Récemment construire et moderne. La maison a été créé avec une incroyable attention aux détails. Il dispose d'un plan d'étage ouvert avec un salon-salle à manger et une cuisine entièrement équipée avec des appareils en acier inoxydable et marbre comptoirs. Cette maison a magnifiques planchers de tuiles à travers et de belles finitions. L'intérieur est entièrement meublé avec tous les articles choisis personnellement, y compris des matelas de qualité, draps et serviettes. TV à écran plat LED dans le salon et chaque chambre. salle de jeux spacieuse avec table de billard, air hockey, baby-foot et fléchettes. Un grand espace idéal de bonus pour tout rassemblement. Un grand espace pour divertir! Buanderie avec laveuse / sécheuse complète. La maison est soulignée par une piscine personnalisée avec une exposition sud extra-grande piscine et un spa. Pool a toutes les fonctionnalités avancées, y compris une lumière UV qui pourrait être géré par le contrôle à distance. Great property for a family vacation!

This property was just as described! The property manager ALWAYS responded to any questions I had accurately and in a timely manner! Check in was a breeze! I would definately stay here again and I would also reccomend to other small families

A Great Choice

Communication is top notch and the house is everything described in the listing. It was perfect for our family of 5 (with extra room if needed). Our only critique would be the listing doesn’t accurately describe the cost of heating the pool per day. However, their quick communication and flexibility fixed the situation. Heating is definitely worth it if you want the cozy hot tub! It’s far enough outside the city not to be crowded, but close enough that travel wasn’t an issue. We would definitely stay here again (kids agree)! Perfect for the price.

This is a lovely villa but when we arrived few things not right. The paving by pool is all.coming up and full of weeds. There were 2 rusty sunloungers The dining chairs full of rust and one broken not nice to sit and eat at. This is a 4 bedroom.villa. its lovely inside but not looked after outside. No ironing cover on ironing board. Sorted in two days but should have been on it We also saw a cockroache in bathroom. .we bought spray but took 2 days to get someone out to just spray like we did. we did after 7 days get asked of we wanted to leave and get money back .. but it was too much hassle then. For $3500 for two weeks i expected the outside area to look like the photo on advert The villa is owned by a company which i didnt realise thought it was a lady called angie but she did what she could but just not as good as we expected for price. We usually book with vrbo and villa has an owner.. i will keep eye out for this next time

Disappointing

Our check-in was seamless and that was good! The location of the property served us well as we frequented the Disney parks and activities along Hwy 192. Perfect location for us! Sadly, we paid for pool heat that never worked and even after chatting with management over email, nothing changed. I expect a refund for this invoice that we had to pay up front. The BBQ is a disaster and I would never use it to cook a meal! Spend a few hundred dollars and replace it! The drapes in the primary bedroom fell off the wall as I opened them. The pool filter system is leaking and there is huge amount of water between the houses. The bar stools are ready to be tossed. As one review mentioned, they are in bad shape....they are! The owners supplied more pans and pots, so that is good. Sparse plates and utensils for 8 people though. We managed, there's a sink to wash and a dishwasher while we are out. The pool enclosure has one entire section of it missing a screen. Pretty hard to keep birds and bugs out with that gapping hole in the unit. Management claims to paint the premises twice a year, but it looks like it hasn't been touched in many years. There are no knobs to the kitchen cabinets or drawers, why?? Just makes the paint come off when users have to try and open them. The "white" leather couches are pathetic as far as cleanliness goes. We bought some leather cleaner to make them acceptable. In the end, it wouldn't take much to bring this up to standards. Why not do it?

Nice getaway

Over all a great house to rent. We definitely could of used more towels. There is no wash cloths or hand towels. When booking please make sure your prepared to pick items you’ll need. Pool and hot tub are great, definitely pay extra to heat them it’s well worth it. Air hockey table didn’t work and pool table is wobbly but that wasn’t a big deal to us. We would definitely stay here again

Great home for our stay, company could have better communication

The home is exactly as pictured. Very clean and spacious. My kids loved the pool and stayed in it practically the whole time we were there. It had a few pots/pans to cook in but if you're planning on cooking a big meal you might want to bring a few of your own. Overall, it met all of our needs and was close to Disney/Universal (30 min). We made the drive to Legoland from here and it was only an hour, so it's pretty centrally located if you're looking to do any of those things. Check-in process was fairly easy (they send you a gate code and code for a box that has the house key). When we got there one of the neighbors was having a party and had parked their guests in the driveway to the home we were staying in. We spent the first 10 minutes trying to get ahold of someone to see how we should address the issue but none of the customer service phone numbers worked. (They sent contact info in case of emergency, but the number wasn't a working one). Another neighbor was outside and suggested we go knock on a different neighbors house to see if the vehicles parked in the driveway were theirs and luckily they were and they moved them quickly. The only other issue we had was that the outside garbage cans were full from previous guests use when we got there and getting an answer for what to do with our trash when we left was difficult. The leasing company is very responsive through email, which is a plus, but it would've been nice to be able to call a person to address these issues more easily. All in all our stay went well. A few things to note while staying here: 1) you have to put # before the gate code when entering otherwise it doesn't work. (This is something that would've been beneficial to know beforehand) 2) The driveways are small and you cannot park covering the sidewalk or any part of the grass or you will be towed!! A tow truck periodically goes through the neighborhood looking for vehicles to tow. 3) There are no trailers allowed in this gated community. So if you're planning on taking a boat, you won't be able to stay here. Again, they will tow it! If you're ok with using email as your primary source of contact it's worth it to stay!

Beautiful Home. E-mail conversation lost in junk mail made some confusing issues.

Overall nice place. Wish I had read all fine print ahead of time. Would have been nice to use pool. May want to add that into rental pricing instead of having to request ahead of time. This was one of the things my family really wanted to do since we had just come from the snow. Having game area in garage was nice, but need updates air hockey table worn so that there is little air coming out. Couldn’t figure out how to open oven ( must be safety latch) we just reheated leftovers in microwave Overall we really enjoyed the home and would recommend your business. Thank you
