Bienvenue à Seven Wonders, Evans Head. Cette nouvelle maison de 4 chambres magnifiquement décorée impressionnera. Situé à Airforce Beach, c'est toujours une promenade ou une promenade raisonnable sur la piste cyclable pour les magasins, les clubs et les plages. Parfait pour la grande famille et bénéficiant de tout le confort moderne et d'un mobilier et de finitions de qualité, cette propriété vous fournira, à vous et à votre famille, les ingrédients nécessaires pour passer de bonnes vacances.

- Cuisine moderne entièrement équipée avec four électrique et plaques chauffantes, lave-vaisselle et tous les appareils

Evans Head est bien connu pour son style de vie détendu avec de longues plages vierges, une abondance de lieux de pêche ainsi que la pêche en haute mer à sa porte, un estuaire de la rivière qui offre un endroit sûr pour les enfants à la baignade et des plages pour tout le monde et sans oublier le légendaire pause surf!

Evans Head possède de fantastiques aires de barbecue publiques, des kiosques et des zones abritées dispersées dans notre belle ville. Il y a une piste cyclable qui s'étend d'Airforce Beach à Shark Bay, une piste de marche jusqu'à belvédère, un accès à la plage en 4x4 à Airforce Beach, une piscine couverte chauffée de 25 m, une salle de sport, des restaurants, des cafés, un club de bowling, un pub, RSL, des magasins de vêtements, des magasins de surf, Chimiste, bouchers, boulangers, supermarchés et plus encore.

Veuillez noter que le linge de maison, les serviettes et les torchons ne sont pas fournis dans cet établissement.

Le linge peut être loué à notre bureau pour une somme modique de: 30 $. 00 par reine et 18 $. 00 par célibataire.

Great spot for our young family!

We fit 2 young families in easily and will be staying again. Clean, tidy and quiet accommodation with all you need for a fun summer holiday. Missing some furnishings and the ‘frills’ but made our time less stressful when there was less for our 1-4 y/o toddlers to break. Convenient short walk to beach, bowling club and 1km to playground and shops. 👌🏼

Family short stay

House was good, Needs a few more basic things in it like a mirror in the bedrooms, a hairdryer. Was disappointed with not having the linen on the beds which I had ordered and paid for a couple of weeks before we arrived. I had to call around at night to get some.

Plenty of space in the living areas, large bedrooms, more than adequate storage, well placed windows to allow in light and fresh air. It is a great house for a family holiday, we will be returning next year.We had some wet weather, front yard was very boggy & muddy as there aren't any paths or a driveway.

We were pleasantly surprised with this property! While the other review is correct, and the property lacks creature comforts such as bedside lamps, throw pillows, pantry essentials and nice linen, it is clean, well-laid out, and a fabulous house for a family to stay at. In fact, not having meant furnishings meant we could completely relax without worrying about whether our kids would break stuff! We stayed with 2 adults and 2 kids, and the bedding configurations meant we could easily accomodate musical beds with young kids. The property had 2 bedrooms with a king size bed in each room, and 2 bedrooms each with 2 single beds in them. One main bathroom, and one ensuite made for very easy use as a family. A well-located house, right near pedestrian access to the beach, and an easy walk to town. Actually in a better location than some more expensive houses nearby as it wasn’t right near the 4WD beach access track! Don’t let the lack of recent photos on Google street view scare you off - it’s a brand new build, with a washing machine, dishwasher, 2 TVs, great deck (perfect for breakfast or afternoon drinks!!), fenced yard (again, perfect for young kids!!!) and very clean. Highly recommended - we’d stay there again in a heartbeat. My tips are to: BYO tea and coffee, milk, detergent, hand soap, laundry powder etc. Hire linen from the real estate agent. BYO pillow if you don’t like memory foam pillows. BYO beach towels.

So Minimalist

The house was clean and tidy and a lovely short easy walk to the beach. However, I've been staying in rental holiday accommodation for 40 years and this was the most unwelcoming and uncomfortable beach house I've ever stayed in. The house sleeps 8 but only 6 dining chairs. No bedside tables, no bedside lights, no kitchen or bathroom bins, one lounge suite that would sit three and two individual chairs so only 5 could sit in the lounge to watch TV. No coffee table, no rugs on the floors although there were rugs rolled up in cupboards, no outdoor furniture on the generous deck apart from a big table with bench seats (no backs on chairs = not comfortable for 60+ years). The coffee machine was faulty, the dishwasher was faulty and we had a plumber in to unblock the bathroom sink drain. And, although it was obvious the house was connected to internet there was no wifi for guests. And no driveways to get car off the streets and within the property fencing. Huge potential for this newish house, just make it a bit cosier and inviting!!
