Fantastic location on Killington Road! This interior connected duplex, offered as the entire house with 6 bedrooms, 4 baths is located at the shuttle stop, and a few minutes from the main resort base. Walk to some of the best restaurants and night clubs. Relax in large outdoor hot tub, or play with the arcade games, foosball, or pool table. Enjoy fast internet over the gigabit connection on the 75` TV (or one of several others), or go retro with the 80`s VHS and console game areas downstairs.
A large yet comfy duplex, refreshed in post-pandemic 2021. You will have the entire property -- both units (upstairs, ground floor, and finished basement), sitting on 1.1 acres on a prime location on Killington Road. This house is perfect for a large family or friends get-together for skiing, downhill mountain biking, Spartan racing, summer hiking leaf-peeping. There is a dedicated work space if you need to work remotely.
AC is provided via window units as needed in the summer.
You will have the entire property -- both units (upstairs, ground floor, and finished basement), sitting on 1.1 acres on a prime location on Killington Road.
We have smart keypad locks on the doors so you can come and go as you please, but we are available to help if needed. We`ll send you a complete guide to DoubleDen with key codes, wifi info, directions, guest information, and plenty of suggestions for things to do and places to go during your stay.
The property has beautiful undeveloped forest in back and to the side. If the folliage is thin, you can see the ski slopes from the back porch. The Back Country Cafe is directly across the street, and is known as one of the best options for Breakfast (or lunch) in the area. It is also the location of Surefoot Ski Shop, and the only shuttle bus stop on Killington Road with a scheduled pickup time, so you can be sure to catch the bus to the slope if you choose to. Easy walks to The Foundry, Peppino`s, iPie Pizzeria, and many other destinations.

- The bunk beds (should you choose to use them) have attached ladders to access the top level. In renting this house, you agree to hold the owner harmless for any injury, other harm, or death resulting from the use of the ladders and bunk beds.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm - 8am. We use Minut, smart home technology that measures volume levels throughout the property and allows us to respond to noise nuisances without disrupting your stay. Minut is 100% privacy compliant and is required on this property. If you have any questions, please ask. We are committed to your comfort so please let us know if we can do anything during your stay to make it more enjoyable.
- Our entire home is non-smoking (e-cigs included). You may only smoke outdoors. There is a $500 fine for smoking in the house.
- The fire pit must be attended at all times when burning a fire. At the end of its use, extinguish the fire entirely.
