Maison familiale de 5 chambres avec 2 maîtres et aire de jeux extérieure

Thank you so much for your wonderful review! It was a pleasure hosting your family. We're delighted to hear that everyone—from the youngest to the oldest—had a comfortable and relaxing stay, even with an unexpected snow day. We absolutely loved the snowman photo you shared! It was such a fun surprise and made us smile. We're so glad the home gave your family a cozy place to make special memories together. Thank you for taking such great care of our home and for your kind recommendation. We'd love to welcome you back for another stay—hopefully with sunshine next time, but you're always welcome if it snows again!

Thank you so much for your kind words! You were such a pleasure to host and we'd love to have you again!

Thank you for your feedback. We're glad you enjoyed the home and the yard. We'd like to clarify a few points for future guests. We provide a hair dryer in every bathroom, extra towels in the laundry room, and additional blankets in the bedroom closets. If anything had been missing or difficult to find, we would have been happy to help, but we did not receive any messages during your stay. We understand that bedding and furniture are a matter of personal preference. Our home is furnished to be clean, comfortable, and durable for families and large groups. We appreciate your comments and will continue looking for ways to improve our guests' experience.

Thank you so much for your wonderful review! We're delighted to hear the home was a perfect fit for your group and that everyone had plenty of space to relax and spend time together. It's great to know you enjoyed the patio, kitchen, laundry, and other amenities, and that the location was convenient for your visit. We're especially honored that your local friend plans to recommend our home to visiting family. We truly appreciate your kind words and would love to host you again whenever your travels bring you back to the area. Congratulations to your friend on their retirement and thank you for choosing to celebrate such a special occasion with us!

Thank you so much for your thoughtful feedback and kind words! We’re truly honored that you chose our home as the gathering place to celebrate your daughter’s graduation from Hampton University—what an incredible milestone for your family! We’re thrilled to hear that the backyard water feature made for a great photo op and that the patio, grill, and shared living spaces added to the fun, food, and laughter throughout your stay. Creating that kind of atmosphere is exactly what we aim for, and it’s wonderful to know it added to your celebration. We also sincerely appreciate your honest and helpful suggestions regarding the kitchen and amenities. You’re absolutely right—when we say the kitchen is fully stocked, it should meet those expectations. We’ve since added more cookware, including an air fryer and additional storage containers, to better serve future guests. Regarding the workout space—we removed larger exercise equipment from the garage to accommodate limited parking, but we’ll be adding more compact, space-saving equipment soon. And thank you for pointing out the need to clarify the breakfast offering—we’ll be updating the listing to better reflect what’s provided. Thanks again for being such respectful and thoughtful guests. We’d be delighted to welcome you back anytime—and we hope you’ll notice and enjoy the improvements when you return!
