Great location! Clean, comfortable and well stocked

This was a great place to rest and relax after a day of exploring Carlsbad Caverns and Guadalupe Mountain National Park. The kitchen has everything you need! We were treated to fresh blueberry muffins and fresh eggs in the day of our arrival. The owners were so kind and let us know that the property was ready if we wanted to check in early. Would definitely stay here again!

Our family was looking for a place to stay to visit Carlsbad Caverns and Guadalupe National parks. This place ended up being perfect! There was plenty of space for our family of 5 and the property had every amenity we could need.

Wonderful place to stay

Our family stayed at this property on our vacation to Carlsbad Caverns and Guadalupe National Park. Both parks were about an hour from this location. The house is beautiful and has everything you need. We cooked a lot there each evening and the kitchen was well supplied with pans and utensils. Cory responded immediately to an internet issue we were having and quickly remedied the problem. The beds were very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Enchanted Desert Oasis. Cory and Bruce had fresh muffins and eggs waiting for us. They house was clean and cozy and very well-appointed with all the kitchen things we could need for our stay. This was a great location for us to visit Carlsbad Caverns, The Guadalupe Mountains, and Roswell. Our kids loved the house and Cory even left a swing up for them to enjoy.

Great Stay

This is a nice property outside of the bustle of Carlsbad. It’s a good midpoint for area National Parks and Roswell itineraries. The hosts go above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable and accommodate your needs. We would definitely stay here again if in the area.

Great cozy home

Visiting the caverns with family and this was a good location. Very well equipped home. It had everything we needed! Like new mattresses we great after a long day and walking. Great communication from hosts. Highly recommend this place!

Fantastic!

Lovely home! Bruce and Cory do a wonderful job of providing a great place to stay. The blueberry muffins were delicious and a nice welcoming treat. The place is well maintained, clean and with great amenities. The king bed was very comfortable. We drove to both Carlsbad Caverns and Guadalupe Mountains National Parks from here. Highly recommend!

Great stay. Highly recommend.

This place was like a home away from home. The owners have a very slick check-in process and everything was as promised. My only comment is that we were there to hike in Guadalupe Mountains NP and it was about a one hour drive to the trailheads (40 min to Carlsbad Caverns NP).

Absolutely Perfect !

First I have to start by saying our hosts were AMAZING. Cory and Bruce are the best hosts we have ever had. They made us feel like family. The property was spotless, and very well organized. They went above and beyond with everything in the house. They even had a pantry with items to purchase that you might have forgotten. Our trip started out rough, but everything about the hosts, and this house made the trip fantastic. They even made us muffins, and gave us fresh laid eggs. The place is easy to find, quiet, safe, easy parking, easy entry. The beds were comfortable, the house was spacious. There is a massage chair in the living room that my family would call dibs on when we were still in the middle our of day elsewhere. We had everything we needed, and would highly recommend this place to anyone going to the area. We visited Carlsbad Caverns, The Living Desert Zoo and Gardens, Roswell, and explored other areas of NM with this being the perfect home base.

Perfect Base for Exploring Carlsbad

This house was perfect for me and my family. The house was beautiful and clean. There were even fresh muffins and eggs in the fridge when we arrived. It's very conveniently located close to Carlsbad, but far enough away that you have some privacy. It was the perfect base for us to explore the National Parks in this area.

Perfect Desert Oasis

Our family absolutely loved this place. From the fresh blueberry muffins to fresh farm eggs we felt welcomed and at home. The house was beautiful and cozy for all 6 of us. Perfect location to all local attractions. We highly recommend and will stay again when going to Carlsbad again. Cory and Bruce are excellent hosts.

Awesome Place

Cory&Bruce were absolutely amazing. The house was very clean and had anything that you could need even for small children.We were welcomed with fresh eggs and amazing muffins. The house is in a perfect location if you’re there for the National Parks.Words can’t describe how much fun this place was for my kids. We loved every minute of it.

Carlsbad Caverns Getaway

When we first pulled up to the property we were impressed by how nice it looked. The inside was completely warm and welcoming with so many personal touches by the hosts, from the best blueberry muffins and fresh eggs waiting for you to the specially folded towels in the bedrooms. The host went above and beyond providing for and anticipating their guests needs. Thanks again for a wonderful stay.

Fantastic stay!

