Great spot to enjoy the beach

It was most comfortable and a great spot to enjoy the beach. There is an ocean pool and plenty of great walking available. Definitely recommend both the residence and the area. Only complaint was no hair dryer.

Perfect hideaway

The property is exquisite. It is beautifully presented and perfectly positioned for incredible views. We’ve stayed here before and will definitely stay again. Nothing negative about this property.

Clean, comfortable and well positioned to enjoy the beautiful beaches, ocean pool, bowls club and SLSC (Sunday afternoons only). Be aware that there are none of the standard food / beverage items such as tea bags or salt & pepper. The units on the other side of the building would have an even better view!

Perfect Location

Loved the location and the unit was beautifully decorated. Very comfortable with all the amenities. We enjoyed our stay. Did not like the 9am checkout time and the tone of the communication regarding check in and out times. The management agent could be improved.

The reason why we keep returning is that the location is perfect, the unit very comfortable, clean and sunny and Blackhead Beach is right on your doorstep. Access is straightforward and communications with the managing agent are always excellent.

ANZAC weekend stay

All fine with the property, did note that the TV remote was damaged but still worked, we also couldn’t work out how to use the cook top so perhaps some instructions (wasn’t an issue for us as we planned to eat out). There was an iron but we could not locate the ironing board - again not an issue for us.

Virtually no parking though. We had to park down near the beach. Could not use the garage, too hard to get in and out of. Stairs are not good for older visitors. Also would have been good to know where bins were and cloths line instead of hunting them down.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The apartment is right across the road from the beach, the pool and the surf club. Key was in a key locker, so we had absolutely no contact with the agent (but no real need to!). It is well fitted out and was clean when we arrived. We've stayed here before and knew there was no coffee-maker or cafetier so we brought our own. The airconditioner (loungeroom) and ceiling fans (in every room) were life-savers in the hot humid weather we had.

Coastal Beauty

We found the accommodation to be just as you see it online. A lovely bright and well-appointed apartment. My husband and I had my parents with us, who are in their mid 70s. I failed to realise or ask about access to the apartment before booking and arriving. The apartment is on the 2nd floor with 4 flights of stairs to navigate. Mum has some mobility issues, and the stairs were a challenge. Also, the lounge is quite low, which makes getting in and out of difficult. Please take this into account when considering this location. The position was ideal for the special occasion we attended at the surf club. All in all, though, lovely accommodation.
