felt safe with no steps to contend with, and a bar to hold on to in the shower. Wonderful memories were made. A wonderful location walking straight onto the beach. Easy access to shops and dining. Host was lovely and the property has everything you need to entertain all ages. Highly recommend. We will be back again.

Wonderful location!

We had a fantastic couple of weeks at this property. It has the most perfect setting directly by the beach where the children can play safely & you can watch the sun set every night. There was a good outdoor terrace area where we had bbq’s most nights. It was close to both Semaphore beach & Henley beach so always had an excellent choice of places to eat out. The owners were always very responsive to all messages & the house was like a home from home. Lots of children’s toys both inside & out. I would thoroughly recommend this house - I don’t think there are many with this location anywhere else in Adelaide!
