The review asked about the winery. We have no idea what this is about. We saw no winery. Anita I put some of the decorative pieces either on the fireplace mantle or in alcove between living and dining room. We made room for eating and working at dining table. I know they are still there. We liked the size of the house, 2 baths and driveway parking. So easy. My husband wished the master bed was firmer. Have happy holidays. Carmen

Anita was the best host I’ve had. She was very responsive when we had a minor issue, working quickly to resolve it. The home was beautiful and very comfortable. The location was wonderful and the neighborhood very charming.

As advertised.This is a home away from home! Convenient and quite, 5 minutes from vinoy, 20 minutes from johns pass! many options in the area to stay at but hands down this was the best option! Will be back!

I chose this quaint and beautiful bungalow to stay in for my wedding weekend in Downtown St Pete and I am very happy with that choice. Anita was very friendly and easy to communicate with. She was quick to respond when I asked her for permission to have my small bridal party, mother, MIL, and photographers present at the house to have our hair and makeup done and to get our getting-ready photos! She even left a bottle of prosecco in the fridge for my new husband and I to toast our new marriage with when we got home from the wedding! The house was lovely backdrop for our photos and perfectly suited our needs.

We really enjoyed our stay at this charming bungalow! The home is beautifully updated while still preserving the character and details of the original architecture, which gave it a warm and inviting feel. It was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The hosts were extremely welcoming and added special touches to make us feel welcome. It’s evident care has been taken to maintain the home's unique charm while offering modern conveniences. We’d definitely stay here again!

This lovely little place was just perfect for my daughter and me to take a quick trip to St. Pete. It was very clean (I’m a clean freak), cozy, and had all we needed. As two females traveling, I want to note that we felt very safe in this neighborhood and house. The communication with the owners only added to that. Thank you, Anita, Tom, and Vicky, for sharing this beautiful bungalow with us!

Absolute gem tucked away in downtown St. Petersburg

Four of us were in town to celebrate our 30-year college reunion and we were so happy we selected this gem of a property. The downtown location was perfect and within walking distance of many restaurants. Anita (property host) was absolutely amazing and even left some nice treats for us to enjoy throughout our 3-night stay. I would highly recommend anyone visiting the St. Petersburg area to check out this property.

Great location and comfortable stay, great hospitality!

The bungalow was in a very safe neighborhood slightly outside of the downtown area but close enough to walk to downtown and lots of restaurants. The beds are very soft so maybe not perfect for someone that prefers a firmer mattress but that’s just personal preference. The water pressure in sinks is lower but shower pressure is wow! We appreciated having both streaming and cable tv options so that was definitely a plus. The host was fabulous with communication, and everything that we could have needed was provided, including some extra perks like coffee, water, and snacks which were very much appreciated! Very clean and comfortable, we very much enjoyed the stay!

Great spot for a couple or a couple with children

This cute bungalow is ideal for a couple or a couple with children. The owner responded to all questions and concerns promptly and completely. The house is extremely well equipped and has plenty of space to unpack and spread out - more than some rentals with greater square feet! The outdoor space is wonderful too. The only knock we had was that the bathroom sinks have very low water flow and the showerhead in the second bath is quite low. Also, the 2nd bath is in the back of the house so going there from the bedroom requires going through the dining room and kitchen. It worked for us but may not for others.

There are so many cottages in the area, but this one is renovated very nicely, with great amenities, and a lovely yard... Anita was a great host & most helpful with any requests (bikes, tips for the area). Definitely recommend for shot and long stays

Wonderful little cottage

Wonderful house. Perfect for two couples but probably small for a family. Hosts were lovely and even left us a bottle of wine. St Pete is a wonderful town to visit and the cottage was close to everything, located in a quiet historical neighborhood. Felt very safe even late at night. The house was well stocked and check in and check out were a breeze. Would recommend this for a couple or four friends visiting downtown. Much nicer and more quiet than a hotel.

Centrally located and a cute, comfortable space. The only challenge was a small second bedroom and the second bathroom being removed from the main living area. Otherwise, it is a lovely home.

Charming Classic home on quiet street

This was a very nice property that was beautifully decorated. It's located on a quiet residential street with easy highway access. The beds were comfortable, and the outdoor seating area was great for hanging out in the evenings. My only complaint is a lack of ventilation: none of the windows could be opened, and there was no fan in the master bath. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay.

St. Petersburg stop

We’ve been wanting to visit St. Pete to experience the shopping and restaurants. Looked into a fun place to stay and found this cozy cottage. It’s everything as described and more. Definitely recommend this for fun and romance. Easy walking to multiple restaurants and parks. Downtown is only a short Uber away. Owner’s are super responsive and very knowledgeable. Thanks.
