La lumière naturelle et la vue sur le lagon vous accueillent dans cette confortable villa de deuxième étage d'une chambre. Situé dans le quartier populaire d'East Beach, cet emplacement est imbattable. Une escapade parfaite pour toute retraite en couple.

Spacieuse pour une chambre, cette villa dispose d'un salon ouvert, de canapés et de sièges confortables et d'une grande télévision à écran plat. Un accès facile à la cuisine entièrement équipée permet à cette villa de profiter pleinement de son espace. Sortez sur le porche arrière à travers les portes coulissantes pour admirer les images et les sons de la vue panoramique sur le lagon.

Située juste à l'intérieur de l'entrée principale, la suite principale propose un lit king-size, une télévision à écran plat et un mobilier moderne pour compléter la pièce. La salle de bain complète est accessible depuis le couloir et contient un lavabo en granit et une douche à l'italienne. Plus que suffisamment d'espace pour tout couple.

L'emplacement centralisé du Mariners Watch Villa permet de profiter des commodités de l'île en un clin d'œil. Les 30 miles de pistes cyclables s'étendent jusqu'à Freshfields Village. Les espaces verts et les terrains de jeux de Night Heron Park sont facilement accessibles à pied. La magnifique plage de sable blanc de 10 miles de l'île de Kiawah se trouve en face du parking et sur la promenade!

Awesome vacation getaway

Loved this place! Great view from deck of lagoon and so many different birds. Easy walk to the beach, too. Everything clean and neat. Sweet water properties were amazing with their communication with all of our questions and needs. Have already booked again.

Great Location!

The location was excellent and we had a great time, but I was disappointed with the attention that the unit needed. Previous renter's complaints haven't been addressed.

Stairs!!!

The property would be fine for a younger couple. The extensive rickety staircase made for a scary excursion each time we went in or out. The unit was clean and comfortable but a bit run down. Neither TV works. Weird that there are 12 plus wine glasses and only 3 drinking glasses

Summer vacation

We had a wonderful time staying in this property. The location was perfect for accessing the beach and utilizing the trails. Very quiet and peaceful. Also nice to be on a corner property. There were a few housekeeping items that should be addressed. The filter in the return for the air conditioning had not been replaced and was blocking the AC from working properly. The door had a loose screw that had to be tightened every so often to close the door and none of the lights on the screened porch work. Again, overall, awesome place. Definitely would return and recommend to others

Mid-week Delight

We stayed at this property between weekends visiting with family in Atlanta and Charlotte. We wanted a few days relaxing at a beach location and we got exactly that. The condo was appointed nicely. The kitchen area was more than adequate for eating in. The living area was generous for two persons. The bedroom was large with a king size, comfortable bed.The walk-in shower in the bathroom was generous in size. In short, we found the unit to be exactly as it was represented in the photos. We really enjoyed relaxing in the screened in porch in the morning. The best part was the 2 minute walk to the beach down a paved path just outside the unit. The final approach to the beach was a short boardwalk with shower. We spent most of our days there and were blessed with beautiful weather. We highly recommend this location for a relaxing getaway.

Perfectly situated villa ideal for relaxing.

The condo was ideally located 5 minutes from the beach, 5 minutes from Night Heron Park and the nature center. It was on the end of the row of villas so very quiet.and the view of the lagoon from the lanai. The space was well equipped with beach chairs, towels and kitchenware, though not enough toilet paper for a week’s stay. Also, it would have been nice to have had a few more basic cooking staples like olive oil and tin foil, and washing detergent. Also, the main burner was broken so that made cooking a little challenging - we trust this will soon be replaced. The bathroom shower is quite spacious with good water pressure. The bed was somewhat hard and uncomfortable as were the pillows. There was plenty of drawer and closet space. Also, they had a good vacuum to clean up any sand brought back from the beach. All in all, we would stay here again.

Mariner's Watch - Week at Kiawah

Property was pretty much as advertised. 670 ft2 1 bedroom condo. Walking distance to ocean apprx 5 min. Not directly on ocean or ocean view. Does have a nice view of canals and bike path. Couple of maintanance issues need some attention. Door lock coming apart. Bathroom sink drain does not drain. Requested some draino, but never received. Could use more than one dishwasher pod for a stay longer than a weekend. Otherwise nice corner unit in a quiet area with easy access to beach and bike/walking trails.

Dirty

Got there in the evening and had a difficult time finding the apartment because it had no lights on the outside. The property I was in was dirty. It also needed a new toilet seat, new door lock, cleaned couches, beds and couches are also old. Blanket on the bed had a stain on it. Walls were dirty in bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and living room area. Stools were too high to eat at the counter, so nowhere to eat at unless you stood. 3 TV remotes for 1 TV, so difficult to know which to use.Didn't even want to be in there, so stayed out as much as possible. Could not hang clothes in the closet as there were fold away beds inside it, so lived out of our suitcases. I had spare sheets with me, and had to put them on the couches to sit on because they were also stained. Honestly the only thing good about this apartment was it was very close to the beach. I waited a year to go on holiday. I was so disappointed. I could have gotten the bathroom seat fixed, but property manager asked if i would be in, and didn't give me a time when they were coming over to fix it. I didn't want to sit in all day waiting. I have pictures of everything, but nowhere on here to post them. I will be emailing sweetgrass with them.

Great location and just a short walk to the beach. Enclosed porch overlooks the creek. Very cozy and single bedroom was perfect for the 2 of us. Only had a few minor issues. The front door wouldn’t lock correctly but we managed to get it to work each time we left the house. Also, tried to wash clothes but the washer didn’t drain properly and we had to wring the clothes by hand before putting them in the dryer. Aside from those minor things we had a great stay.

Location was perfect . Have stayed at Mariners Watch many times. The unit was very nice , clean & relaxing. Love Kiawah , the island is clean the bike trails are amazing & the beach is beautiful! It is doubtful we will stay through Sweetgrass properties again. Our unit was not ready when it was supposed to be & the AC was NOT working . We had a few uncomfortable nights. Called several times & it was checked but couldn’t be fixed at the time. Was told there would be compensation . Heard nothing back. Fortunately it was a cooler week but the air would have helped since the windows weren’t able to be opened & wasps kept coming in the from the deck . Will definitely be back to mariners watch not this particular company

Nice place with a few exceptions.

It was a nice property but we prefer a larger place. The one drawback we had was that it was impossible to eat dinner. The counter was an adequate size but the stools were too high to sit comfortably and eat. We had to go elsewhere when we had our meals or sit on the sofa. It should have counter high stools not bar height. The tv was also very difficult to watch. It was too small and hard to operate. Other than that the place was very clean. We had a very nice vacation.

Clean and cute!

We enjoyed this property. Loved the location. Very clean which is big for me. Will come back if/when we go back to Kiawah. Would really like to have counter height chairs instead of the too high bar height chairs as it is the only place to eat and work.
