Grande 2 Chambre + Loft, 2 Unité Bath. 4 étoiles. 8-10 personnes confortablement. Rez de chaussée remodelé avec des planchers de vinyle, des comptoirs en granit, des armoires de finition, des plinthes et de la peinture. Chambres et salles de bains mises à jour avec de nouvelles peintures, plinthes et boîtiers !! Tout nouveau canapé de sommeil avec matelas en mousse à mémoire!
Profiter de belles vues sur les montagnes et les arbres de la terrasse surdimensionnée. Le condo a une cuisine complète avec nouvelle gamme, lave-vaisselle, micro-ondes et cafetière. Il y a un barbecue sur le pont, 4 télévisions dans toute la maison et beaucoup de jeux. Détendez-vous et gardez-vous au chaud près du feu sans allumer le bois toute la nuit avec un poêle à granules contrôlé par thermostat! Le complexe dispose d'un spa extérieur, d'un sauna et d'une table de ping-pong.

Mammoth View Villas est situé hors de Lakeview Blvd et une fois que vous arrivez n'y a aucune raison de revenir dans votre voiture jusqu'à votre départ. Il est à seulement 5 minutes à pied du village où vous pouvez accéder à la télécabine à Canyon Lodge et profitez de tous les commerces, restaurants et activités du village. Si vous ne vous sentez pas comme marcher la navette arrête juste devant le complexe.

Les condos à Mammoth View Villas ne sont pas les condos de style typique de l'hôtel 'comme un grand nombre de complexes. Il y a environ 10 marches pour arriver dans l'unité et il est à trois niveaux à l'intérieur. Il n'y a pas une au-dessus ou ci-dessous et un seul voisin sur le côté. Le condo est très calme et privé et il a une plate-forme plus de taille pour profiter de la vue depuis. Il y a beaucoup d'espace autour de l'appartement où les enfants peuvent jouer dans la neige et la luge!
En bas a deux chambres et une salle de bains. Le niveau principal a la cuisine, salle à manger et salon et a la deuxième salle de bains et mezzanine. Chambre n ° 1 a un lit king, Chambre n ° 2 a une reine et un lit double, il y a un nouveau canapé-lit avec matelas en mousse à mémoire dans le salon et le loft a un lit superposé sur deux lits superposés. Toutes les chambres disposent de la télévision par câble et et il y a le wifi ainsi.

Spring ski trip with family and friends.

Perfect location walking distance to the village. Great space, well stocked and very responsive host. Very clear instructions on how to use everything. I definitely recommend and would stay here again. Thanks for allowing us to use your home.

Clean and tidy place with challenging heater system

We liked staying at this condo because of its cleanness and all its aminities. It is very close to Mammoth Village (walking distance) and short driving distance to restaurants and beautiful lakes. Our only challenge was getting the heaters up and running and make the condo warm enough for us and for our toddler. The owner sent us a long instruction on how to turn on the heaters as a part of check-in information but we were not sure why they installed such a complicated heater system that is so confusing and needs a lot of focusing upon your arrival in a cold condo.

Great stay!

This place was the perfect location and it had everything we needed. It has lots of comfortable beds and a well equipped kitchen. We were coming into town for a mt bike race and were able to store our bikes out on the balcony which worked out great and felt very secure.

Awesome Location, Nice Place!

We had a great stay at this place. Perfect location within walking distance of the village. Didn't have to drive once, we walked everywhere after getting basic groceries. Very comfortable with all the amenities needed. Parking right in front of the unit for us which was awesome! Would definitely recommend.

Great Home Base

Even before we got to the property Erin the property contact responded in a timely manner to any questions we had. We got to the place and it was just what was described. We cooked one big meal and I was pleased to find basic kitchen tools and even a few good pans I could use. It had good ventilation with windows all over so it didn’t get stuffy in the summer with 6 adult men inside. Beds were up to date and comfy with extra bedding for the pullouts. The directions and rules were easy to follow and the property was a great place to end our long days out and about the eastern sierras. I would definitely stay here again.

