RĂ©cemment meublĂ©, notre condominium au premier Ă©tage comprend tout le confort de la maison aux prix des hĂŽtels. La chambre principale contient un lit queen size et notre deuxiĂšme chambre a 2 lits doubles et une autre tĂ©lĂ©vision. Notre balcon extĂ©rieur s'Ă©tend sur l'ensemble du salon et des salles Ă  manger donnant sur Gulf Boulevard avec un espace pour barbecue et tabourets afin que vous puissiez vous dĂ©tendre et regarder le monde passer. Notre cuisine est entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ©e, jusqu'aux verres Ă  vin. Vous ĂȘtes juste en face de la plage oĂč vous pouvez admirer de magnifiques couchers de soleil sur le golfe du Mexique, ou faire une promenade au Kelly's Pub ou au Wanna Wanna, ou peut-ĂȘtre voulez-vous simplement passer du temps au bord de notre NOUVELLE piscine. Wonderful stay

We stayed for 2 nights and this is a wonderful choice. Host Pedro was very accommodative and friendly. House was clean as well. Very near to the beach and other amenities. Definitely recommend

Best Stay Ever

This condo had everything I was looking for and more. Spacious, comfort and close beach access was at the top of my list and I got it plus more. The location was not only perfect for a close beach walk but also very quiet. Aside from that checking in to the condo was extremely easy and who doesn't appreciate that. You don't have to go to another location for a key you simply walk up to the condo door and follow the instructions left by the owner to access key. We will definitely be retuning for more stays.

Great Work Trip Beach Getaway

We were in town for a work trip for an event I was hosting at the convention center, so the location of the condo was perfect! Close to all the things, and a short walk over to the beach. Couldn't have picked a better spot.A spacious place, there was plenty of room for myself, my husband, and my sister her partner to lounge out, eat, and be comfortable.The only thing that we noticed was fine pieces of sand were under the sheets. Nothing uncomfortable and maybe something to be expected from being across the beach, but it was an interesting surprise to find when crawling under the covers that first night when we got back from the convention center. Like I said, nothing that made it difficult to sleep, but was still noticeable. And we didn't wake up with sand on our bodies, so it was too fine to actually be a nuisance.All in all, this was a wonderful experience and stay. Pedro answered all of my questions and was extremely attentive to everything. We'll definitely be interested in returning to this condo for our future beach trips.

Always a great time!

From the owner to the property manager they were amazing! We were there during a storm and they checked on us to make sure we were good! So thoughtful! It’s so close to the beach(right across the road) it was all clean and tidy as it has been in past trips ! A great price and wonderful memories made! Thank y’all so much ! We look forward to staying again !

Loved everything about my stay here, property was clean with up to date appliances and smart tvs, location was perfect being right next to the beach, communication was also great. Definitely will be rebooking in the future!!!

Summer Vacation

The location is perfect and very close to the beach. The condo was clean and inviting. The AC was very cold, the water was hot, all the appliances are new and work wonderfully, and the kitchen has just about everything you need.

Perfect spot!

Great spot within a couple of minutes to beach access and shopping and dining. Loved the designated parking for our cars. Management was very responsive to a couple of different issues which were promptly resolved. I would suggest power washing the patio and replacing the patio furniture. It was dirty and I didn't want to sit on it. The floor also needed a good mopping. Otherwise a nice place. Thank you for a great stay.

It is close to the beach, and you can still feel ocean breeze at night even if you can't see it. Parking is great. Short walk to a bar, corner store and coffee shop. Housekeeping needs to be improved(our sheets where full of sand and other little things). We had a power outage and before we knew it was island wide. Tried to get in touch with property manager and the number seemed out of service. So hope you have no issues or you may be on your own. I'm complaining but I would stay again.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. As it is in a beach resort community, there is a musty smell from all of the moisture. I have been to other properties that include an information binder with things to do and information about the location. That would have been helpful.

This property served its purpose for our family. the only thing I would recommend is updating the mattress and the couch as both are not the most comfortable thing. We did not even see the property pool so I cant review that. we were busy doing other things. I would recommend this property to family and friends!

You get what you pay for

This condo is in desperate need of renovations and upgrades. It is in a great location like other reviews have mentioned, but the lack of upkeep of this place makes it hard to give it more than 3 stars. Everything is outdated, and typically wouldn’t bother me, but when things are poorly taken care of and falling apart, it’s hard to not overlook it. The A/C overflow pipe in the bathroom was constantly dripping, and was taken care of the next day when addressed, but by the following day, it was back to continuously dripping. Therefore, we all just took showers in the other bathroom. However, this issue was the least of our concerns. Our first night stay, we killed two roaches in the kitchen that evening, followed by baby roaches the following evenings every time we would get back at night. As soon as those lights came on, we’d find at least two scurrying around the kitchen counter. We told the renters about this and sent pictures when we told them about the A/C overflow pipe, but they never addressed it — only the pipe issue is what they acknowledged. The condo was nice and cold, having a washer and dryer was a plus, had no issues with the TV or WiFi, Felipe (who is the island contact for the condo) was very easy to get a hold of and responsive, but will we rent here again? Unfortunately, no. For this last minute planned trip, this condo served it’s purpose, and that’s about it.
