(5 nuits minimum NYE Week - 3 nuits minimum 1er janvier - 31 mars) Notre grande maison Killington est de +/- 5000 m². Feet Per Town Records (précis). Il y a un beau-appartement attenant avec 2 chambres, un salon, une cuisine complète et une salle de bain complète. Il y a aussi une salle de jeux de 600 pieds carrés avec une barre de 20 pieds. La maison est une retraite confortable toute l'année, au cœur de Killington. La maison principale peut accueillir 20 personnes dans des lits plus que confortablement !!
Ce qui suit décrit la maison principale.
1er étage:
Cuisine neuve avec comptoirs en granit, tous les appareils en acier inoxydable, un grand îlot central avec un réfrigérateur intégré. Il y a une petite salle de petit déjeuner au large de la cuisine avec une cheminée; Le concept de cuisine est un plan d'étage ouvert menant de la cuisine à la salle à manger. Le salon a une sectionnelle de bonne taille, 2 fauteuils, une cheminée et une télévision à écran plat. Il y a aussi un deuxième salon avec un canapé / lit et une télévision.

Chambre au premier étage: Il y a un lit superposé qui a un matelas plein en bas avec un jumeau en haut. (La chambre pour 3 personnes) est une tanière privée avec lit gigogne pour 2 personnes (5 personnes au total)

Salle de bain rénovée avec douche sur pied, nouvelle vanité avec comptoir en marbre et laveuse / sécheuse plus récente.

2ème étage:
Chambre au deuxième étage 1: Il y a un lit superposé qui a un matelas plein en bas et des lits jumeaux en haut. Il y a aussi 1 twin et 1 queen / full. (La chambre peut accueillir 6 personnes) Grand placard / Espace de rangement / Intégré

Chambre au deuxième étage 2: lit Queen / Master (2 personnes) Grand placard / espace de rangement.

Chambre 3 au deuxième étage: Il y a un lit superposé qui a un matelas plein en bas et des lits jumeaux en haut. Il y a aussi 2 autres lits jumeaux (5 personnes)
2ème étage
Grande salle de bain complète avec rangement

Niveau inférieur 4 lits jumeaux (Sleep 4) lit Queen peuvent être ajoutés dans la chambre supplémentaire

La belle-famille récemment rénovée dispose de 2 chambres (Queen - King - 4 couchages) salon et petite cuisine, salle de bain complète

Bar / salle de jeux chauffée de 600 pieds carrés - L'endroit idéal pour se divertir. Le bar mesure 20 pieds de long, 60 '' de télévision à écran plat mural / câble W et Bluetooth Hi-Fi audio / plafond / subwoofer / piédestal complet et table de ping-pong.

Owners were very accessible and helpful throughout our stay. The layout of bedrooms and bathrooms didn’t exactly fit the needs ofOur group - 4 families (each wanting their own bathroom/bedroom combo). There was plenty of space and the game room was great for our NYE celebration.

Skiing Vacation

Matt's home was super convenient to the resort and all the businesses/restaurants in Killington. There was plenty of space for our group of 2 families and the game room was a great escape for those that wanted a place to have fun.

We stayed here with a group of 18 and had plenty of room/were comfortable! Matt was very responsive. The location of the house is great and so close to everything. Would recommend!

Great time, very gracious host. Communicative and flexible to our needs with a big storm affecting our check in! House has charms and its quirks. Not a 5 min walk from house to life, but a 5 min drive. Great times!

Perfect Mountain House Minutes from Killington

Matts place was truly amazing for the group of 15 we had. Everyone got a bed (with several to spare). The hot tub was incredible. And Matt really thought of everything, when it comes to amenities and things in the house. Would definitely stay here again.

Friends' Ski Trip

Matt and Colin's place was exactly what our group of twelve 29-35 year old guys were looking for on a buddies' ski trip. Plenty of beds, great set up in game room, and close to the mountain and Killington's main strip of bars/restaurants. Would definitely recommend!

Perfect spot for a Killington group trip

This property is perfect for a group trip. From the location to the main road with shuttles easily able to pick us up to the Wobbly Barn, to a quick ride to the mountain, the location is great. There is even more space in the property than advertised, you could sleep 20 people in here easily if you wanted. The game room is great, and the kitchen is well stocked with what you need. Good communication with the host, we will be back!

