Cette accueillante maison de plage en bois avec 3 chambres, 2 salles de bains et une piscine est située sur un seul niveau et est située dans le quartier calme et verdoyant de Depper Street. Dans un cadre boisé magnifique, le pont avant capture les brises fraîches et est un endroit paisible pour profiter d'une tasse de thé ou un bon livre. Le patio arrière avec barbecue Weber donne sur le terrain entièrement clos et la piscine.

Ceci est une maison de vacances très populaire qui est à une promenade facile à la plage et le village principal de Sunshine Beach.

Back for a second time

I was keen to return to this place after staying there 2 years ago. It just ticks all the boxes for a holiday stay. My Mum, my dog and I had a lovely relaxing time this time around.

Property needs some TLC , should have been cleaner and some rather bad drain smells need to be sorted out. It is however in a great location. Fortunately the weather was fabulous.

Great location

Great house, very clean and comfortable with a very well equiped kitchen. The bed was really comfy. It had a great matress and quality linen - always important! We loved there were two entertainment areas, one in the front and one in the back, both very comfortable. You couldn't ask for a better location. Just a short stroll to the beach and local cafes and restaurants and a short drive to larger shopping precinct. Loads of areas to go for walks close to the house. The only thing lacking were clothes hangers (come on - they are so cheap) and a couple of lounge chairs for around the pool. Oddly it was only fenced and gated on one side of the back deck which meant dogs and kids could go underneath the house which is potentially quite dangerous. We got around this by making a temporary barrier for our small dogs. Overall we loved our stay and will definately be back, it was a great stay

The property is fully fenced on its perimeter with an additional gate at the side. It is super secure for kids and pets. We have restocked the property with coat hangers and only wish we knew you needed these during your stay as we would have dropped them to you same day. We would love to have you back and will ensure next time that the housekeepers have the home fully stocked with all the things that your make your stay the most enjoyable. We loved our time in this great home. Comfortable beds, plenty of options for outdoor relaxing and everything was provided that you need for a getaway. Would definitely stay here again.

Great beach house and perfect location

Wonderful relaxing pet friendly beach house with pool. Perfect location to beach and shops. Only reason it’s not rated 5 stars is that the main bedroom photos have not been updated since property renovations - no door from the main bedroom to back deck, no tv or air con in main bedroom. Otherwise a great property, I highly recommend

Peaceful and relaxing

Just as it describes, it's a lovely beach house! Loved the feel of the place, simple and really comfortable. Loved the choice of outdoor seating - do we sit out the front or back today? - in a quiet street and outstanding location.

Great stay

This house was perfect for our 2 small families (4 adults, 2 x 6-yr olds and a dog). The house had everything we needed - the kids loved the gardens, pool and toys, the parents loved the outdoor deck and the proximity to the shops, beach (including dog beach) and trails, and the dog loved being there with us. We’d definitely return.

