Cette nouvellement meublé, belle copropriété fin unité est l'endroit idéal pour vos vacances en famille à Wildwood Beach. Avec 1000 pieds carrés d'espace de vie, cet appareil se trouve blocs seulement un an et demi de belles plages et de la promenade de Wildwood. Cette fin unité idéale, avec sa disposition d'étage ouvert, offre beaucoup de lumière naturelle du soleil magnifique, avec beaucoup de place pour vous et votre famille d'étaler. Wildwood Crest est seulement un petit pâté de maison ainsi. Il ya les commodités supplémentaires d'une piscine chauffée ainsi que d'un ascenseur.

Cette unité au deuxième étage dispose d'un grand salon, la climatisation centrale, ascenseur, laveuse privée et sèche-linge, cuisine avec snack-bar, salle de bain complète hors chambre des maîtres, lave-vaisselle, terrasse avec mobilier, et deux couvraient attribué des espaces de stationnement hors rue. Il ya de nouveaux meubles de chambre à coucher de la marque ainsi que d'un magnifique nouveau canapé-lit et causeuse. Il ya une couchette double lit au-dessus d'un lit dans la 2ème chambre. La cuisine est équipée d'un lave-vaisselle, micro-ondes, cafetière, grille-pain, casseroles, poêles, des ustensiles et toutes les assiettes, bols, et de l'argenterie. L'unité dispose de 3 téléviseurs à écran plat et combos 2 DVD / magnétoscope. Il est un pâté de maisons de la célèbre crème glacée et Duffers golf miniature, et à proximité des courts de basket-ball et aire de jeux. Il est également à une courte distance de la nouvelle ACME Supermarché et pharmacie CVS. Mieux encore, elle dispose de son propre-creusée chauffée piscine sur les lieux!

Internet haut débit gratuit est également inclus dans ce condo.

Vous aurez l'utilisation d'un hangar de stockage privé. Il ya des chaises de plage, un parasol, de nombreux plage / piscine des jouets pour les enfants et d'une plage surdimensionné WAGON (avec de gros pneus de sable) pour votre usage.

Nice condo in Wildwood!

My family and I stayed here for a long weekend in Sept 2023. It was beautiful. The condo is a nice size and is stocked well. Tom is easy to deal with and very responsive. We loved our stay here!

The best Wildwood vacation ever!!!!

We just spent a week in this condo and can not stop talking about it. It was the best Wildwood vacation we ever had and we have been coming to Wildwood for 40 years. The condo is so clean and so beautifully decorated. The decor is all beach decor and it was so pleasant to stay there. The owners did such a wonderful job in making us feel like we were home. I can't wait to go back next year. I highly recommend this condo to everyone. It left nothing to be desired. Beautiful apartment, great pool, close to everything and I mean everything. It was just WONDERFUL. I highly recommend this property if you want to have a great vacation.

Private shed with a beach wagon, chairs, 2 umbrellas, and toys for the kids!

Best place ever to stay in Wildwood. Very close to the boardwalk and beach! Lots of stores for food shopping and dinner within walking distance. Mini golf and ice cream down right down the road. I would highly recommend to everyone!!! My boys had so much fun even if we just stayed and did a pool day because the pool was heated!!!! Will definitely got back next summer!!

Nice weekend getaway

Tom was so great to work with, pleasant and quick to respond. Condo was clean and close to beach. Since we had a rainy cold weekend the heated pool was great for the kids. As well as the games they had.

