Quelle meilleure façon de profiter de vos vacances à Byron Bay que dans une spacieuse maison de 5 chambres à coucher située à proximité de la magnifique plage de Tallow's. Situé dans le parc Suffolk, à seulement quelques minutes de la baie de Byron, vous pourrez profiter de kilomètres de beauté préservée et des meilleures plages de surf et de pêche de la région.

La grande maison comprend une pièce à vivre ouverte sur 2 niveaux, de hauts plafonds, des planchers en bois poli, ainsi qu’une abondante lumière et une bonne ventilation. Le premier étage comprend une cuisine en acier inoxydable du chef bien équipée, une grande table de salle à manger et un coin salon avec des canapés en cuir et un lit de repos.

Les espaces de vie s'ouvrent tous sur une grande terrasse couverte exposée au nord avec barbecue à 6 brûleurs et une autre grande table à manger conçue pour capter la brise estivale fraîche. Il y a aussi une chambre de taille Queen, une chambre avec 2 lits simples et une salle de bain à ce niveau. Le rez-de-chaussée a trois très grandes chambres de taille queen. Sur les trois, on a un lit simple supplémentaire. Les trois chambres en bas sont desservies par 2 salles de bains.

Pour votre confort, quatre télévisions à écran LCD avec Austar sont installées dans quatre des cinq chambres à coucher. La télévision du salon est équipée du QI Austar HD.

La maison est entièrement climatisée / chauffée avec le haut débit gratuit NBN. Les ventilateurs de plafond sont dans la plupart des chambres et la maison est entièrement projetée.

Il y a un parking couvert pouvant accueillir jusqu'à trois véhicules dans le carport. La maison est isolée à l'arrière du grand bloc de 800 m² avec une piscine de 11 mètres entourée de jardins tropicaux.

Le club de golf de Byron Bay est à seulement 2 minutes en voiture.

Le village de Suffolk Park, avec sa fabuleuse boulangerie, sa taverne, ses magasins, son supermarché et ses restaurants se trouve également à quelques pas. Avec Byron Bay à seulement cinq minutes en voiture, cet emplacement est le compromis parfait entre toute l'action de la baie et la beauté intacte de la plage de Tallows.

Draps et serviettes de bain fournis et tous les lits sont faits avant votre arrivée. Sèche-cheveux sont fournis pour votre commodité, il suffit d'apporter vos serviettes de plage et un livre!

Family get together

The property catered to our family exceptionally well, the kitchen was great and the lounge seated everyone for the evening get togethers. It is centrally located to shops, pub, cafe and the beach. Highly recommended.

Family holiday in Suffolk Park

We had a fantastic holiday with our grown children, their partners and 2 grandchildren and 1 dog. The property was great for our extended family and very well equipped for a large group. The dog beach close by was an added bonus. All in all a wonderful place for family to get together

Walking distance to beautiful beach and fabulous local village with amazing food. House was fabulous, didn’t want for anything. Stayed for two weeks and definitely could of stayed longer. Will be back with some of my family next time

Beach House on Armstrong

Good property for our large family of 8 adults and a couple of kids. The heated pool was a bit chilly. Great location as an easy walk to the beach and local shops, bakery etc. Unfortunately the free to air TV did not work at all and the wifi is very intermittent. Not a deal breaker, but a bit annoying. Also the vacuum cleaner needs to be replaced, it just doesn't work.

Excellent Holiday Spot for families

The place was immaculate and close to the beach and a short hop skip and a jump down to Byron Beaches. The house was fully equipped with everything you could ask for - even down to sand buckets and pool toys for the kids to a fully set up kitchen. This house certainly met and exceeding our expectations of a great family stay. We can’t wait to have another trip to this location and stay at this place. It has a great homely feel and you feel immersed into the town even popping down to Suffolk Park bakery feeling part of the in crowd ordering your patisseries and coffee. Hands down best stay we have had on the coast in a long time. Cheers to the owners and management staff that look after this place - even made special with the Christmas decorations and tree put up for us over the holiday period. Regards, Nick

Amazing house!

We travelled from Canada to visit some family in Sydney and we decided to book the house for both families, 11 people in total and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Everything was PERFECT! We were greeted with a bottle of Champagne and box of chocolates, coffee & milk and there was even a Christmas tree! Nice details as we were spending New Year’s Eve at the house. Super easy check in, the wole house was spotless. Lots of sitting are in the living room and on the deck outside. Each bedroom has a closet and dressers, super confortable beds. The kitchen is fully equipped, with everything you may need and even more! Big BBQ. The Air conditioning, laundry (many rack to hang your clothes) fans and wifi worked perfectly. The pool was also cleaned and heated. Perfect location! Walking distance to the beach, shops, bakery, grocery and wine/drinks store which was very convenient being a big group. During check out we forgot our computer bag with all the passports and a very big amount of cash. We were contacted right away not only by the manager of the house but also by the owner to let us know. When a family member picked up the bag the whole amount of cash was in there. Very honest people. We will be forever grateful! I highly recommend this property and we will definitely book it again if we are visiting the area.

We had a lovely stay at the house. Lisa was an amazing host, checking in to ensure all was well and offering additional bits of information. The house is very spacious with enough space and bedrooms to comfortably accommodate our needs. We were impressed with all the appliances and extras in the kitchen. The kids were even able to bake muffins! We enjoyed our stay and I can highly recommend Suffolk Park and Lisa as a host.

Great hangout house

We really enjoyed staying here. Location was great, close to a surprisingly great little group of shops and restaurants and also close to the beach. A lovely relaxing house to stay in. One of the best bits was how well the house was kept with loads of things that made it an easy stay, like cooking equipment, pantry basics, bedding, gates for stairs so little kids don't fall down etc etc. Thanks to Lisa and team for setting it all up well.

Excellent Property!

We stayed here over New Year for a week and couldn’t fault it! The whole house was exceptionally clean and really well equipped. Lisa the host was very accessible from when we booked it and made everything very easy throughout. The house is in a great Location, so close to the beach. It was very quiet ( even on New Year’s Eve). Everyone in our group loved it, we can’t wait to go back this year.

Great for family groups

We had a lovely time making the most of the pool and the big verandah while staying here. Lisa was very clear and understanding in all communications and really wanted us to have a lovely time. Sitting on the day bed enjoying the gorgeous garden and sunshine was a favourite activity for many. We really liked how we all had our separate spaces as there were 3 groups of us but never felt on top of each other

Welcome to Paradise!!!

This was a special holiday with family joining us from the UK and this property was perfect for a large group people of varying ages coming together to celebrate Christmas. Lots of space and privacy with the bedroom set up so everybody could feel comfortable. Fabulous open living area and kitchen and kitchen kitted out with everything you need. The pool well we could not ever kids out of it and in a lovely lush tropical garden. Lisa was fantastic to deal with extremely helpful and went out of her way to make sure we were settled and enjoying our holiday! Suffolk Park is a great location, fab beach and only a 10minute drive to the hustle and bustle of Byron Bay and all that it has to offer! If and hopefully when the situation arises we would be back in a heartbeat!
