Crystal Mountain Chalet

Bienvenue à Greenwater et au Crystal Mountain Chalet. Située à environ 20 milles dans la forêt à l'est d'Enumclaw, la région de Greenwater se trouve au milieu de Norse Peak, Clearwater, Mount Rainier, William O Douglas, Tatoosh et Glacier View Wilderness.

Le Crystal Mountain Chalet est une belle cabine de style chalet de 3 chambres et 2 salles de bains. De hauts sapins encadrent la cabine et les fenêtres voûtées du plafond la remplissent de lumière. Niché dans Crystal River Ranch à Greenwater, le Crystal Mountain Chalet est doté d'un grand salon ouvert, de sièges de style bar dans la cuisine, ainsi que de suffisamment de couchage pour 9 personnes.

La communauté CRR est située à environ 18 miles de Crystal Mountain Ski Resort. Emplacement parfait pour les escapades de ski / snowboard le week-end en hiver, ou un accès facile aux randonnées pédestres / équestres / VTT et gondoles en été. Également situé à environ 30 miles de Sunrise, une destination populaire dans le parc national du Mont Rainier.

Le CRR est situé dans un refuge pour élans, il est donc courant de voir un troupeau local d'élans errer dans la communauté ... le long des routes, dans les cours ou peut-être le plus souvent sur la pelouse du centre communautaire. Il n'y a qu'une poignée de magasins dans la région de Greenwater, y compris une option de restauration / taverne qui est située à environ 3 miles de la cabine. Enumclaw est un pittoresque 20 miles de distance où vous pouvez trouver de grandes épiceries et plusieurs restaurants et magasins.

La cabine est meublée avec des draps, des serviettes, des couvertures et une cuisine bien équipée.

Les aventures en montagne commencent ici! Randonnée, vélo, ski, répétez! À la fin de la journée, réchauffez-vous dans la grande salle à côté du foyer au propane ou détendez-vous dans votre propre bain à remous privé.

Enjoyed the stay at the Chalet. Would probably stay again in the future. Had great kid friendly amenities, easy to understand instruction, clean hot tub. Could use a refresh on all bath and hand towels, some handyman work, and some deck fixes but all in all, a great place to stay. Would be great to have some area for dogs to play leash free in the future like a small dog run in the back and fix the adorandak chairs. Appreciate hiw close to the river it is and that we can use the play ground and rec center.

Such a perfect place to stay while visiting Mt Rainier. Very well stocked kitchen, plenty of towels for enjoying the hot tub, and so close to everything we wanted to do. Really appreciated the time the host took to write out recommendations for the area. There are lots of games and puzzles. Every detail to make your stay enjoyable was considered.

Staging Rainier

Check in was easy and less complicated than other VRBO stays we’ve done. Well supplied and clean. Great location for our summer mountain expeditions (even Paradise and Longmire.)Area is beautiful and quiet. Elk came through the yard. Trails nearby lead to White River. Only twenty minutes back to Enumclaw if you need anything or want a nice meal. Thanks!

Hope to return annually!

My twin sister, her partner, my partner and our 10 month old baby stayed here for 2 days. We felt absolutely at home. The cabin feels cozy, comfortable, and you can tell how much the owners respect and consider their guests. All the utilities, the hot tub, and the baby toys were such a magical touch. We had the best time, and we would love to return next summer!

So much to do

We spent 5 wonderful nights. The house had games, puzzles, hot tub, outside toys,,,everything we needed. Enjoyed the on site community area, with play ground, basketball, and pickleball, that we played twice. The kitchen was equipped with everything you could think. So clean and lots of dishes, pots, cleaning supplies. We were so happy. Best location for our trip up the mountain. Plus lots of elk to see.

Cozy Chalet

My group and I had a great stay at the Crystal Mountain Chalet. We were provided with clear instructions on how to arrive, which made it simple to navigate while in and out of cellular service. When we pulled up to the chalet, we were greeted by large Elk and tall trees. The accommodation was clean and cozy. The place had all the seats, kitchenware, and appliances we needed for our stay; including a BBQ with plenty of propane. Everything from check in til check out was easygoing. We made the most of our trip by heading up with Crystal Mountain for 3 days, which was 25 min away. Thanks for a great vacation!

Great winter getaway

We had a wonderful stay here! It very easily and comfortably fit 6 adults. The open kitchen and living room area (with a lovely warm fireplace) were perfect for relaxing after a long day of skiing- not to mention the hot tub! Hosts were very gracious, accommodating, and easy to communicate with. Would come back and stay here any day!

Wonderful cabin!

Came up for a ski trip for work peeps and this cabin was perfect. Great kitchen well stocked and lots of comfy places to hang out. Good location and comfortable beds. The hosts communicated well and we will definitely be back!

Great home base for skiing Crystal

Our two families stayed here as a base camp for skiing and snowshoeing at Crystal Mountain. The house was perfect for that. The kitchen was well appointed (and stocked with staples) and the den was cozy with a gas stove. The hot tub was perfect for an apres ski soak!Be aware that there are four queen beds and one twin bed (that is over a queen bed) so bed sharing needs to happen if you have a full house. And the four folks in the loft will hear everything in the living room (unless they use good earplugs). We would absolutely stay here again.

Crystal ski gaetaway

The cabin was very comfortable and clean and a short drive to Crystal mountain and Mt Rainier National park with the option of many great hikes near by. This was a great home base for a few days with sisters and mother in law visiting. We’ll definitely go back.

Girls Getaway

My 7 girlfriends from out of state flew in to spend the weekend at Crystal Mountain Chalet. We had a great time! Perfect space and layout for a group our size. We loved the open floorplan . Easy check in and out instructions. Hot tub was awesome and we would have used the fire pit if we had more time. Beds are comfortable and loved the water pressure! Overall it was a great stay. Vous êtes reçu par Michaela and Mark

We are Seattle transplants from Texas and Nebraska. The Navy brought Mark to the Northwest and travel nursing brought Michaela. We fell in love with the mountains and the sailing out here. We also really appreciate the lack of humidity that we experienced in our home states. Mark spent some time on the east coast attending Carnegie Melon University and Michaela is a proud University of Iowa alum!

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We both come from small towns in the country and grew up with free rein to explore. While we love living in Seattle and are hooked on Washington State, we wanted the opportunity to get our kids out into the mountains and forests that we have grown to love so much. This home gives us the chance to get them out hiking and exploring!

We chose this particular area because of its proximity to Crystal Mountain. It's our favorite mountain in the Seattle area, with lots of challenging terrain and a split upper and lower mountain, allowing expert skiers to get up in the tough stuff and newer riders to enjoy the greens and blues that help them improve. It's a great hill, with some of the most amazing views in the world.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

Greenwater is a short drive from Seattle. While Seattle rarely receives snow, Greenwater is a nice escape to get your "snow fix". Summers are warmer than Seattle and it rains less frequent. You can drive a short distance to multiple trailheads, or you can just step out the front door and use one of walking trails running throughout the CRR community, one along the White river. Not only is this a great home base for groups wanting a cozy getaway, but it is perfect for families. Kids will love the bunk beds and there is also a mini crib for the really little ones.
