Venez profiter de notre appartement au 1er étage récemment rénové. Il a la sensation chaleureuse d'un bungalow historique avec des planchers en bois d'origine et de grandes fenêtres permettant à la lumière naturelle de pénétrer.

Découvrez le temps incroyable de la Floride sur la grande terrasse extérieure, un repas en plein air parfait ou profitez d'un barbecue en famille et entre amis.

Cette maison est parfaite pour vous et votre famille ou vos amis. La salle familiale est équipée d'un grand canapé-lit pour se détendre et regarder la télévision. La table de la salle à manger peut accueillir 6 personnes afin que vous puissiez profiter d'un repas en famille autour de la table ou peut-être d'une soirée de jeu.

La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec suffisamment de casseroles et poêles pour préparer vos repas. Préparez-vous une tasse de café et asseyez-vous et détendez-vous sur le porche en regardant le monde passer.

Le couloir mène aux 2 suites parentales avec lits king size. La salle à manger donne sur l'avant de la maison et le patio. Cette maison est complétée par l'incroyable chambre principale / salle de bain. Profitez de la baignoire à tremper sur pied pour vous allonger, vous détendre et profiter de ce verre de vin. La 2ème chambre a une grande douche double avec jets de trempage pour cette sensation de spa.
Profitez de la télévision au lit tout en sirotant votre café fraîchement moulu. Si vous n'êtes pas d'humeur à prendre un café au lit, profitez-en sur le grand porche avant ou sur la terrasse de jardin à l'arrière

ProsNicely decorated property and clean. The beds which were 2 king (not one king and one queen per listing) were a memory foam and I think very comfortable. This is a designated rental property so the closets are empty and no clutter. Kitchen had pots and pans and dishes etc. There was a dishwasher. In terms of full stocked there were some Kcups, tea bags and sweeteners. Also salt and pepper and olive oil. No tea kettle. Issues:The listing indicated Pet friendly in title but in details showed no pets. So this was odd and an issue as I was trying to resolve which was correct since we have cat allergies. This needs to be corrected. In the end allergies did not flair and was told over a year since cats. When I did a search for on “site parking” in the site q&a the search indicated yes. Not true. It’s all street parking and all parallel parking. Parking was Congested. We somewhat adjusted our schedule to ensure we got parking which is a drawback. Some loose tile, missing plank, and a larger dip under a rug that caused a trip hazard. But they say they will see to. Nice older place that’s walkable to downtown. This property seems to be one of four on same lot that are rented out. I never noticed any other guests or noise. I think photos are mixed up a bit as to which is which but I had specific needs so needed accurate info. Mostly correct. Parking situation should be clarified. The deposit of 1500 is excessive.

We checked in late afternoon, walked to dinner at the Tap Room (good restaurant about three blocks), checked out in the morning and went to the Grand Prix venue downtown. Very nice property, very clean and comfortable. Would stay again if we get back to St Pete

Great location

Banyan Cottage was a perfect spot for walks, good food, close to the new Arts and Crafts museum and the Palladium. The beds were comfy, kitchen huge and well supplied, linens soft and furniture just what we needed. We loved spending time at the tables on the back deck or in the comfortable furniture on the front porch.

Awesome stay!

Great historic little neighborhood right near everything in downtown St Pete. My wife and I were in town for Rays' opening day and had zero trouble getting to and from Tropicana field in minutes. Tons of great restaurants near by. The house was great we had everything we needed and then some. The owners were very communicative and gave us assistance for everything we asked for. We will definitely be staying with them again.

Charming Home and Wonderful Hosts

My wife, 18 year old daughter and I stayed at this charming and roomy property and could not be more appreciative of the communication and consideration provided by the hosts. The house is located in a very cool neighborhood, walking distance to great coffee houses, and close - but not too close - to key expressways. We were taking our daughter to college and plan to stay at the property on every visit.

Great Vacay

We stayed for 2 months and had a fabulous stay. We loved the neighborhood feeling of Round Lake. Hanging out on the front porch and grilling on the back deck were highlights. Beds had comfy foam mattresses. Spacious, lots of storage space everywhere. A definite St Pete gem. It’s an easy walk to downtown but a bit of a hike if you have any mobility issues. Highly recommend!

Quiet street in a nice older neighborhood

Check-In was a little complicated as both the outside door and the inside door have codes and their automation produced an error when generating the code, but it was quickly resolved with the hosts. The house is just a few blocks from the main drag with all the restaurants and close to bike trails. The house was clean but some fixtures are visibly tarnished and there are some loose floor tiles. Not much noise besides footsteps from the apartment above. The street parking can be a little tight. Two weeks to return a security deposit is a little ridiculous.

Our stay was really good once we got inside. I’m not that tech inclined so I had difficulty with the whole process of creating an account, logging in, using codes, etc. I had to rely on one of our ‘neighbors’ in the adjoining apartment to get codes and let us in. It would be great if you had an emergency number for people like myself.

St Pete Weekend with kids

This property description is very misleading. It does not fit 6 adults without using a couch and an air mattress which most people do not want to do. We read in comments that couch folded out but it did not. Sleeping was very tough. Cute place and great location. May want to spray as we encountered numerous cockroaches at night. It was a bit a of a disappointment.

Great find for St Pete

Wonderful old house, yes with some of the idiosyncrasies of lovely well cared for old homes, but everything worked and was absolutely lovely. Checkin and communication process was smooth and simple. Location seemed a little far from downtown, but we walked it several times, takes about 10-20min depending upon destination, and it’s such a pretty walk. Jogging in the historic northeast section and along the waterfront was very nice. At least two lovely coffee shops within a few blocks. Though the host did leave a stocked Keurig for us. We didn’t cook, but the kitchen appeared stocked and easy to use, with lovely outdoor or indoor space for larger groups to eat. Overall lovely and look forward to booking again for future trips to St Pete.

Great location, cozy accommodations and wonderful property

We chose this accommodation for its closeness to Beach and Central Avenue. It was a quick walk to restaurants, bars, cute shops and the water. The flat has two extremely comfortable bedrooms with private, well equipped bathrooms. Each bathroom contains double sinks, one an oversized claw foot tub and the other has an oversized shower with dual shower heads with four separate settings. Very nice!! The living room is comfortable, the dining room table large and accommodating, the kitchen is fully stocked with a full sized frig, stove, microwave and dishwasher. We did not use the washer/dryer but they are available. The back patio contains tables and chairs with umbrellas, which are perfect to enjoy your morning coffee or evening glass of wine. The neighborhood is quiet for a restful nights sleep. All in all—perfect and very enjoyable!! Our host checked on us several times to make sure we were happy and satisfied. Truly 5 star service.

Great house and location

Really enjoyed the very near downtown historic home. We rented the first floor. Nicely updated. One house away from a great park (Round Lake Park). Great wood floors, well furnished and had everything we needed. Nice outside areas. We could easily walk to commercial areas as well as the ten or so minutes to downtown waterfront. Hadn't been to downtown St Pete in awhile. It has changed. The parks, Central Ave, waterfront and the recently redone Pier are tremendous. Note that there are a lot of multi-rental unit houses in the area of this house and parking is primarily on the street. We could find a space very near house in the morning but evenings its packed and you may be a couple blocks away. Not an issue for us but worth noting. Would certainly stay again.

What we love most is how easy it is to enjoy the area without needing a car. You can walk to parks, coffee shops, and local spots, while still being just minutes from downtown, the waterfront, and Central Avenue.

It feels quiet and local, but you’re never far from everything that makes St. Pete special—which makes it a great home base whether you’re here for a few days or a longer stay.