Wonderful rental

Fantastic overall experience with the rental unit & the owner. Tom was very easy to deal with, responsive & attentive with any issues we had. Unit is very comfortable, clean, very nicely decorated & convenient. Two parking spaces in garage area under the complex. Two cars deep in line with each other, not next to one another, in front of the outdoor shower area. Bike racks, grill & outdoor storage shed with large beach cart, lots of beach chairs, umbrella, sand toys, etc. Unit has a fully stocked kitchen, all plates, glasses, mugs, flatware, cooking utensils, tupperware, mixing bowls, full sized appliances, toaster oven, coffee pot, etc., we didn't need anything. There was even plastic kids plates, cups & utensils. You will need to provide your own things like tinfoil, plastic wrap, etc., but the unit had all cleaning products, sponges, garbage bags, paper towels & toilet paper, which was so nice to not have to bring those. There are a few pantry items, salt, pepper, but you'll of course need to provide any condiments, etc. Front closet is full of cleaning items, broom, mop, clothes drying racks, even an umbrella & baby umbrella stroller! Master bedroom has a walk in closet with a vacuum & even a Pack-N-Play portable crib. Master bath with a shower/tub & one sink vanity. Second bathroom has a shower and smaller one sink vanity, but both bathrooms have plenty of room. Master is good sized, with lots of room. Second bedroom is a little small, but only because of the large bunk bed with the full size bed on the bottom, which is great. My kids loved the room, with it's own TV, even down to a nightlight for the kids, the owners have thought of pretty much everything! Closets are stocked with lots of extra blankets and pillows, and even DVD's, VHS tapes, kids toys and games, and adult books to choose from. Washer and dryer was fantastic, central air worked great, easy to use digital thermostat, wifi worked great, and almost every possible cable channel available. There is an elevator, but we never used it as the stairs are right at the end with the unit. Most of the other tenants were pleasant, personable and friendly. Unfortunately, not the tenants directly above, who were loud, and at very late hours, but that's condo life. The unit is very quiet, and all of Wildwood is densely populated, so you do hear noise of others. This rental is absolutely worth it and we will definitely be coming back. Thank you for a fantastic vacation!

Will stay again!

Condo was great! Quiet area, well stocked kitchen, spacious, elevator for those who can't do stairs. Items in storage shed for use such as a wagon, beach chairs and beach toys, close to the boardwalk. Only a short distance to stores, restaurants, bakery, miniature golf and ice cream.

Great get-a-way

Owner was great to work with, very quick to respond to any questions I had. I would definitely rent from him again. Place was very nice, clean, and spacious enough for a family. Close to boardwalk and beach.

Clean, well stocked and great location!

It felt like a home away from home at first arrival. The condo is well taken care of and had all kitchen supplies you could think of. Also having the washer/dryer right there was great also. The pool was a little smaller then I had anticipated but ended up not being a big deal at all. We would love to make this a yearly visit and would rent this condo again. Tom the onwer was amazing and got back to me right away with any questions we had. Loved this place and our vacation wad absolutely amazing! Thank you do much Tom!

All the comforts of home!

We loved that the house was stocked with all the supplies we could possibly need, particularly for cooking. Furnishings were really comfortable, clean and new. The only inconvenience was bringing our own linens and towels, but that's such commonplace with these rentals. Owner was very responsive to questions, I really appreciated his attentiveness. Great proximity to boardwalk and convention center (literally just a couple blocks to the boardwalk). Maybe a 20-25 min walk to get to the epicenter of the boardwalk. Wished checkout could have been a little later since the contract stated we needed to clean, but we made it out on time. Would definitely stay here again!

Welcoming, Immaculate Home by the Ocean. Wood stay again 100%

From the moment you see the front porch and welcome sign on the door, you feel like you are home. It was inviting, welcoming, immaculate and decorated beautifully. The owner was a pleasure to deal with. The home had everything you could ask for, including beach chairs, umbrella and a cart to pull it only 2 blocks to the ocean. This is an amazing home for anyone looking to be close to the ocean with a home style feel of a beach house. Loved it and would go back 100%.

All we could ask for!

This condo was very clean, spacious, and in a great location. It was stocked with anything we needed even though we did make sure to replace anything we did use for the next renters. The heated pool was great for a refreshing dip at the end of a long day either at the beach or on the boards. Our two sons ages 12 and 5 loved every minute of it! Working with Tom was very smooth and we already received our deposit back. Beautifully decorated condo that made us feel like home away from home for sure. We hope to go back next year!!

Great Condo in a great location!

This condo was great and had great amenities! The beach theme decorations were nice and we felt very relaxed during our stay since it was also at the quiet end of the boardwalk! Having the beach chairs, umbrella, beach toys, and beach wagon for use was very convenient. Also, all the movies, books, and games came in handy for the rainy days! The owner, Tom, was great to work with!. He was always quick to answer whatever questions we had, or to address any issues. We loved the condo and would recommend it to any family looking for a great place to stay for vacation!

This property was perfect!