Perfect for our Bachelor party weekend

This house was the perfect fit for my brothers's bachelor party. We had 15 guys total and plenty of space. We rented the whole place including the in-law suite and had a few extra beds. Living room was cozy, game room was a great hang-out spot and the rest of the place was nice. Matt was helpful throughout our stay. Definitely recommend this place.

We booked the house for new years get away with friends. The house was just like the listing…we could have actually had more people. We didn’t even use the inlaw apt. The host was very responsive! I would definitely recommend this house to others.

wonderful holiday break

Matt the owner is wonderful and friendly. Before our stay, he sent over many useful information and instructions. During the stay, he was super prompt in answering any questions we had. The property itself is a gem, has more beds than advertised, more than plenty room for our large group. The independent in-law suite was useful for people who needs a little quiet time. Kids enjoyed the ping-pong table a lot!

Great stay!

Every year we take our 2 boys and their friends skiing and this year we chose Killington. This house was exactly what we needed for 9 boys to enjoy themselves after a long day on the slopes! Plenty of beds, room to spread out and the bar/game room was a huge hit as well as the hot tub. They're already talking about renting this house again next year! Matthew was a premier host - so helpful and such a great communicator. Always available! He gave us so much information on the area for dining and other activities and answered even the smallest questions we had. Thank you for giving us a great getaway with wonderful memories!

Family had a great time

Like a big family, the property was complicated, rambling and ultimately warm and wonderful. It’s been renovated, but awhile ago. There is some mustiness and moderate wear that greets you upon arrival. But by the first night, neither was noticeable or an issue. The family enjoyed the space and we had a great time. The hot tub was glorious and immaculate. The kitchen and family room were magnets for our group. It’s slightly inconvenient to have separate in-law suite and garage/playroom entrances but it turned out not to be an issue in the end. We all had a fabulous time and that’s the point, isn’t it? The house is warm, clean and it will feel like home within a few hours.

Great house poor experience with owners

Had a great stay in this home for a ski trip with my friends. Everything was as expected except I thought you didn't have to walk outside to get to the "attached" in law and the game room, but you do, so I was a little disappointed about that but it worked out fine. After we left was when the real negatives started happening. Though we cleaned for hours and left the house in a good state the owners insisted that we destroyed the house. A bed broke from someone just sleeping on it but they would not believe that the bed could possibly be faulty and that it was a miracle that the person sleeping on it didn't get injured. They took our entire security deposit. I purchased an insurance policy that would cover this so I said if they would cooperate with me in providing the receipts I needed to make the insurance claim we would have no problems it would be a win win. They refused to send me the documents I needed and what they did send had destructive tenant damages written across the top. Because the insurance policy was for accidental damages(which the damages were) this would not hold up. Long story short if you want to keep your security deposit I wouldn't stay here. This was my third year renting a house in Killington off homeaway with this same group and I never had an issue getting the full security deposit back until this trip.

My business partner and I take pride in our house and offer the highest level of customer service as you will see in the previous reviews. In this case, there were several different factors that resulted in the loss of the security deposit. I was immediately called by my house manager following the departure of the guests. It was reported that house was left in disarray, several checklist items were not addressed and a bed was broken. I have pictures to support the claim. This was NOT a result of someone just sleeping on the bed. Since we live out of state, we have to pay additional costs to remedy any situation. All we ask is that our tenants leave the house in the same condition as it was when they arrived and to follow the checklist at checkout. It's as simple as that. The above review is not a accurate portrayal of the events that occurred.

House was perfectly set up for a large group trip. We are a group of 30 something’s and really enjoyed the main house, hot tub, party room and large number of beds. Also so close to the mountain. Highly recommend.

Ideal house for groups

Matt’s house was awesome. We had a group of 18 and there were still beds to spare. I would highly recommend to big groups as it’s less than 5 min away from Killington mountain and all restaurants and bars. We would definitely love to return again.

First Ski Trip Success

This was my children's first ski experience and we were joined by my Sister's family who has experience skiing. The house was perfect for all ages with all of the comforts of home. There is so much room and privacy. Location is perfect. Next time we will bring more people!