Rodent infestation, paint fumes and dangerous falling palm leaves

AWFUL. DANGEROUS. UNSAFE. My 8 night stay with my 2 year old puppy Grace at this property was unpleasant, traumatic and dangerous to our health!!! The property was in terrible and unsafe condition during our stay. On arrival the house had an overwhelming smell of paint fumes throughout. It had recently been painted. I had a bad headache because of the smell, and needed all windows open the first few days to not have a headache, even though it was very cold winter weather! Not ok when paying high rates!!!! Also they had poured paint over most of the grass area at the property and Grace didn't want to be on that part. Later on our first night we discovered a giant rat sitting near the steps to the front door! Thanks to the sensor light. Biggest rat I've ever seen! I reported this asap to the property manager the next day. I was given a refund for the first night of our stay. On our last day I noticed one bunk bed in the kids bedroom had a large amount of mouse droppings all over the pillow and bedspread!! Later that night, instead of enjoying ourselves on our last night, we were stuck in a bedroom hiding from a mouse on the loose in the house!!!!! The rodent problem had come inside!! The mouse was running all over the kitchen, on the kitchen benches, even while my dog was there barking and all lights on! It was obviously very comfortable in the house!! I couldn't even go out to the kitchen and make myself a cup of tea and couldn't finish packing as the mouse was right where all my stuff was in the kitchen/lounge area. My puppy Grace was barking and just beside herself about the mouse (she had never seen one). It was extremely stressful for me! It was far from the idyllic holiday at Sunshine Beach that I imagined. I can't believe I paid to live in a RODENT INFESTED property for my week long holiday! DISGRACEFUL.   I sent photos of the mouse sitting on the side of the bin in the kitchen, sitting near the fridge, the mouse poo on the kids bed, and the photos of the giant dead palm leaves that had fallen onto the grass area during our stay, to the property manager asking for a full refund due to the health and safety issues. The poor maintenance of the house was completely unacceptable and unsafe. I should not have had to pay for such an awful experience and I sought a full refund. The owner offered an insulting 1 night refund. I repeated my request and they then even refused to give that 1 night refund. OUTRAGEOUS!

As a professional real estate agency with over 70 properties, hundreds and hundreds of fabulous reviews, and a huge return guest clientele receiving this review is a shock to us. We do not provide our guests with dangerous or poorly maintained properties and the claims made in this review are grossly misrepresentitive of the property and our services. After the property was professionally re-painted using non-toxic paints, 7 guests and the property owner stayed in the property. The cleaners also attended after each stay. Not one of the prior guests, nor the guests who followed this reviewers stay mentioned any concern over paint fumes or paint spills, nor any other matter. In fact the majority of them provided us with feedback and their feedback was nothing but positive. The Owners recent renovations to the bathrooms and the re-painting of the home both internally and externally simply proves that they take pride in their home. Following this guests report of rodent activity on her last night at the property we had the property inspected by a professional pest technician. The contractor reported finding evidence of a mouse but confirmed there was no infestation at the property, stating it would not have been in residence very long at all. This unexpected issue has been immediately addressed. He also advised that it was not 'mouse droppings' on the childrens bunk beds but what is known as 'fiscal', which is tiny black 'dirt' pushed out by ants. The gardens are maintained on a regular basis but it is not surprising that a palm frond might have fallen during the occupants stay, due to the lovely lush tropical surrounds of this peaceful pet friendly holiday home. Should we ever receive a complaint from a guest we are responsive and fair. Unfortunately this guest appears to have been after a free holiday and when this was not granted, she has made an attempt to tarnish the reputation of this property and our agency. If you are considering holidaying in this property please read the other lovely reviews, and feel free to contact us in person if you have any questions. Just perfect

I stayed there with 2 teenage girls and really enjoyed the house and location. Everything we needed plus more. Netflix and wifi was appreciated by the teens. Lots of room, clean and well kept. The pool is small but nice. Loved the outdoor entertainment areas at front and back. Movies and games provided. Good kitchen and bbq. Comfortable lounge with air conditioning. Short walk to cafes and beach, just perfect for us :)

Beachside oasis

We loved this house. The huge light filled living /dining area was great for entertaining friends and family,3 good sized bedrooms, the master bedroom with an ensuite and it's own T.V was perfect ….the kitchen was well appointed, with all a large family could need. The backyard oasis/ pool and outdoor seating area, secluded, and the table big enough to entertain a dozen people.The beach is a 5 mins walk down the hill, as is the local shopping area with great cafe's and bars.

Great House and Location

The house was clean, renovated and well maintained and fitted out with everything you could need for a longer stay. We stayed 10 nights and appreciated being able to bring the 4 legged members of the family (dog friendly!) 5 minutes walk to the Village of Sunshine Beach, the Surf Club and beach. Huge selection of DVD's to while away the afternoon. Massive front deck and great space out back by the pool with a Weber BBQ if you feel inclined to cook. The northern end of Sunshine Beach is dog friendly/off leash and the pooches were in doggy paradise. Would definitely stay here again.
