Experience waterfront living and spectacular ocean views from this privately owned Ocean Pointe 2/2 condo with double balconies. Located in building 4 which is near the heated pool. Beyond the pool, take advantage of the numerous amenities, including a picnic area, tennis/pickleball courts, the marina, and the natural Florida Keys beach right on the property. You won’t even have to leave the grounds to watch the boats come in and out of the marina – all your favorite water activities are within reach! With so much to do and experience, this condo is perfect for an unforgettable getaway.
• You must be 25 years or older to book this property.
• NO work crews allowed. Family rentals only.
• Each unit is allowed 2 parking spaces.
• Pets are not allowed per the condo association.
• No Jet Skis allowed on property.
• If bringing a boat, you must have $300,000 liability insurance and $100,000 property damage insurance. You MUST provide proof of insurance PRIOR to arrival. Trailer parking is limited and based upon availability. $50/night. Max boat length is 28 feet. Slips are available on a limited basis. Slip price varies depending on the time of year $3.50-$6/foot/night. Max boat length is 23 feet. Please contact the Ocean Pointe Marina directly for additional details and availability.

Great place

We really enjoyed our stay and had all the amenities for a comfortable visit. Would recommend for any families going to enjoy a trip the the keys. Only thing that would have been a nice extra would be some beach chairs.

Great family vacation!

2 Grandparents,2 Parents, and 2 Kids had a great spring break full of adventures with this as our home base. It was very nice! Clean and handy. Beach area was small and surrounded by mangrove forest. The pool was great. The balcony was not kid safe for a 4 year old, so maybe BYO kid exclusion device/gate, if applicable. It could have used another comfortable chair. Just had a small couch.

Lovely condo

We enjoyed our time together in this condo. It was clean, beds were comfortable and we enjoyed the pool and hot tub. It was easy to find and in a great area for good restaurants. We would love to go there again.

Beautiful Oceanview Condo

Loved our stay at Ocean Pointe. The kitchen and main bathroom have recently been remodeled and they are very nice.A variety of restaurants and shops were just a short drive away. There is a bar on the property with typical bar food. We did not try it, but it looked appetizing.Overall a great stay. Would definitely consider again!

Family Fun

Great location & View. We really had a fun weekend and this the condo was close to everything we needed. The one opportunity that we experienced was the toilet in the quest bath was very small and seemed like a children's size. The condo was well stocked and very clean.

Worse beds and worse couch

All three beds are completely worn out. If you like sinking in a mattress and waking up with your back hurting then this is your place. So bad that tried sleeping on the couch and that is in worse condition than the beds. Owner needs to buy new couch and beds for sure. If someone would have said something in a review, I would have booked somewhere else. Hopefully the owner will do something before someone else spends good money for a hurt back.

Great Condo

Went on a quick trip to the keys with my daughter and son in law. We loved the cleanliness of the condo. I already miss the water view. It had comfortable beds and everything you need. The pool area was great, with lots of chairs. The buildings could use some address info as they all look alike. Plenty of parking too.

Great Accommodations in Paradise

The location was perfect for visiting the Keys. We were able to easily get anywhere to explore. The accommodations were clean and cared for well. It was nicely appointed and had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend.

Picture Perfect!

This was our 12 wedding anniversary trip and we couldn’t have enjoyed it more! The property was so quiet (which we loved), the unit was beautiful and the view was breathtaking! Def recommend it!

Well appointed and clean - Five stars

The condo was very nicely furnished, the kitchen had everything we needed and more and the unobstructed ocean view is amazing. We were able to cook several meals in the kitchen with all of the conveniences of home. The TV's worked fine and the property managers were incredibly efficient with providing the check-in details and wifi information. The community pool was a bit crowded but we were still able to find seats. We visited the private beach and pier and there were plenty of lounge seats there to sit in a more peaceful setting than the pool. The condo's location was a perfect launching point for the activities we had planned during our stay and was convenient to groceries and restaurants. We also appreciated that the community was gated and had security to check in visitors. If we were to return to the Keys we would stay here again.

We were disappointed that no toiletries were provided. No soap, etc. beach was not a real beach. Rocks and sludge. Would not even put my feet in.

Great stay!

The condo was nicely decorated. The kitchen was well stocked with everything for cooking. The beds were comfortable and plenty of bath and beach towels. Bring your own necessities, tp, paper towels, shampoo, soap everything else was there! The pool and beach are fantastic! We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again!

When we arrived, we noticed the screen on the door was ripped. I notified the property manager and it was fixed very quickly. We appreciated the promptness and would love to stay here again.

Ocean Pointe

Perfect place for us for our 13 year old grandson/great nephew to catch sailfish and go scuba diving. Beautiful views from two small balconies and very good security.