This was a great base of operations for a group of 5 guys that turned 50 this year wanting to get a bucket list item checked off and hike Guadalupe peak. The house was a perfect size and the fire pit area was a great bonus to sit outside and relax. The hospitality and thoughtfulness Cory and Bruce showed by making the special additions to our stay really put this in a league of its own. Thanks yall!

This house was great. Clean, all the needed kitchen gizmos for cooking and grilling out. It even had an commissary. Owners surprised our group with fresh eggs, homemade blueberry muffins and even jalapeno poppers. It was perfect for us as we hiked during the day and came back to prop up and relax in the evening.

The place was great - exactly as advertised! Actually, a little more than advertised. They had a few snacks and things in the laundry room; pay on the honor system! Cory messaged us to check on us and make sure everything was going ok.

Best stay

I have rented VRBO listings for dozens of stays throughout the United States and several stays in Europe. In all my travels these owners in Carlsbad were the most thoughtful host and hostess I’ve ever encountered in terms of little things they provided that made one feel welcome and appreciated. As an example, there were fresh baked muffins awaiting us as well as fresh gathered eggs. The property was accurately described and spotless. I highly recommend this property for anyone visiting the Carlsbad, New Mexico area.

The absolute best hosts. They prepped to make us feel welcome when we arrived and was super responsive when we had some questions on local attractions. Clean home and we had lots of room. Outside sitting areas. Quiet neighborhood. More than fully stocked kitchen. Wait to see see the community kitchen and supply areas. So thoughtful.

Wonderful well-equiped home

We are a group of five women who hike together. It is very convenient for Carlsbad Caverns, Guadalupe Peak, and other hiking areas. This property was wonderful. The beds were extremely comfortable - we would love to know what brand they are!! We cook some of our meals and the kitchen had everything we needed. There was a massage chair in the living room that made us so relaxed. We had to have a schedule so we all got a turn. We would highly recommend this property.

Felt right at home.

Where do I start. The location is great, the neighborhood is quiet, the views/scenery is breathtaking. The house is well maintained, clean, and cozy. The hosts have thought of absolutely everything. They went above and beyond making my children feel welcomed by providing each of them with a welcome bag containing a few goodies. The fresh eggs and blueberry muffins were a great touch and delicious. Highly recommending this place to anyone staying or passing through Carlsbad. You won’t be disappointed.

Carlsbad Cavern Adventure

This was the perfect property for our cavern trip. Clean, private, and quiet. It is located a little bit outside of Carlsbad and about 45 minutes from the caverns, but an easy drive on the loop around town. There is also the Living Desert Zoo within 5 minutes of the property, which we also enjoyed visiting. Bruce and Cory were the perfect hosts. They left gift bags for the kids, blueberry muffins and fresh eggs. There was a gem and rock show at the Living Desert, which they invited us to attend. The kids especially enjoyed this and the swing, hammock and massage chair at the house. We thoroughly enjoyed our time. If we ever plan another trip nearby, we will definitely stay here again. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great place!

10 stars! We’ve stayed at a lot of VRBOs and Cory and Bruce are by far the best hosts! The house is perfectly clean and has all the things you could need. Plenty of hot water for all 5 of us to shower. All the extras you read about in the other reviews are true. My kids got welcome Easter baskets with all sorts of thoughtful gifts. Homemade muffins, fresh eggs and the towel animals made us feel so welcome! We spent a little bit of time visiting with Bruce in his workshop and our 14 year old got to cut open a geode!! We cooked hotdogs and made s’mores on a campfire. My girls played with the hoola hoops sidewalk chalk- and there’s even a hammock! I could keep going but if you want to visit this area then book this place now!

Bruce and I wanted to provide a great space for family and friends visiting Carlsbad and surrounding areas. Bruce is retired and ready to assist with any issues or concerns that may come up. We would like our guests to enjoy the stress free environment. We are on the edge of the BLM near Carlsbad and the space has lots of open area.

Family have lived on the property since the early 1980's and we live near by. We purchased the property to give travelers the wonderful experience we had all this time. The property has a walking path on the 3 acers in front. We would like each of our guest to feel welcome, comfortable, and relaxed.

You will have access to a gym and an outside (out of yard) fire pit available when weather conditions are calm. We lots of outdoor space, setting areas and play areas.
