Good value and nice location

The apartment was clean and the location is nice. We felt safe in the well-lit neighborhood and there is 24-hr security at front desk. The parking garage is secure, and although a little dirty and dilapidated, it's nice to have a guaranteed spot off the street and out of the weather.The couch is small and uncomfortable but we stayed over a holiday so probably stayed inside more than usual. The property manager is quick to respond and very courteous and helpful.

Great Place To Stay

We were looking for a safe place to stay with an elevator and off street parking and this place completely filled those needs. It was clean and comfortable and we will book this one again when we are in Philadelphia.

Safe & Comfortable located close to Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania

Very nice and comfortable stay in a beautiful historic building. Having safe and secure free parking attached to the building was a major draw! Not having to worry about finding a parking spot and paying additional parking fees in the city alleviated unnecessary stress. Our stay was due to a family member having surgery with a week long hospital stay at the nearby Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania. The property is conveniently located only 2.5 miles away from the hospital making it easy and affordable to Uber back and forth from hospital to apartment rather than drive our car and pay for parking. The property was safe, very clean, and comfortable to stay in. The property owners were easy to reach and always quick with communication responses. I would certainly stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

The host was extremely responsive, and offered very detailed check in instructions. Part of the reason the check in instructions had to be so detailed including videos on youtube is because the process was challenging. You have to find parking

Perfect location!

We went to see a game at Lincoln Stadium and everything about this place was perfect! One block to subway station which takes you right down to the field. The parking garage was a huge bonus and the place was charming and had everything we needed. Having Target and other shopping places next door was great also. Would highly recommend!

Awesome location and perfect size!

The apartment was in a perfect location and provide indoor parking which was AWESOME!!! We were able to walk and drive effortlessly to everything we did while in Philly! My wife said we would rent again next year on our return trip. The owner was great/flexible to work with. Our only feedback would be to possibly leave a small container / pack for dishwasher and washer/dryer.

Girls trip to see Patti

This property is great. It is exactly as described. It was myself and a friend who stayed the weekend for a Patti Labelle Concert. The apartment has a desk clerk that made us feel safe. It also offers parking in a secured garage. The area is great, very walkable to sights around you. Elizabeth was a great host and was available to answer any questions. We will definitely be staying here again on our next visit.

Very comfortable stay in this nice condo

Enjoyed our Thanksgiving stay in this Philly condo. Place was very clean and ready for our arrival. Check in was very easy. All communications before, during and after our stay were responded to quickly. Location is very good - Target, grocery store, and CVS nearby. Free parking was appreciated as it is hard to find a spot on the street. Would consider staying here again if we need Philly accomodations in the future.

Location was amazing. Target, Sprouts and Wine across the street. We were able to walk downtown. Michael was so easy to reach, as soon as I emailed him he got back to me within 5 minutes, much appreciated. The apartment had every thing a person would need when traveling.

Great apartment, convenient for exploring Philadelphia

We really enjoyed our stay in Philadelphia. The apartment was clean, conveniently located to explore the city, and had everything we needed for the 3 of us staying there. Elizabeth was super helpful, sending useful information and reminders and regularly checking in with us to see if everything was OK- which it was! Having a parking space was useful (and unusual for a city location) - once there, we mostly walked or hopped on the subway train to get around. I'd happily recommend staying in this apartment if you're looking for a convenient base for a few days in Philly!

Fun in Philly

The property was very quiet at night. The unit was clean, shower was great! The only issue is parking. There is no parking in front (even though it says loading zone). It is difficult to get things from car to the front desk area unless someone is with you. The garage spaces could be better marked. Also concierge will not open garage at the end of your stay, so you have to find somewhere to park and take fob back to unit. Street parking is very difficult.

Wonderful stay in Philly!

Had a great stay! The host was very responsive to all questions and super friendly. It’s conveniently located across the street from a Target, Sprouts, liquor store, and Starbucks. Short walk to the Italian market and close to City Hall. Also, a very short trip from the airport. The place is very very clean. The host offered to provide more kitchen supplies but there was enough for my needs, but I leave they were dropping them off once I left for future guests. Will definitely stay here again next time I’m in Philly. Really can’t beat having those stores across the street when you’re in a city! Thank you for a wonderful stay!!!

Wonderful Place

This is a great place to stay. Clean, both cozy and spacious, and has everything you need. Great location, in a nice area of town and conveniently super close to a train/subway station (as well as a Target and several restaurants). The apartment always has a front desk person working to check you in, watch the complex, and receive deliveries. Very appreciative of the parking garage that required a key, too. Personally I was fond of the black towel left in the bathroom to clean makeup off with. Netflix easily accessible, full kitchen, liked watching people go by out of the window, enjoyed seeing the koi pond too. And the property manager was very nice as well. If I were back in the area, I’d stay there again.

Enjoyed our stay!

What worked: Cleanliness; Condition of furnishings and appliances = very good. Located near bus and subway; 15 minutes from City Center (subway/bus) and 20 minutes on foot; washer and dryer in apartment; comfortable beds and nice bedding; free parking (worth a lot in this city); two bedrooms and two bathrooms (love that!); chic furnishings and decor; everything works well including appliances, TV, A/C, and WiFi; Secure building and parking (24 hour security on site); easy check-in (normally speaking; technology snags initially interrupted our communication about check-in a bit but that was easily resolved via VBRO messaging). Minor draw backs: Some street noise but generally quiet after midnight; path to parking lot is time consuming and tricky until the route is memorized (be prepared to walk up hill x 2 ramps or up several flights of stairs as there is no elevator in the parking building and free parking is on the 3rd floor); no coffee in apartment for 1st morning--rather sparse on amenities of that nature; location in that the building is right on the edge of the industrial district; we often passed loafers just outside the building as we came and went. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay here again as this apartment checks off many important boxes for us during our road trips.

Semaine de découverte

Cette appartement est bien situé. Il était très propre. Il aurait besoin d’un peu de peinture. Une des toilettes était défectueuse ( la clenche ne se relevait pas) . Il manquait de vaisselle , seulement 3 tasses. L’équipement de cuisine était très basique. Le lave-vaisselle ne lavait pas bien . On devait relaver la vaisselle. Nous avons passées une très belle semaine , s’était très confortable. Nous avons très apprécié le stationnement. Nous avons utilisé le transport en commun et beaucoup marché. Philadelphie est une très belle ville à grandeur humaine. Les gens sont très sympathiques et la nourriture est très bonne.

Great stay for Army-Navy weekend

This 2-bedroom, 2-bath unit with full kitchen and dining area and living room was perfect for our long weekend in Philadelphia. It’s close to the Ellsworth & Federal train station, so getting to the game at Lincoln Financial Field was simple and quick and inexpensive.
