Condo de 3 chambres pour 8 personnes confortablement, 1 chambre est aménagée pour 4 personnes, toutes les chambres ont des téléviseurs - équipées de WIFI - réfrigérateur et congélateur supplémentaires dans le garage et petit réfrigérateur xtra dans la cuisine - serviettes et privilèges inclus - laveuse et sécheuse - table de ping-pong dans garage, barbecue extérieur, douche extérieure et cour. Près de Fox Park et Boardwalk. - de nombreux bars et restaurants à distance de marche et a une capacité de 3 voitures - 1 dans l'allée et 2 dans la rue en face de la maison.

Short beach trip

We stayed Wednesday -Saturday and had a lovely time. Great condo in an amazing location. Great communication from the owner. Will definitely be back!

We absolutely loved our stay here! The condo was beautiful, the location was amazing, it was everything we could have asked for.

Not Inclusive

Be prepared to do laundry, make and remove your bed linnen, bring your own laundry soap and toilet paper. WE only stayed one night with a tight schedule. Making beds and laundry took a lot of our time. After we complained, the owner did not charge us a fee. I have never had to do any of this at any VRBO. This was a first. On the positive side, great location, ample parking, and nice interior and exterior. Be sure to read all details on the site.

The accommodations were as described on the listing. Close to the beach. I was able to park my car for the weekend and walk everywhere. I would recommend this place.

Great time, Phenomenal location

Joan, the owner was very easy to communicate with. The place was awesome. Had all the little things that you need to cook a breakfast made coffee pillows, blankets, etc. The location was phenomenal. Joan was easy to communicate with. I highly recommend this place if you want to take your family down to Wildwood.

Beautiful beach getaway

My family and I had a wonderful week stay at this property. The house is beautiful, immaculately clean and stocked with all we needed. The open floor plan and the bedrooms are spacious. The deck is large and sunny. The AC is nice and cold; the water pressure in the showers is great. It’s just a short walk to the boardwalk, beach, restaurant and stores. Owner is responsive and helpful. We loved this house!

East Montgomery Condo

My husband & I have enjoyed our stay at this condo for the last 3 year over the August vacation. This year we also went the middle of October and it was nice but less hectic & crowed. There is a tremendous amount of things going on in Cape May. This time of year is really nice.

Awesome Location and Home A+++

The home is beautifully maintained, and easy to get to. If you have anything going on at the convention center, stay here. You won't have to pay crazy rates to go to the center. You can leave your car parked at the home and walk. The deck is large and well furnished, the house was clean and had a very "homey" feel.. the owner was attentive and helpful with any info we needed about the home of the surrounding area. plenty of parking and lot's of room in the main living space. Would defiantly stay here again.

Loved it.. loved it.. loved it!!!!

My family and I had an awesome time! This home was very clean, close to the playground and broadwalk. I would recommend this vacation place to everyone. The owner response time was on point, in a matter of seconds. You had the option of bringing your own linen. Which we did, however there was plenty of linen and pillows provided by the owner. We really enjoyed ourselves and this place is pet friendly. Kudos to you Joanne would definitely stay again!

Great Times In Wildwood!

We had a great time at this place. My fur baby loved people watching on the balcony and having a private area in the back to do her business was very helpful! The condo itself is great I love open area concepts for the living/kitchen/dining area. Only a couple hiccups which were not hard to handle and was able to be in contact with Joanne and her maintenance guy is great loved getting some extra history of Wildwood! My only suggestion is to have hand rails on both side of the steps going into the condo and going down to the bathroom and bedrooms, would help for some elderly that have trouble with stairs but want a higher view. But all in all a wonderful vacation which was way over due and a wonderful place to enjoy the time away from "normal" daily life. Would definitely stay again.

Super attentive

When arriving the touch pad was dead but with a short text to the owner, we had a key and were in the door in just a few minutes. She sent over someone to change the battery, very quickly. I was most impressed with her sending a photo of the man coming and his name so no one was afraid...... The property was great and exactly what we needed for the night. Very cozy and comfortable place. We would definitely stay here again!

Let me start off by saying this is the best place we have stayed at in Wildwood. We are very limited on where we stay because of the dogs coming with us. This property was perfect for us. We brought along 2 dogs. They loved the backyard so they were able to stretch their legs. The inside of the property was a perfect size thin wall so you can hear just about everything but still perfect. Plenty of parking easy access to the beach and restaurants. The neighbors Upstairs were very friendly. There isn’t much I can say negatively about this place other than my feet hurt from walking all week. The owners of this property had great communication throughout the rental. I will be Vising this property in the future Thanks Joanne

The place worked for our needs

I knew it was going to be an issue when the lady wanted to know when we were leaving.... before we even arrived. I have the email if anyone wants to see. We have stayed in other places in Wildwood during the same weekend in previous years and never had an issue. This lady berated is via text messages and even resorted to name calling. We don’t complain about anything but everyplace will have issues. This place does too. I would not recommend renting from this lady

Ok, but a few issues

Generally this was an OK rental, but there were a few things to be aware of. First of all, it's not easy to see but it is the renter's responsibility to make the beds and then clean all the linens and towels. With an 11 a.m. check-out it's not so easy to fit this all in. Also, the check-in instructions could be clearer. It's the A unit, and you have to go around the side and up the stairs to find the door for the unit. Then you have to touch the keypad to get the numbers to appear. The place was about average in terms of cleanliness. So overall a pretty good stay, but there are a few things that could be clearer in the listing.

Cleanliness/Mold Issue

As we checked into the property, everything looked great until we started to walk around. There was mold on the ceiling above one of the showers in the second bathroom as well as it’s adjacent towel closet and the floor. The listing said linens were provided, but we found where the linens balled up on the floor in the closets, many of the pillows had stains on them. There were also multiple areas in cabinets and in the laundry area where you could see nothing had been wiped down or cleaned in sometime. Trash (cups & candy) were found under the beds. We reached out to the property manager when we discovered the mold with little response. Needless to say, we spent some time cleaning and disinfecting the first day as best we could. It is a beautiful property but our first impression kind of set the tone for the week

Great location And layout

The layout was perfect for the 8 of us. Plenty of sheets and towels to mix and match for each bed and person. The washer and dryer are loud if you have young kiddos trying to fall asleep. (Towels and sheets have to be washed and dried before leaving.) Kitchen had both the coffee makers and was fairly clean overall. Plenty of silverware, dishes, and cups. Small beverage fridge in the island was perfect for a case of water and the wine fridge is nearby as well. Those were nice surprises. Parking was no trouble with one on the driveway and one parked in the street behind the driveway. The digital lock had the kids fighting over who could play the “game” each time. When you come into the house, the door does auto lock after a specific amount of time. You can’t forget to lock it at night so it’s perfect! 10 minute walk up to the convention center entrance was perfect! Unfortunately, If you have cat or dust allergies, this is not for you. 5 of the 8 of us have allergies and there was a lot of sneezing, coughing, and stuffiness throughout the stay. The cat smell is heavy in the home if you are sensitive. I dusted two of the bedroom ceiling fans so we could use them. We are early in the season so I’m sure a good cleaning will happen before summer.
