Murchison Waters: hôtels

Firstly we are located on the property and will assist making your stay as comfortable as we can you only need to come ask . These properties are listed with aircon in main living and master bedroom only . And they are sized to suit rooms. As they are cyclone properties the walls are insulated concrete and fibreglass. Which holds out the heat and keeps property very cool when closed .We have not had a problem with keeping these properties cool in past 25years . All windows have been installed with new cyclone screens in 2023 and roller shutters to keep light out also if need . Our properties have everything you need for a great holiday as for missing cutlery it has enough for 6 guests if not again please come and see us in office and we will assist . But I ensure you it has everything as I do all the cleaning and ensure everything is full and all kitchen appliances are there after previous guests. As for furniture and bedding it is a holiday home and I ensure anyone staying just because someone feels it’s cheap and uncomfortable it has everything you need for a great holiday at a very low affordable price . No where else in Kalbarri can you get what you get at Murchison waters . Thanks for your insight we would have appreciated being told this while you were here instead of online . Wow I’m so upset someone would say this when we are located on property and they are newly renovated after cyclone . Still undergoing repairs but to say they are neglected is very upsetting. Please see pictures when booking they are exactly what property looks like and it dose not smell and our cleaning standards are extremely high. If you are not satisfied with our accommodation come see us on arrival and we will give full refund. We don’t need to be put down online thanks this is our family business and we have been running for over 15years and to have it degraded like this online makes us want to stop renting .

Sorry our property wasn’t to your standards. We live behind and don’t party we live next to nation park which brings wildlife. Maybe next time stay in a 7 star property our property is value for money make your on reviews don’t trust people like this that try to destroy a small family business in regional town.

Sorry you did not enjoy you stay with us. Our units are very clean and tidy considering they are over 40 years old and over the past 2 years we have been painting them inside and out and they have new furniture through out so sorry but we take great pride in our units as they were our homes previously.I came straight over after you rang to find you not home so i serviced the unit (cleaned up your breakfast mess) which we don't normally do and i found no sign of mice even in all the bread crumbs left everywhere. We do take preventative measures by bombing twice a year and we have baits in positions you cant see as they need to be out of contact from children.We are located next to the national park so wildlife is everywhere.If they were there why did't you show me. If you have mice in your luggage sorry not pets allowed. Yes we are located on sight and you could have knock on our door anytime nothing is inconvenient we are here to help you.I am not in the business of checking up on people while they are on holidays. We charge $75 a night for 2 people so maybe you should look at upgrading your accommodation choice to 5 star which comes with daily service and hopefully no mice. Kate

Thanks for your review. The fan has just been installed waiting on electrician to connect , washing machine instructions are in the cupboard sorry please call next time we happy to show you and stove works fine we wouldn’t have it if not trustworthy .
