Spring Break Getaway

Great location, easy access to the beach. Great swimming pool. Fantastic condo, clean and comfortable, had everything we needed in a home away from home. Will book again!

Weekend Family Trip

I took my family for a quick weekend beach trip before school started and stayed at the Village by the beach. The condo was excellent and had enough room for my wife and two kids, my daughter loved the bunk beds and the pull out bed was perfect for my teenage son. We were close to the beach and rented a golf cart for easy commute of essentials. Would def recommend a stay.

Perfect Place

This place was perfect. Only a few blocks to The beach. One story so it was great for an old gal with knee problems. My only complaint was that we didn’t stay long enough.

This corner unit was a perfect stay for our family. Clean on the inside, close vicinity to the pool, easy parking, and plenty of space for 4.

Perfect beach stay!

5 of us stayed here over July 4th weekend for a birthday trip. It was the perfect place for us: plenty of space, clean, walkable to beach, quiet, ample parking, and safe! We would (and are planning) to stay again! Plenty of amenities!

My stay

Everything was great but the little things, like Keurig cups for the coffee maker was lacking, and the hot water tank was definitely not big enough for the amount of bed space.

Daughter's Birthday

Came down to bring our 4 year old to the beach for the first time and was not disappointed. Very quiet, clean, and cozy little beach cottage. Will definitely stay again. 👍

Great stay, missing some amenities

Condo had a Keurig but no K cups and no other means to make coffee. It also did not have shampoo, conditioner or body wash, extra blankets, soap for dishwasher or laundry soap. It didn’t have any cards or games for entertainment. It would also be so nice if a few beach items were provided such as a beach mat and umbrella for travelers who fly in. Great location with just a short walk to the beach, very comfy beds, quiet development with a very nice pool area. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay—just needs a few amenities provided!

Beach, fishing, and pool

The property is located 1 block away from the beach, and the channel. My boys fished in the channel and we parked on the beach!! The pool was very nice also. The beds are comfortable and the arrangement is very well thought out. We LOVED this condo we will stay here again.

Great Vrbo!

We have stayed here many times now and every time we have the most amazing time! Our children (3, 5, 7) love the bunk beds and little toys they have there. My husband and I love the kitchen, comfy king bed, big TV and great pools and closeness to the beach! It’s always clean and ready for us! Highly recommend!!

There is nothing bad to say about our stay. Condo was clean and loved how there was toys and kids tubberware for little ones. Our family had flown in so we couldn't pack those things. There was even a kids table just their size. Master bedroom had the most comfortable bed I've ever slept on! Everything we needed to make our stay for the week a great family vacation was within a few miles. Beach a five minute walk, two pools, splash pads and playground on site. I have no complaints and will stay again when we come down.

Amazing cozy place

Let me start by saying this has been my favorite spot i have stayed at so far. The little house like setting. The kids loved the bunk beds. It was so convenient to have a water hose right in front to wash out all the items be brought back form the beach. THE POOL WAS AMAZING! it had a small kiddy section and then the big pool. We didnt want to leave. Over all we will be staying here again.

Great Stay

Everything was awesome! There are 2 different pools to go to. The beach is a short walk or drive. We had some trouble connecting to the internet initially, but Randy was fast to help us get it going again. Great location! We will be back again for sure!

Roomy & clean, great location!

The place is pretty new and had plenty of space for our family of four. Walking distance to the beach although we bought a very affordable annual vehicle permit to carry canopy & chairs. Would have been nice to know the playground was closed for renovations. Overall great stay, though!

Wonderful stay

We absolutely loved this condo. It was extremely clean and well kept. It exceeded our expectations and is highly recommended. It is just around the corner from the beach but very quiet so you get great rest. The beds were extremely comfortable. We would definitely rent this one again.

Perfect family condo

We have stayed at this condo a few times and love it! It has everything you need, spacious. Great appliances, plenty of sitting space and beds are very comfortable. Close to pool and beach, great location. We will be back again!

This condo was super cute, VERY clean and had everything you needed. Walking distance to the beach and two pools that my kids loved. Definitely a 10/10. We will be staying here again.

Great size for family of 5 but pack your own soap

We've stayed in this complex before. Here are a few reasons why we like it: -Its a great location and very close to the beach -Has two pools -Perfect size for a family of 5 -Unit had child plates, cups, toys, etc. -Plenty of blankets and pillows We were a little disappointed with this unit for the following reasons: -Hand soap in the bathroom and kitchen was just water -There was still a load of laundry in the washing machine -We found hair in the fridge and on a couple of the bed pillows -When taking a shower, half the water still comes out of the faucet -AC doesn't work great in the afternoons/evenings -Overall the "cleaning" felt like it was rushed (even though they charge $25/hour for excess cleaning needed). -Smoke detector was going off at 3am for no reason (not sure if this is because the units are all connected)

Nice but Not Worth It

It was nice at first but there was no binder of info, so i had to be contacting the property manager. It was unclear where the pool was because there was 2 of them. So we used the small pool that was further away twice before figuring out there was a bigger one closer. The instructions said the pool was behind us and the bigger pool was not behind us, it was in front of us. I must say that the cleanliness of the place was not good. The main rug sheds really bad. We only stayed there and went nowhere. The day after we left everyone got Covid-19. As hotel services are concerned, they must have more professional or industrial grade cleaners and disinfectants, as well as a little team cleaning the rooms. Here there is no one to adhere to with sanitation. I will not be wasting my money on a condo with fees and cleaning fees again. I prefer a hotel suite from now on.

Sweet vacation rental

This condo was just exactly what was portrayed. It was one block from the beach. I’m was extremely clean, well stocked and comfortable. The host was easy to reach. If you are needed a great place to stay then this condo is for you.
