NOUVEAUX PROPRIÉTAIRES! C'est l'une des locations les plus recherchées de toutes les suites Ocean Pointe. Cette unité avait plus de 60 avis cinq étoiles avec le propriétaire précédent! Et nous l'avons fait encore mieux !! Décor tropical mis à jour, nouveau canapé, aménagement plus ouvert, nouveaux lits jumeaux superposés, stockage de tringle et plus !!!

Notre condo a tout ce dont vous aurez besoin pour rendre vos vacances inoubliables.

La suite principale a un lit king size, une salle de bain principale privée et une télévision à écran plat. La chambre d'hôtes a un jumeau sur un lit superposé COMPLET et se connecte directement dans la salle de bain commune. Tous les lits ont des draps complets, y compris des draps en coton et des couettes légères. Il y a aussi un matelas gonflable gonflable. Des serviettes de piscine et de plage sont également fournies.

La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec des appareils électroménagers en acier inoxydable, des ustensiles de cuisine, des couverts, des ustensiles de cuisine, une cafetière, un keurig, un mixeur, des plats et plus encore - tout ce dont vous aurez besoin pour cuisiner et manger. L'unité dispose également d'une laveuse et sécheuse pour une utilisation pendant votre séjour.

Le salon dispose d'une télévision connectée HD 55 pouces, de plusieurs jeux, d'un lecteur DVD / Blu-ray et d'un accès Netflix. Il existe également un assortiment de jeux de société et de DVD.

Des raquettes et balles de tennis, un ballon de basket et une petite glacière de transport sont également fournis.

Situé sur 60 acres à Tavernier, niché entre Islamorada et Key Largo! Un court trajet en bateau de 15 minutes jusqu'au célèbre banc de sable d'Islamorada!

Les terrains privés et fermés d'Ocean Pointe offrent un paradis tropical. Des bâtiments d'inspiration tropicale avec des toits et des volets bleus se fondent dans un cadre naturel de feuillage vert, de l'océan Atlantique bleu et de sable blanc. Tout nouveau revêtement sur tous les bâtiments et l'aménagement paysager tropical!

Aucun complexe des Florida Keys n'est complet sans marina, et Ocean Pointe ne fait pas exception. Contre un supplément à payer à l'association Condo, l'Ocean Pointe Marina peut accueillir des bateaux jusqu'à 28 pieds avec accès à la rampe de mise à l'eau et au stationnement de remorque de bateau. Pendant que vous n'êtes pas à la pêche ou à la plongée, vous pouvez vous détendre au bord de la piscine olympique junior - qui a été entièrement rénovée en 2016 - avec des chaises longues, un bar de rafraîchissement sans rendez-vous et un bain à remous spa.

Pour un plongeon dans l'océan Atlantique, il y a la crique de la plage de sable, encadrée par une longue promenade en bois menant à un belvédère couvert avec des sièges, parfait pour admirer les vues sur l'océan sans fin. Les plongeurs en apnée de la plage voient souvent des raies léopards, des homards, des bébés barracudas, des porcs et d'autres variétés de vie marine.

Surplombant la plage et l'océan, le café sur place propose un bar complet et des repas légers. ainsi qu'un magasin d'articles divers pour tous les articles de dernière minute dont vous pourriez avoir besoin pour votre voyage.

Stay in the Keys

Condo was very comfortable, clean, and as described. Elevator was out of service, so that was not ideal to take large suitcases up to the second floor. Balcony barely fits 2 people to sit outside, but we didn't sit out there anyways, so no issue for us! We had a great stay, check in was easy, clean gated community, plenty of parking, and easy to find. Overall loved our stay and would stay again.

AWESOME PLACE IN BETWEEN KEY LARGO & ISLAMORADA!

Perfect location to experience all the upper keys have to offer! Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was fully equipped! Beach area at the resort was awesome!

March 2024 Family Spring Break

Had a terrific trip. The property was exactly as described and had everything we needed for a fantastic family trip. The Ocean Pointe property is ideally located too, right in between Key Largo and Islamorada. Thanks for letting us use your rental unit!

I think I stayed here the wrong time of year

This was my 5th trip to the Keys area and this place is a hard one for me to rate. Property manager Alex was easy to work with and returned messages in a timely manner. The unit 2205 needed some TLC but was clean and what was advertised. The Ocean Point property is clean and maintained in most common areas. The only reason why I do not rate this place higher is not the property manager's fault, it is because it's on the second floor and there are people above you. The floors and walls are paper thin and can hear everything from the occupants above you on the 3rd floor. There was a ridiculous amount of noise that went on every night and even mentioned it to security, but nothing happened. I thought that someone was doing renovations above us but learned that it was just people on vacation like us. The whole property was loud sometimes until 1 and 2am with people yelling. I stay up late and I like to have fun too but screaming and yelling late with so many other guests is just disrespectful. Property needs to have a curfew that after 11pm is quiet time. It is important to know that when I stayed it was spring break and there were a ton of families with several kids here so maybe that is why it was so loud and crazy during my trip. I even drank more than I normally do (well it is vacation) to help me sleep through the noise and was still getting awoke in the middle of the night. Tip: avoid pool and go to their private beach.