Great base for day trips to Yosemite

This was a really great place to stay at for our group. Great location (walking distance to a brew pub and other restaurants). The main level is a great place to hang out, and has a nice open connection between the kitchen, dining and family room areas. Erin was great in being super responsive to my inability to turn on the cable tv (which was my fault as I didn't figure out how to turn on the cable box). We used this as our base to do some Yosemite day trips (beautiful 30 minute drive to the east entrance). Minor criticism that the frying pans were beat up and should be replaced at some point (I appreciate that this is a typical problem due to renters killing non-stick pans with metal spatulas). Definitely would love to go back and enjoy more of Mammoth and Yosemite. Thanks Erin!

Summer in Mammoth

Our family of 5 stayed in this condo comfortably. We had a couple questions during our stay and the owner responded quickly and was helpful and friendly. It was clean and stocked with everything we needed, besides a clothes iron, but we asked ahead of time and brought our own. The kids loved having the loft to themselves and games to play when we came back for the evening. It is an easy walk to the village from the condo and is located in a nice and quiet complex. We will definitely consider staying here on our next trip to Mammoth!

Mammoth Fun

We enjoyed our stay and found the condo to be perfect for us. The kitchen had all we needed to create healthy meals. The bedrooms are roomy and comfortable, with very comfortable beds. It would have been nice to have had a bathroom on the main floor but having to go down or up stairs helped us get our steps in for the day.. We did have neighbors who were doing some renovations but it wasn’t a problem as the units are so well insulated we hardly heard them working at all. The neighborhood was quiet which made it easy to enjoy the sound of the birds and with the main floor being on the second story you feel like you are living in the trees, very nice!!

Good experience.

Our family really enjoyed staying here. Erin was so helpful and answered all the questions I had. I love that everything is close by and in walking distance to the village if not there is a shuttle that drives around the area. Definitely considering staying here again in the future.

Perfect location, nice and quiet!

Overall, we had a really nice stay here. The owner Erin was very easy to get a hold of and responded quickly to any questions or concerns I had prior to and during our stay. The condo was very well equipped with every convenience you would need like extra towels, toiletries, washer/dryer, kitchen appliances, etc. We did notice a funny smell when we checked in, almost like wet dog smell, and the carpets are pretty badly stained and worn down. This rental property is NOT pet friendly, so I'm not sure where the smell came from. The other downside was that there isn't a bathroom on the main living room floor. So if you need to go, you have to either go upstairs or downstairs. Not a big deal, but just something to note. I would definitely consider this condo for our future stays in the area.

Cozy and decorated nice.

We had a great time staying here! Erin took care of us right away when we needed her! The only thing that bothered us was the carpet was a little dirty. But I know that its probably from the winter months. Maybe a little shampooing would make it better. Other then that it was cozy and we enjoyed our stay.

Great Place to stay !!

Cozy condo, comfy beds. Plenty of space for 3 couples to stay. Close to everything we needed and walking distance to the village. Condos are a bit hidden so no traffic coming through, area is very quiet.

My husband and I have lived in Huntington Beach, Ca our entire lives. We have been going to Mammoth since we were kids and are yet to find a mountain that we love more! In our early 20's we would drive to Mammoth every weekend in the winter & in 2007 we decided it was time to buy...

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

In 2007 we bought a studio+loft in the same complex. Soon after we had 2 kids and quickly started outgrowing it. In 2011 we decided to start looking for something bigger that would work for our family for years to come. We loved the layout and location of Mammoth View Villas condos so we decided to buy this unit.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

We looked at so many properties and we choose this one because of the layout and views. I wanted a condo with a cabin feel and this one was it! You look out to wilderness and beauty and not your neighbor next door. The other thing we loved about the condo is its location, location, location! Once we arrive in Mammoth we don't like to drive. We are a 3 minute walk to the Village and never have to fight the crowds getting a parking space.
