Notre maison récemment rénovée dans un quartier calme est à quelques minutes de la plage (0,5 mile) et du centre-ville (0,9 mile)! Aire ouverte au rez-de-chaussée avec cuisine de chef spacieuse et bien équipée. Salon et bureau confortables et confortables. Laveuse / sécheuse. A l'étage, 3 chambres accueillantes (king, queen, lits superposés). Draps, serviettes de bain / plage inclus. Cour magnifiquement aménagée et clôturée, immense patio avec grande table de pique-nique, barbecue à gaz et douche extérieure fermée. Stationnement hors rue. Choix parfait pour la famille et les amis.

Peaceful stay in a beautiful home.

The house was very clean and accommodating. Large bathroom, well kept garden, the bed was very comfortable. Easy walk to the beach. Would definitely stay again!

Just PERFECT

Sarah’s home is so lovely and convenient to all the sites of south eastern Maine area. We loved the charm of the home… it was perfect for my husband and I and our young daughter (8 ys). Locations was easy to travel to Portland, Kennebunkport, Ogunquit, York etc… I hope to stay again next year. Sarah gave us excellent recommendations too. 👍

We loved our time in this beautiful house in a quiet location ! Walking to the beach easily. Sarah is a very welcoming person and was also really accessible by message text. She also have everything to have wonderful time at the beach. I would recommend for every families!

Wonderful Experience!

My family and I had such a great stay at this property! The house is beautiful and had everything we could possibly need! The host Sara was so nice and met us at the home upon arrival to show us around the property and answer any questions we had. The home is in a great location, just a short walk to the beach. We will definitely look into staying at this property another summer!

Lovely, clean, well-located for all the fun of Old Orchard Beach and Portland as well. Sarah could not have been more helpful, welcoming and communicative - it was one of the best rental experiences I've had.

Would definitely go back!

Sandra was an amazing host for a beautiful property. Honestly, we could not have asked for anything more from a house or host. I left my earrings there and she sent them back to me. If we find ourselves in OOB again, we most certainly will check out availability at this place first before looking anywhere else.

BACK IN 2024 FOR OUR SECOND STAY AT THE HOUSE

Everything was perfect...The Weather, The House and the Host. She greeted us and went over a few things with us. We stayed here in 2023 and enjoyed it so much we came back this year for another week. Enjoyable Stay

Family and friends stayed with us at Sarah's house. It is very comfortable and has a feel of home and comfort once you enter the house. All of us enjoyed the outdoor gardens and patio spaces. Sleep came easy with the comfortable beds and quiet neighbours. We really had a lot of fun! Thank you Sarah for making our stay and visit so enjoyable.

Wonderful OOB House

My family and I had a wonderful week at Sarah‘s property in old Orchard Beach! From check-in to check out our stay was seamless. Sarah has thought of everything in the property it truly felt like being at home while on vacation. There was ample space for myself, my husband, my parents and our two year-old son to enjoy each other‘s company and also to rest and relax independently of each other. The outdoor space was a huge bonus being able to have outdoor meals, shower off from the beach and rest on the lounge furniture. I highly recommend Sarah‘s property and would absolutely stay here again!

Wonderful experience during baseball tournament!

My family (5 people) and I stayed on the property for 4 nights during my son’s baseball tournament. The location was perfect, going back and forth to Portland for games, and walking to the beach at night. Sandy was timely with any questions we had. I would stay here again and would highly recommend. Thanks for a wonderful Maine experience!!!

Great location and very clean house

We love everything about this property. Sarah was really helpful. We arrived a few hours early, she let us check in and let us check out a few hours late as well. The house was stock with everything you need. Very clean house. We definitely will be back next summer ⛱️🌞⛱️.

Everything you need and clean!

Plenty of room for us 4 adults and two children. Sarah was an excellent host and her home is not only beautiful but is very clean and has just about everything you could possibly need in a home. The beach cart and chairs, fenced in yard, patio, outdoor shower, grill and gorgeous flowers/garden were all added bonuses. Short distance to the beach and about a mile to the pier. It’s evident the love and care Sarah puts into her home!

Nice home, cozy and convenient!

We had a very nice stay. Plenty of room for 4. Beautiful kitchen and clean home. Comfortable beds and amazing pillows. Sarah has everything you could need for a stay! From a plethora of kitchen items to guard rails and step stools and beach towels and much more. It’s even a pleasant neighborhood to go for a walk. There is a little hill to get down to the beach so coming back up was a little tough but luckily the home is pretty close to the beach itself. Sarah was so helpful and responsive for our stay and had great suggestions. I am going to miss that kitchen, bathroom and most of all those pillows!! Thank you so much. 🙌🙂

Can’t wait to return!

My husband and I cannot say enough wonderful things about this property! From the location to the beach, the amenities, cleanliness of the house, and the house overall- We had such an amazing time and it truly made our family vacation that much more enjoyable. We were very impressed with all that the house had to offer. The kitchen is perfect And is well stocked with cooking utensils, pans, pots, etc. The bathroom is also well stocked with all the towels you will need. Our boys enjoyed taking outdoor showers every evening after long days on the beach, and we enjoyed our family dinners on the large patio after grilling on the provided grill. The bedrooms are a perfect size and we were all comfortable during our five nights stay. Sarah is a wonderful, friendly and accommodating host. I wish all hosts treated their guests the way that Sarah does. She really wants to make you feel at home and that’s exactly how we felt. If you’re looking at this property for a family vacation - You will not be disappointed! Book it now!

Great house and location

This house is obviously someone's pride and joy-- and it shows. It is immaculate inside and out. The artwork inside is amazing and the gardens and flowers stunning. The kitchen has everything you might need (including lobster tools and pot and even measuring cups!). Beach equipment and an outdoor shower as well as the location, made this the perfect beach house. Sarah was easily accessible and quick to respond to our questions. The only drawback is that all the bedrooms are upstairs and both bathrooms are downstairs. As old folks, navigating the stairs in the middle of the night is not idea. However, this was a small price to pay overall for a great stay!

Home Away From Home

My family stayed at Sarah's Property in Old Orchard Beach for 1 week in August. This has to be our "Favorite Family Vacation" we have taken. The house and yard were very nice and well taken care of. The inside of the house was so nice and we all felt comfortable staying at this property. The house was nicely furnished and Sarah thought of everything that you might need while staying there, it was well equipped. She greeted us when we arrived, showed us around and answered any questions that we had and checked in with us during the week to make sure we were enjoying ourselves and didn't have any questions, which we didn't. I have never felt more at home while being away from home then I felt staying at this property. We would definitely stay here again...loved it! Thank You Sarah for having such a beautiful house that you shared with us in Old Orchard, Maine. Kay
