Espace de vie ouvert et spacieux et cuisine ouverte récemment rénovée avec comptoirs en granit et nouvelles armoires. Dans la suite laveuse / sécheuse.! Douche à l'italienne dans la salle de bain avec de nouveaux comptoirs en granit! Situé au rez-de-chaussée, l'unité dispose d'une véranda surdimensionnée et offre un accÚs facile aux bains de soleil, au barbecue et à une plage de sable adjacente! 109 was everything & more. This was my 15th time to Maui & by far my favourite condo. The ocean was right there. The swimmable beach, turtles every day, fully stocked condo. It was perfect. We will be back!

We stayed two weeks in this ground floor condo and loved it. The good: It's 16 steps from the the seawall. We loved the surf noise and the view of the ocean, plus Lanai and Molokai just 10 miles offshore. Waves splash onto the grass.The patio (locals call it the Lanai) is a perfect place to work.Most of the time we forgot we had neighbors, as our view was just grass and ocean.In late January, we saw so many whales we stopped noticing them, and turtles most days.We didn't feed the birds, but other people obviously do. They want to come inside, and often perched on the patio table with me while I worked. We enjoyed that.The Bads: The beach ain't great. We swam several times, and with the snorkeling gear we found on the patio we saw a few fish, but it's not the main attraction. The condo is smaller than the main picture leads you to believe (that's a mirror wall) but it's plenty big for two people. It's a shotgun layout, neither spacious nor cramped.Those were the only downsides.We cooked every day, and the kitchen had everything we needed. In fact we found all the small amenities we needed.The guest directions (how to clean up, etc) were the friendliest I have ever seen in a vrbo.An ABC and the Times supermarket are within walking distance, if you don't mind walking a mile, and a large Safeway is 5 miles away.In my opinion, it's foolish to visit hawaii and not get a room with a view. If we return to Maui, we'll try to book this same room.

We weren't daydreaming!

While the property may be dated, it is clean and offers priceless views. Within 10 minutes of arriving, we spotted several turtles and even whales! We enjoyed being able to walk to the nearby food truck park, indulge in cinnamon rolls at Papi's Ohana, grab coffee at Bad Ass Coffee, and stop by the ABC store.

Maui Vacation

This place is gorgeous! we stayed only a few days and it exceeded my expectations. The beds were comfortable. place was clean and the location is within walking distance to restaurants and shopping. This is a place I would defiantly come back to.

Really enjoyed our stay. I realize that if the place were exponentially nicer and updated the cost to stay would increase. So the price and the quality were equal and met my expectations. Beautiful little condo right on the water. Great experience

Turtles were visible every afternoon. We loved sitting on the lanai and watching the ocean. The sounds of the waves were ever present. I highly recommend this rental for a great vacation.

You can use google map to locate the condo with out any issues at all unlike what the condo management said you must follow their directions.

No notice that would be happening. They fenced off our lanai. I guess they knew no one would rent if they knew it would be noisy right outside the slider.

This is our 35th trip to Maui and we always look for places like this. The mainstream resorts offer an experience at twice the price, and waaaaay far from the water. Granted there is something to be said for someone to walk out to the pool and ask "May I bring you another drink?" but we learned a long time ago to trade all that for a wonderful view and avoiding the throngs of people. This place was perfect for that and we hope to visit again.

Reviewer Comments: Overall clean, but I would like to make the owner and manager aware of broken items and needed necessities.1)plug in black fan broken, it was broke last stay 5 yrs ago 2) something is causing sawdust in microwave cabinet and was all over the counter every morning in the coffee pot, could be termite3) Towels, silver ware, napkins, sandwich bags, foil items were not provided, I bought some and left for next guest.4) a/c is dripping water badly on Lani5) ice maker in freezer is not working well it drips alot of water and freezes to bottom of tray.

Reviewer Comments: Very nice place to stay. the guests were the ones that were rude and they felt like they were staying at the Ritz Carlton, I'm just really when you stay here is a member that your guest for someone who owns that condo. felt uncomfortable even going outside enjoying the beach because people were so rude. The sense of entitlement because they were able to put their credit card numbers in online to go to Maui was not an excuse enough for me to dislike my vacation.

My only comment is that the AC was old and rusted so it didn’t really make the living room area comfortable to sleep in. It was almosts as if it was blowing hot air because we were following how low we could set it. It was me, my significant other, and my two kids so the kids were supposed to sleep on the pull out sofa and us in the room. However we all crammed in the one room because it was cooler in there. Lahaina has breeze but during the day in the room it was hot.

Being oceanfront is what we wanted. Having our morning coffee in front of the aces and turtles was a daily dream come true! And then to watch the sunset as well was unexpected. The condo itself had everything we needed and more. We had use of beach chairs, sand toys & a boogie board. We truly felt like locals. One small note about our unit was that it was a little outdated in regards to the decor, furniture and carpet/tile etc.

I stayed here before 2 years ago and have recommended it to many of my friends and gave them the website. I came right after Covid and it was great but this time 2 weeks was great.. Both times I rented through Lonnie Newman and she is always very nice and friendly. And this time they were having a big meeting there and it was wonderful they had food and hula dancers music, tents the owners went all out and invited everyone staying there. It’s always great to stay there and a ground floor unit is even better lol thank you all so much Sheri Shepard Las Vegas, Nevada

Property manager and maintenance take much pride in making the outside of the property very alluring, relaxing and beautiful!The unit we stayed in #109 was filthy! It didn’t seem like it had been really cleaned in a long time! Dusty, rusty and moldy! Very uncomfortable the first night, but we cleaned and made it more comfortable for us! The location of the unit was perfect, but the inside left much to be desired! No upgrades, which would have been fine, if it was clean! I would recommend this building to everyone looking for a perfect location, and I would absolutely stay here again, but would choose a different unit for my stay!

In need of serious upgrades

Reviewer Comments: We've previously stayed at this facility in a different unit, but unit 109 is need of serious upgrades. For tall people you have to bend over backward to get under the shower head; the bed was way to soft and we woke with backaches every day; the slider doors to the lanai were difficult to open, the AC unit is rusting away from salt water on it's exterior likely affecting it's performance, the carpet [why is there carpet in the first place] was stained; so overall we'd never lease this unit again. It seems fairly obvious that the unit is in or near its original condition when the facility was built. The owner needs to seriously upgrade this unit to reflect current renter tastes.