This condo was spacious, extremely clean and had everything we needed. I was so surprised at some of the items that were available for our use. Sand wagon, toys for the beach, movies, dvd's, everything you could need in the kitchen. Decorated in a beach theme, right down to the seashells on the rugs! We had 7 people, ages 3-46 and everyone was comfortable and loved the home. The pool is clean and nobody was in it our whole stay except for our two little ones. Quiet area and SO close to EVERYTHING. The owner, Thomas is a wonderful communicator and responds very quickly. He will answer any questions you have right away. Definitely want to come back, didn't want to leave.

Wonderful vacation

My husband, mother, daughter, Niece, Nephew and I stayed here for a week in July. There were a few miscommunications with the owner in the beginning, but once that was straightened out, everything was great. The apartment was neat and clean when we arrived. The kitchen, although was unorganized, was fully equipped with everything needed to cook and clean up after. The unit was spacious, the rooms were large. The master bed in the bedroom was very hard and uncomfortable though. But there were tons of extra blankets and pillows to make it cozy. The decorations in the unit were very nice! The neighborhood was nice and quiet at night and the neighbors in the other units were very nice as well. The quick walk to the beach/boardwalk/grocery store/restaurants was convenient. No need for a car once we got there. Good thing too because the parking spaces are rather small and we had a big truck to get in and out of there. I would recommend this property.

Nice Clean Place, end unit very quiet!

We really enjoyed our stay here. There were plenty of blankets and pillows, the rooms were clean, the kitchen was well equipped and I liked that there was soap available for dishes and dishwasher so we didn't have to go out to get all that on vacation (a nice touch). The place was bright and cheerful with really nice decorations. The location was good too. I would recommend this property.

Family Vacation

Great stay!! Easy access to beach, boardwalk, grocery store and restaurants. Condo was very comfortable. Easy access for short day trips ie Cape May, Zoo etc. We did have a small issue upon arrival but the owner responded quickly and issue was resolved. Excellent contact with owner from initial inquiry to receiving deposit. I would stay again without hesitation if visiting this area. Thank you for a great place to stay!!

Wrestling Tournament

Awesome stay! The condo was perfect. Close to the civic center where my son was wrestling. The owner was fantastic. We had an issue with the cable and he called the company and got back to us within the hour and had everything resolved. Will visit again!!

Clean, convenient, and perfect for the family

We had an excellent time on our vacation in Wildwood! Though the first full day there was rainy, we hit the Cape May Zoo - highly recommend! Beautiful place with many exotic animals kept in tip-top condition. From then on, though, we did not move our car until we left 5 days later! This condo is convenient to everything including some of the best restaurants in Wildwood for any meal of the day. The boardwalk, recreational activities, and beach are all just a short walk away. This area is my favorite part of Wildwood - close to everything yet quiet and family-focused. Tom made sure we knew everything and were ready to visit the condo, and it could not have been better. Perfect for our family of four, including two young children. He provides access to their sand toys, umbrella, and beach chairs so we did not have to drag all our stuff which was such a nice change for us. The kitchen is incredibly well stocked and there's a W/D too which is nice! Unlike many other rental properties, the kitchen amenities are great and you are wanting for absolutely nothing. The other owners and renters we met at this family-based condo were incredibly nice, too. The pool is small but well heated and shady in the afternoon, which is really nice when you've been baking in the sun all day! There's an elevator which is helpful for moving in/out, too. We all would highly recommend this awesome condo!!!

Awesome Beach Vacation!

We just got back from vacation and had an awesome time at your beach home! It was like home away from home. The condo has everything you need to make the stay comfortable. Very clean. The kids loved the pool. Very family friendly. The location is great. It is a quiet area yet still very convenient to everything. You can walk to restaurants, the boards and Duffers! Thanks again to the owners who were very helpful and answered all my questions before I booked my vacation. We will definitely be back in the future.

Perfect Vacation Spot

We stayed at this lovely condo from 7/9/11 to 7/16/11 and hope to stay there again next year. The condo was so bright and roomy! We were all able to comfortably spread out and relax without being on top of one another. The fully stocked "beach box" was a life saver. It was stocked with many chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, and toys - saving us the trouble of packing and lugging these items from home. The pool was clean and convenient too... All in all, we loved this place. An excellent value!
