Demi Connexion Accueil Lakefront - - Sand Beach - Très Privé pont

Fawn lac Hideaway est unique, au bord du lac la maison offrant une intimité avec tous les conforts de la maison. Il ya deux chambres à l'étage supérieur, une salle de bains, cuisine et salle à manger complète et d'un salon. Sur le niveau inférieur walk-out est la troisième chambre, une autre salle de bain complète, une salle familiale, et la salle de lavage. Nous offrons un service Wi-Fi gratuit.

Sur chacun des étages donnant sur l'eau sont des vérandas grillagées. Il ya aussi une grande terrasse avec un barbecue et meubles de patio, qui surplombe le lac. Ce plan d'étage offre une intimité pour les familles en vacances ensemble ou donne aux enfants un peu d'espace qui leur est propre. L'extérieur est un foyer pour votre plaisir du soir.

Nous sommes situés sur un lac "pas de suite», où la pêche est la grande. Il ya un autre lac à environ 100 verges de distance qui est aussi un lac de pêche bien. Il ya un bateau de ligne lié à votre propre quai privé et deux kayaks pour votre usage personnel. Nous avons aussi un bateau sur le lac à proximité que vous pouvez utiliser.

Nous avons dix acres de bois plus, nous sommes à côté de miles de la terre de l'État, de sorte que les sentiers de randonnée et de vélo de montagne possibilités sont infinies. Environ six miles de là, vous trouverez la plus ou moins 18 mile de long Bearskin ferroviaire à la zone de la piste qui est fait de pierre concassée et est un excellent endroit pour se promener ou à vélo et profiter de la nature. Détendez-vous dans la nuit avec un bon feu dans notre foyer.

Vous pouvez vous baigner juste en face de la cabine, où il ya une plage de sable. Vous avez également la possibilité d'utiliser une grande zone de plage de sable fin, qui est partagée avec deux petites cabines et une autre maison appartenant à notre famille. Le fond du lac, il est ferme et a une pente douce. Il ya deux radeaux de natation, l'un près de la côte pour les petits enfants et un en eau profonde pour les nageurs.

Relaxing beautiful lakefront cabin

Beautiful large cabin with many gathering places for the family. Very peaceful with woods surrounding you. We enjoyed the boat and kayaks on the small lake. We will rent again!

True peace and quiet

One of the best places in the northwoods we have stayed. Heard nothing but loons, eagles, and acorns falling from trees the whole time we were there. The lakes were beautiful. The house was beautiful and super comfortable. Would absolutely love to stay here again!

Cabin living

A true cabin life stay. The lake is beautiful, the property is so nicely secluded, and we had plenty of space for everyone. Our stay was quite cold so we didn’t get to enjoy the outdoors as much as we wanted to but the VHS Disney collection downstairs came in very handy!

Would love to stay again

We really enjoyed our stay at Fawn Lake and would love to stay there again. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. The kitchen is well stocked and we were able to easily cook meals. It was nice to have the kayaks and row boats to use. My teenagers enjoyed that! Fishing off the pier was great and everyone caught big fish. It was also nice to have access to the boats at the second lake. It’s a short drive to Minocqua and super convenient if you need to run into town. If you like cross country mountain biking, the trails right outside the cabin are fantastic and you can ride as far and as long as you’d like. I highly recommend this property!

Great secluded location

Overall was an amazing week at Fawn Lake. My spouse and 6 kids (6-16) kayaked and boated every day. It took a day to figure out the fish but when we did we caught quite a few 1-4lb bass. The littles caught tons of little bluegill. The fish weren’t biting on Lumen Lake for some reason, the other fisherman that I talked to said the same. Things that would make the place better would be, a little cleaner, less clutter in the kitchen cabinets, and a range hood above the range ( I can’t imagine cooking in the summer ! ) Would we come again? For sure!

Misleading description, but beautiful quiet lake

Upon arrival we felt that the description of this cabin was a bit misleading. It says you can swim right in front of the cabin. In fact you have to walk down a level and then down 40 stairs to get to the water, which is weedy, rocky and not a good area for swimming at all. The sand beach across the lake was beautiful and perfect for swimming, and the area around the cabin is great with lots to see and do. Loved listening to the loons and frogs every night, and seeing all the wildlife. Also in the description I just noticed that it says there is a lake 100 yards away that we could use. Where was that? It would have been nice if there was information at the cabin about this lake access; we would have liked to have checked it out and fished on it. I certainly didn't notice one "100 yards" away. Also checking out at 9am on Saturday was difficult, especially since we were expected to start two loads of laundry, sweep, pack up and completely leave by then. And when we checked in it wasn't immaculate, with cobwebs and dust in corners. Also it's really not ideal for really small kids as the stairs are steep inside and out and the beach is too far of a walk for them. I got a lot of exercise carrying my 2-year-old around, up, and down.. The cabin itself was great and we enjoyed our vacation. We just felt a bit mislead by the description and felt we could have been treated better.

Perfect!!!

This was the perfect cabin for us. Beautiful, quiet cabin right on the lake, tucked away from the main road. Full access to the lake and a nice fire pit area for when it’s cold to still enjoy the outdoors!!! We are hoping to make it back in the summer to take advantage of the privacy. Nice little ride to Minocqua for restaurants and shopping, or about a 45 min drive to downtown Eagle River.

The spacious property, private access to the lake, house amenities, beautiful quiet location.... this property has all the things for a perfect family get away. The hosts were very attentive and great to work with. We will certainly be back!

Wonderful setting

Beautiful log home situated deep in the woods away from just about anyone. On a hill above a lake, with a few stairs that were too much for the grandma. Fishing in the adjoining lake was very good. Every night we had campfires, and enjoyed seeing the moon set over the lake.

We enjoyed our stay at Fawn Lake Hideaway. The only "negative" to the property is a lot of stairs (47) to the lake, but that didn't affect us at all - just if you have really young or older people in your group. The swimming area off the dock is a little weedy but there are certainly swimmable areas. Everything else is very positive - great communication, great location (which I'd call semi-private - other guests are around but you'll rarely see or hear them). The second lake (Lumen Lake) is also really nice and a 3-minute walk from the cabin. There are plenty of boats (both rowboats and kayaks) at both lakes. You can drive to either Rhinelander or Minocqua in about 20 minutes.. Also, the tap water quality is amazing for up north - you will not need to bring bottled water. We would definitely stay here again. If you're on the fence, just book it - I'm sure you won't be disappointed!

Beutiful and quiet.

The property had everything our family needed to enjoy a week of solitude. Fishing was great. Kayaking was wonderful and the grand kids enjoyed swimming off the dock and the beach. We will definitely look into staying here again.

Private and Tranquil

We enjoyed the peaceful and secluded setting of the cabin and the lake. The combination of a rustic cabin with modern conveniences including wi-fi is exactly what we were looking for. The only reason I gave the 'accuracy of online listing' 4 stars was that the shore at the cabin's dock was not as presented in the online picture of the shore. We now understand that the lake's water level is higher than normal. We were looking for a shallow shoreline for the little kids in our group to be able to walk into the lake. We did walk over to the non-private beach area to satisfy the kids, but with a 3-month old in tow, our swimming time was not as convenient as we were hoping for. This was a minor issue. Our family enjoyed our time at Fawn Lake Hideaway!
