For clarity for future guests, your reservation was made in December and our booking confirmation email was sent on the same day includes a link to the Hunter Valley Holiday Homes Terms & Conditions, which guests are required to review as part of the booking process. We make this very clear. These terms outline our strict no-noise policy and explain that while the property is suitable for group accommodation, we do not allow parties without consent. In addition, large equipment, games or external entertainment setups must be approved by management in advance, as the property is residential accommodation rather than an event venue. Our terms also explain that external security cameras are installed in outdoor areas such as the driveway and entry points for safety and insurance purposes. There are no cameras inside the property or near private areas like the pool and spa, cameras are used purely for security and insurance compliance. Guests always have the opportunity to review the terms prior to arrival and may cancel within the applicable cancellation period if they are not comfortable with them. You had this opportunity. We are pleased you otherwise enjoyed the property and thank you for staying with us.
