Bienvenue au lac Courte Orielles! LCO est un lac acres alimenté au printemps 5139 avec une profondeur maximale de 90 pieds. La clarté de l'eau du lac est très claire. Notre chalet est situé sur le bord de l'eau sur un chemin privé calme idéale pour la marche, la course et le vélo. Il dispose de 235 pieds de rivage pour assurer la confidentialité. Cela comprend un quai privé avec deux chaises Adirondack pour se détendre à la fin de celui-ci. Ce chalet 1928 a été récemment restauré avec une place laveuse / sécheuse. Le gîte dispose de deux chambres, deux salles de bains et le salon dispose d'un foyer au bois et pour les options de couchage supplémentaire un refuge canapé queen avec un lit de plume est disponible. Il y a aussi un foyer et un grill. Vraiment un endroit unique de détente avec un aller retour en ambiance de temps.

Le gîte est proche de Hayward, Stone Lake et Spooner pour voyage d'aventures de jour ou de profiter de ce lac de premier ministre, par paddle, baignade, pêche, canoë ou kayak. Asseyez-vous et écoutez les huards appellent dans un endroit agréable.

Les activités hivernales sont abondantes aussi bien. Profitez du birkebeiner américain, de la motoneige ou de la raquette pour vous amuser!

Already rebooked for next year

This was our 2nd time staying at this cabin. Nicky was great with communication and responsive. Love the classic charm of the cabin and wood fireplace. Close to Hayward and the Birkie trails. Already rebooked our 3rd stay here for next yr.

Anniversary Getaway

The cabin and the neighborhood were wonderful. The sunrise on the lake was gorgeous. Everything was clean inside and communication with Nicky was perfect. The only complaint we have is that the nextdoor neighbor shot his shotgun every time geese would fly over the lake. It almost gave my wife a heart attack many times and scared the crap out of my dog. It happened quite a bit.

Hayward Getaway

The cabin was one of the best we have stayed at. The location on the lake was great with beautiful sunrises. The cabin was extremely clean, decorated very nicely with all the amenities of home. The dock was very easy to tie up your boat and close to good fishing. The host was wonderful to work with and very responsive to any questions you may have. Overall a 5+ for us.

Great Get Away

This was our second time staying at this lovely cabin and enjoyed it as much as we did the first time around. We had perfect weather so everyday we paddle boarded and swam. The spectacular blue moon was viewed from the dock which made the everthing look magical. Thank you Nicky for a fantastic stay and hope to come back next year.

Another wonderful week!

This was our second stay here and was even better than the first! The cabin is cozy, clean and is in a great location! We love the dock and beautiful, clean lake. Great fishing and restaurants on the lake! We will be back again!

Perfect Relaxing Getaway

We had the best time in Northern Wisconsin! The cabin was perfect for our needs. Nikki was great and responded quickly to any questions we had. We enjoyed the gorgeous view of the lake and bird watching from the deck. The loons were incredible!! We would definitely stay here again!!

Lovely winter stay

Very nice atmopshere making the cabin very cozy for our winter stay. Loved the fireplace. Spacious with lots of seating areas. Remember to bring your towels. Dishwasher is very slow so start it night before leaving. Hand soap is hard to wash off so might want to bring your preferred hand soap. Liked it so much already booked for next year's trip.

Short cabin weekend trip

Very responsive host. Wonderful kitchen and great view of the lake. About 15 mins drive to town. Would have loved a checkout later than 9 am as hard to get everything ready and out the door with a 2 year old. Also check in and out instructions are not as clear as other rental properties. Would also love to not pack all towels with us on our trip. Overall we would stay again

Cabin perfection!

This cabin was absolutely perfect! The inside marries modern comfort and amenities with classic quaint cabin charm. It was cozy, clean and adorable! The property had a great fire pit, excellent dock space and many great spots to sit and enjoy the lake. The owner communicated quickly when I had a question and was kind and very easy to work with. We had a wonderful week!

Lakeside home with great views (getaway for 4)

Owner was responsive. We had a great time and enjoyed the wildlife, fishing from the dock for panfish, grilling out and time spent in the crystal clear lake. Home is beautifully decorated with a wonderful stove/oven and comfortable beds and bathrooms.

Quiet and well designed

Best VRBO to date. Clean and beautiful cabin. Recently renovated. Nice appliances. Neighbors love the renter and nice people in the area. I highly recommend this cabin.

Breathtaking views and perfect cabin

The sunrise and sunsets from the cabin are amazing. The wrap around windows make watching it from inside a breeze. The cabin is well maintained and very much up to date. We docked our boat and enjoyed some fishing on the lake and yearly visit to Cranberry Fest! Great cabin and we hope to be back.

Wonderful rental cabin

My husband and I along with our standard poodle spent Labor Day week celebrating our 44 anniversary. The weather was outstanding. We rented a pontoon from M & M in Hayward. The price seemed high and could only offer a 22 ft, 11 seating , 90 horse Mercury. “A bit much for the two of us”. But they were prompt and knowledgeable regarding LOC Lake. For us the lake seemed endless, you could troll it the entire day. A lot of swallow areas so use caution. The renovation of this cabin was planned perfectly. High quality material’s used throughout and the lighting is very impressive. Motion detector outside, inside dimmer switches throughout making such a lovely experience. Bedrooms are small, had no problem with beds. And having two lovely bathrooms with clean smelling well water was great. The kitchen and living room combo with lake view amazing. Appliances new, countertops beautiful. With each passing day we loved this cabin more. Thank you for sharing this charming cabin.

Year 3 …

… terrific again!! A perfect cabin for two or four adults … so comfortable and well appointed. We love the three walls of windows to the great room, we love the wrap around deck, we love the open kitchen and living spaces. And outside? A sturdy dock, crystal clear water, and a sandy shallow bottom—fun for playing water frisbee—are perfect as well.

We spent our 40th Anniversary at this lovely property on Stone Lake. We were able to access the lake easily with our boat. The cabin had everything you could need!

My wife and really enjoyed this place! It is such a cozy, nice cabin located very close to the Lake! The cabin is in a beautiful area and is very convenient to all the places of interest around the area. We would highly recommend this place!!

Wonderful time

Our family had a fantastic time at this property and anyone who is looking for a lake home in the Wisconsin northwoods should have this property on their short list. Open concept, comfortable beds, upscale appliances, and just steps to the lake all made for a great environment. We brought our boat and the nice dock with bumpers was appreciated. Very shallow and sandy, great for wading and swimming. The property is also quite private with neighbors a fair distance away. We also took advantage of the great location and enjoyed activities in both Stone Lake (Stone Pub for lunch, Wetland Park, and The Whistle Punk for craft beer, coffee, and candy for the youngster) and Hayward (Hayward Bait, Angry Minnow brewery, West's Dairy for ice cream, and the freshwater fishing hall of fame). Only suggestion would be to have a gas grill on site. (Charcoal is nice, gas is simply more convenient). Thanks Nicky!

Marvelous getaway

We stayed at this delightful home on LCO during February. The winter is a spectacular time to visit northern Wisconsin. Skiing, snowshoeing, ice fishing. The cabin is beautiful and thoughtfully appointed with everything we needed. So cozy. We didn't want to leave...and will be sure to return.
