Ce développement est juste au-dessus du centre-ville de Winter Park et a rarement des locations - ce n'est qu'un b��timent avec un garage souterrain privé chauffé, un ascenseur à votre porte et un agréable sentiment de sécurité. Facile de marcher en ville en été. Sur la navette gratuite. Et l'endroit est décoré à 9 comme on dit. Vraiment bien meublé, excellente literie et cuisine bien approvisionnée pour le chef du groupe.

Dispositions en mati��re de couchage: un roi dans la chambre des maîtres, une reine dans la deuxième chambre, une très longue lits jumeaux sur la couchette avec un lit gigogne supplémentaire dans la troisième chambre, ainsi qu’un système aérobed de taille queen. 10 personnes.

Great space for family

This unit is well maintained, kitchen stocked with every thing a chef needs to cook, and the main floor is perfect for entertaining or simply spending time with the whole family. I’ll stay here again.

Spacious and comfortable

We stayed here with 8 people while skiing and had plenty of space for us and our bags. Kitchen was very nice and we were able to cook up several meals. Hot tub on the lower floor was amazing after a long day skiing, as was the proximity to multiple bus routes to keep walking down on tired legs. Would definitely look into staying here again.

Ponderosa Pines

Great location with a great space for either friends or families to stay to go skiing at Winter Park! Bus system is just down the road. The place had all the amenities we were looking for including a well maintained hot tub (crucial imo for out of town skiers not used to the leg exercise). Check in and out was a breeze and the host was very responsive. Thanks for a great stay!

Great Place for a Gathering

We recently stayed at the ponderosa pines and were very happy with the accommodations. The kitchen and living areas were spacious and well-appointed, and it was very clean. The bedrooms were comfortable, with the small exception of the pillows, which we found to be stiff and hard. Otherwise, we had a wonderful time and would recommend a stay there!

Truly Deluxe

Very comfortable with excellent, well-equipped kitchen for those who like to cook for themselves. We spent a lot of time in the hot tub on the balcony. Three minute walk to shuttle bus. Large comfy couch. A couple of minor maintenance issues, but management was very responsive.

WP ski trip

Communication from the property owner was great from the booking through check out. Property was clean and spacious. Hot tub was awesome after a long day on the slopes. It was nice to have underground parking though I could see that getting a little tight depending on how many renters/owners are there on the weekends. Everyone in our group loved their stay. Only minor suggestion would maybe be having a Roku or streaming device on the tvs to allow guests to log into their accounts to watch additional programming. Overall wad a great experience, thanks!

Great Spot for big group!

This is a great choice if you like to cook and entertain. The kitchen has everything you need and the dinning table is terrific. Nice bench seats so you an all fit at the table, eat, drink and play games. If you have a big group this is terrific. The staff was also very attentive. They called to make sure we got in ok and if we had any needs. Top notch customer service. Our family had a great stay and I would highly reccomend Unit #9

What a great report! While it is nice to go out for a meal, that can be tough with a large group. It is wonderful to cook together and eat together. Glad you enjoyed the stay.

Wonderful family vacation

The condo is beautifully situated in lodgepole pine trees and peaceful. Very clean. Well supplied with towels for the hot tub, spices, oils and every imaginable kitchen appliance. We called customer service because the microwave wasn't working and discovered that it had been unplugged, however they answered the phone promptly and were willing to help. No A/C but it cools off at night, so we were very comfortable in late July.

Just ok

This property was just ok. They need to update the tvs to smart tvs. They have done some updates in the house and you think this would be one. You only get cable that is the cheapest you can get and can not log into your own Netflix account. There are no clocks in the house, only on the stove. No USB plug ins so make sure you bring a box for your chargers. The hot tub was amazing!

The property was beautiful--clean, quiet, spacious. Our only complaint was that we came home one afternoon to the carbon monoxide detector going off and the garage was full of smoke and smelled of exhausted. The detector went off for about 3 hours. We called the management at least 3 times, and they said they were sending someone, but no one came until the next morning. Just a bit concerning to sleep in a place where the carbon monoxide detector went off for hours.

Hi Stephanie, Thank you for your honest review and glad to hear you enjoyed the home, mostly. I'm sorry you had to listen to the beeping for so long. That can be annoying. I only show one call from you in our log, so I'm glad you were able to get it to stop on your own. We are generally on top of our game with maintenance calls and respond very quickly, but we did let you down that night. Our team has since put new batteries in the detector for the next guests. I hope you'll give us another chance to show you how great we can be.

We had a wonderful time at Ponderosa unit # 9 it was a corner unit the Views where incredible. The rooms downstairs where all super clean and every room had a beautiful snow view. Cooking upstairs in the kitchen or outside in the grill made our family time perfect building memories for our grown kids to have for a life time. The home was stock up with everything you need.It was so nice coming home to relax in the spa after a day of skiing. Thank you Winter Park Lodge for our sons gift and making his day special. We will be returning in the future.

Great Views - relaxing!

Loved the amazing views from this end unit! Kitchen was very well stocked allowing us prepare great meals and eat in. Location allowed access to great hiking trails/tennis court and shops/restaurants in town.