We loved key largo!

We had so much fun in key largo snorkeling. We had never been there before but will definitely be back! Cabana daydreaming was perfect for our family. It was very clean and decorated so nicely. The furniture and the beds were comfortable. The property was well maintained and the pool was nice. We would definitely stay there again!

No worry spot in the Keys

Great complex with nice pool, great beach area and plenty of parking! The unit has cute decor with lots of Florida history. Very nice kitchen, excellent lighting throughout and super comfy beds and pillows. There is even a small balcony that looks out over vegetation. By the beach area we saw an osprey nest where we watched an adult taking care of a baby! Everything you need to enjoy your stay in the upper Keys.

Great for boating families.

Had a great time. Condo was well stocked and perfect for family of five. Marina, boat launch, and trailer parking were a huge plus. Pool and 24/7 security added bonus. Had an issue with boat and security, owner, and fellow boater helped keep boat from sinking while we were way offshore in another boat.

Definitely a great place to stay!

Super cute place and VERY clean!! Conveniently located. The only thing was we didn’t see is that you can only have 2 cars, which we had 3 since we had 6 people. We had to find over night parking elsewhere which was kind of a pain. But other than that we were very happy with the stay.

Beautiful Condo, Amazing Pool, Delicious Drinks!

Alex’s property was nothing short of perfect! We had two adult couples and we enjoyed our stay! The condo was plenty big for us with two full bathrooms as well, well equipped with great towels! The beds were very comfortable with nice linens, the spacious updated kitchen with all dishes we needed was great, we enjoyed the cozy little balcony, the beautiful pool and hot tub had a great pool bar 11am-7pm with many choices and frozen drinks too! We also enjoyed the beach and cafe there as well! The property was close to area restaurants and more. It was a great location, we loved our stay, and look forward to next time!

Comfortable Condo

We were pleased overall with this condo itself. It had everything we needed and had everything as posted on the website. The kitchen, bathrooms, master bedroom and living room space were beautiful! The bunk beds in the second bedroom would be ok for kids but weren’t the best for two adults and the ladder needs repair. We were disappointed that the bar and restaurant on the property was closed due to a change in owners and would have appreciated knowing that in advance. That was one of the reasons we chose this property. The pool was great and we enjoyed spending time there! We appreciated the restaurant recommendations!

The overall resort property was nice with nice amenities- the pool, hot tub, beach, dock were all great. The unit we stayed in had some areas for improvement. The master bedroom shower was broken (stuck on when we tried to use it) and we had to contact the owner to have a plumber come. The plumber was able to get the shower shut off but we weren't able to use it the rest of our stay. Also, the bunkbed in the 2nd bedroom is very wiggly and we didn't feel safe having one of our kids sleep on the top bunk therefore we had to have one of our kids sleep on the couch. There was noticeable scuffs and other things in disrepair on the walls and trim and grime, dirt, and sand in corners of the unit.

The host was extremely unresponsive. There were many amenities that were broken or damaged when we arrived. When we arrived my five year old used the spare bathroom and it wouldn’t flush. The toilet was broken. When we tried to give the kids a bath in the only bath tub, the water was cold. So we all had to use the one bathroom. The unit is on the second floor which is fine except for the fact that the sliding door didn’t lock which isn’t great when you have young children. Then in the room with the bunk beds the ladder was broken. We tried contacting the host multiple times and got no response for hours. I tried calling and left a vm. Then over an hour later he responded saying he didn’t know why the ladder was broke and he would try and send a plumber out but he doubted they could get out there. When I messaged back about the other things he never responded back. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

Super pratique et agréable !

Nous avons pu découvrir les keys et revenir au calme profitez de la piscine, la plage! L’appartement est super bien aménagé et offre quelques surprises (raquettes de tennis, jeu de plage, etc.) donnant une touche très familiale et conviviale !

Great Vacation Destination

We enjoyed the condo. It was cute and set-up well. The location was terrific to travel to Key West and Anne's Beach. The pool was very nice and where we spent a lot of time. The beach area was great for watching sunrises. We had a terrific time...ready to go back the day after vacation! Thank you!

Great place to stay!

We had a great time visiting Tavernier! Ocean pointe suites is a beautiful location with a great pool and beach area. Very family friendly. Alex was very responsive and left a very detailed book with some great places to eat and things to do in the area! We did have a few minor stains on the sheets in our master bedroom, which were communicated to Alex and that is why I am rating the property a 4/5. The rest of the condo was clean and a great place to stay! Thanks Alex!
