Ce mignon appartement d'hôtes est parfait pour profiter de l'eau et du centre-ville de Saugatuck. Il dispose d'une terrasse avec bain à remous pour profiter de la vue. Il a un quai et 2 kayaks pour explorer le lac. Le salon dispose d'une cheminée électrique pour les nuits fraîches. Il y a aussi une grille et un foyer

Il est situé sur Silver Lake qui se connecte au lac Kalamazoo et sort au lac Michigan. Profitez de la vue depuis votre terrasse, bain à remous ou le quai. Il comprend 2 kayaks pour profiter de la beauté naturelle du lac et des rivières. Il dispose également d'un foyer pour profiter des soirées. Le lac est idéal pour les sports nautiques ainsi que la pêche. La maison est à environ 1. 5 miles du centre-ville de Saugatuck. Pédalez jusqu'au quai miteux où vous pouvez vous attarder et marcher autour de la ville ou appeler l'Interurbain et être ramassé et déposé si vous n'avez pas envie de conduire ou de marcher.

Activités hivernales: La motoneige, la pêche sur glace et le patin à glace sur le lac sont amusants durant les mois d'hiver.

The space was not real big, but the location was great and the property was very nice. We spent most of our trip out and this was conceniently close to both town and Holland

Peaceful mini vacation

Walked dog, kayaked, hiked and swam at Saugatuck Dune State Park and Oval Beach, enjoyed hot tub and fire pit s’mores. Nice family time.

Perfect Girls Weekend

My friends and I stayed for a girls weekend and it was absolutely perfect. The location is great, especially with the $1 shuttle service in local area. The beach area/water view are gorgeous and we loved the deck/hot tub area. Thank you for a great time!

Pleasant Lakeside Getaway

I appreciate the owners thorough instructions and communications. I loved that additional activities information both local and nearby areas were provided. Although we did not use the grill or oven, kitchen items that would be needed to prepare a meal was provided. The hot tub was clean and refreshing but the cover was extra heavy and hard to manage on my own. I enjoyed the view and easy access to the beach area. This owner provides kayaks, paddles and some life jackets. We did not use these either due to a short stay and others plans previously made but this owner provides lots of extras to make your stay on the lake pleasurable. The neighborhood is excellent and quiet. I loved being able to bring my dog to this property and would like to thank the owner for trusting responsible pet owners. The beds were comfortable with plenty of closet space and dressers. I would recommend this property although it would be difficulty for a physically disabled person to access.

Beautiful view

Well designed apartment with great use of space. Everything necessary was provided. Lovely dead end street for walking the dogs. Close to town. Caution if you have mobility issues as there are many steps especially to reach the water.

A little noisy

I was continually startled by the acorns hitting the roof from the Oak tree right next to the apartment, even during the night they would wake me. Not that the tree should be removed..no.. It would have been nice to know that this is an issue during the fall. Otherwise a nice stay.

Little gem with great view

My husband and I had a relaxing getaway in this cozy apartment. Quiet, charming, and clean. They made the most of this small space. Only issue, a small one, was that the couch/futon was uncomfortable. Beds comfortable, nice bathroom, well equipped. Lots of closet space.

Private and peaceful

This little treasure puts you in nature yet so close to Saugatuck. The apartment provides all the amenities you could ask for. Two in our party kayaked and loved the peace they found on the lake. The hot tub was the perfect side but the chlorine was a little intense. Overall it’s a private setting nestled in nature in a lovely neighborhood. We would definitely return.

We had a great week.

We really enjoyed our time in Saugatuk and staying on the river was great. Here are the pluses to this property- Nice to be on the water House was clean Bedrooms were nice and beds were comfortable Hot tub was great Outside dining area Kayaks available Very private Minuses of the property- Living area was really small for 4 people Dishwasher and toaster didn’t work very well Dock and beach chairs were really dirty Less than 12 hours after we booked we realized that one of our children had a commitment that they couldn’t get out of and I messaged the owners 3 times to see if we could get out of our rental commitment and never received a response. When they say no cancellations, they mean it so make sure nothing comes up. Other than that we had a great time and we’re even allowed to bring our dogs which was great. It’s not luxurious but if you know what you are getting in to, you will have a great time.

Cute Little Getaway

The location was so beautiful. I especially enjoyed coffee on the deck and the hot tub. The bonfire by the water was fantastic. Very peaceful and surrounded by nature. Cute inside, very quaint and clean. I would definitely stay here again!

This place was great for our girls trip. it was a little tight with 6 people, but we made it work and really enjoyed the location! this home is less than 7 minutes from town and we had some great morning views of the water. we would stay here again!

Great Location

We had a really nice stay and we’re so close to downtown Sangatuck and Holland. Sunset is beautiful from beach (we were in Holland). Good restaurants. Place is a small apartment but we we out and about the area and not there much except at night. Host was fabulous in responding to questions.

Very nice but a little small

It was a very nice but small apartment. I’m glad there were only three of us. Also, there was no one else on the shared beach so if there were other people we might not have had as much fun. We loved having the hot tub. Really great location in terms of getting to the restaurants and bars. We would definitely return.

Lovely weekend getaway

Had such a great time getting away from the city hustle and bustle to enjoy some quiet and peaceful time next to the beautiful waterfront. My son enjoyed playing in the sand for the first time! Instructions and recommendations from the host were clear and easy to understand. Thank you so much!

Great view, plus kayaks and a hot tub!

Property was as described. Beautiful view. The end of the lake is a nature preserve, so we were able to kayak through a lovely area with many birds. The hot tub was already heated for our arrival. Owner responded immediately to solve a problem we had with the air conditioning. It was our first trip without kids in 23 years, and we had a great time. The second bedroom and futon in living room would have nicely accommodated several kids, if you want to bring them along. The path from the parking spot to the door was no problem for us (we are an out-of-shape, middle-aged couple with no disabilities).

Great location spa tub and kayaks were a nice feature but home was extremely small.

Loved the location, spa tub and kayaks. Outside brick patio was really dirty and needed to be swept and barbecue grill was disgusting as was the chiminea. Bath tub drain was clogged inside. Took forever to drain. Living room and kitchen were so small the four of couldn’t sit together to have coffee in the morning or watch tv after returning home from a day of adventures. The house was advertised to accommodate six people. Glad we just had four.

Cozy spot to chill

The place isn't very spacious but it was perfect for our 4 adult size people to relax and recoup in between excursions. It's location felt away from everything yet it was a short drive to everything we wanted to do. The lower cleanliness score is due to many of the dishes and cookware needing to be cleaned before they could be used.

Great getaway during the week

My family and I loved this quiet cottage during our much needed 2 day "during the week" getaway to Saugatuck. We utilized the features of the property and our host, Dana, was instrumental in having paddle boards delivered when my 10 year old daughter requested them at booking. Downtown Saugatuck and the Dune Rides were both about 10 minutes away and we had a great time exploring the shops, walking along the waterfront and visiting the farmers market. A great stay for our 2 day getaway!
