Weâre feeling lucky to have spent a month in Bozeman at the iconic Misco Mill loft. Owner Shaw and property manager Tammy couldnât have been more gracious or more helpful. The light-filled loft is spacious and comfortable, and the Millâs location is the perfect strolling distance to some of Bozemanâs, if not the country's, best food. Thank you to our hosts for making our first visit to Bozeman and Montana so memorable!

Great 5 weeks- kitchen well stocked, large kitchen table perfect for gathering my family & friends for meals or spreading out my work, large his & her closets and comfy couches to watch the Phillies & Eagles. Our host Shaw was available & friendly.
Shaw couldn't have been a more gracious host. The apartment was sparkling, large, bright and more well equipped than one would expect! It's hard to find more superlatives to describe this wonderful place! We hope to come back again sometime in the future!
Month flew by! Space is outstanding and perfect for sharing with friends or family. Bakery, coffee shop and pop up pizza right on same block. Easy access to downtown and to highways to head to the mountains.
My husband and I stayed at the Misco Mill unit for a few months and it will always be one of the most comfortable accomodations I've ever had the pleasure to stay at. The apartment itself is clean, comfortable and beautifully constructed. Location is wonderful - within a few blocks of downtown Bozeman and right across the street from an amazing coffee shop ,bakery and deli. All this and still within a reasonable drive to Big Sky, Bridger, Yellowstone and just about the every outdoor activity you can image. Shaw is an amazing and attentive host-we never had an issue and his dog, Fanny, will win your heart.
Shawâs Mill was incredible! Walking distance to anything youâd want to visit (I was able to get by with no vehicle for 5 weeks!). The space is gorgeous with plenty of room. Cosy, well appointed, and in the heart of Bozeman.
Plenty of hiking, breweries, and restaurants nearby.
Shaw works on the property and always greets with a smile!
Loved my trip and will absolutely be back to visit again.
We absolutely loved our stay at the Misco Mill and would 100% stay here again. We lived at the Mill for two months and enjoyed every minute of it. the location is wonderful: close to good coffee, baked goods, and staple restaurants, minutes from Main Street, three blocks from wild trails for beautiful hikes and runs, and nestled between several wonderful city parks. Shaw, who owns the place and runs the gallery downstairs, is a warm and authentic guy and was always around to help. Kerry, the property manager was generous with her time, flexible, and communicative. Our kids, 5 and 8, loved staying in such a unique space. And the time and attention that Shaw, his brother, and his dad put into converting the Mill is evident in every little detail. We can't wait to return!
Enjoyed our time here at VRBO, didnât enjoy the football game though! Great location, comfortable and unique. Pictures donât do it justice... better in person! Will try and book again when we come to town!
We loved staying at this special property! Tammy was so accommodating during the booking process and the actual property was so amazing! It was super clean, comfortable and spacious, along with being so unique! We were able to meet the owner Shaw and his adorable pup Fannie in his studio and it made it even more special to see Shaw's artwork and know how much love was put into redoing the loft. It is close to downtown and lots of restaurants and shops, but quiet also. We have always traveled through the Bozeman airport, but now it will be a destination of it's own! We will definitely stay at this property again. Wish I could give it more stars!
I lived in Bozeman several years ago, and I always try to stay close to downtown. This location was perfect! The condo itself was in perfect condition, tons of room, and just beautiful. It is such a cool property. I really love the development in this part of town. The best coffee shop, bakery, and sandwich shop are right across the street, plus an amazing brewery is maybe 3 blocks away. We brought our bikes and easily got around town, plus took the new trails to Map Brewery. I love visiting Bozeman, and look forward to staying here again.
The property is located in a converted mill with art galleries on the first floor. The property was immaculate upon arrival and the decor was artistic and tasteful. Location is across the street from coffee shop, bakery and deli. Short walk to other restaurants and breweries . We would definitely stay here again in Bozeman and will recommend to friends.
My wife and 2 girls traveled to the area for a family wedding and needed a comfortable wide open place to unwind after a long day of activities and travel. This place achieved those things and more. Great LOCATION, with great local food especially the Wild Crumb we also really enjoyed the Open Range a local restaurant a short walk to downtown
This was the first visit for our family of five to Bozeman. We had a fabulous visit and this property was the perfect place to stay. It is an interesting space architecturally - clean, comfortable, well appointed and well located. We loved being across the street from Treeline Coffee Shop and Wild Crumb Bakery - and 8 blocks from downtown. Canât wait to come back and stay soon!
We stayed in this VERY NICE home while in town for a wedding. Excellent location.
One of the owners cordially greeted me one of the days. Felt welcome.
This place is fantastic! Next to a coffee shop and bakery, pizza place close by, great neighborhood. Comfy beds and beautiful kitchen awaits! Iâd come back in a heartbeat!
Perfect location and plenty of space for our family of five. Loved the cozy gas fireplace and comfy beds. The large wood kitchen table was perfect for our Thanksgiving meal! Everything we needed to cook and serve. Owner provided the only thing missing - a hand mixer when requested. The kitchen area is much larger than it appears in photos. Woke to s wonderful blanket of white on the day we ere leaving. Picture perfect! Bozeman has plenty of lovely restaurants and cafes - Highly recommend Wild Crumb Bakery, The Salted Caramel, Little Star Diner and Blackbird! Nova Cafe for big Breakfast! We plan to return to the mill when visiting our son at Montana State over the next few years! Thanks Tammy for all your help and communication!
Amazing loft close to downtown BZN.
Very spacious , handcrafted build out and a gallery of the most beautiful furniture downstairs. Across the street Treeline Coffee Roasyers and Wild Crumb Bakery.
The owner very accommodating with fireplace start up . Thank you and I will be back â€ïž
Great apartment in a lovely Bozeman neighborhood; plenty of hiking nearby
Gorgeous apartment, funky neighborhood with great food options, close walk to historic downtown. The apartment was modern and spacious, plus well insulated. We did not need the AC but were glad to have the fans on a few hot days.
Tammy, the property manager, was flexible and easy to work with. The galleries downstairs (one of which is owned by artist who owns and rehabbed the building) were well worth a visit.
Great base for hiking in Yellowstone, the Bridgers,Spanish Peak Primitive Area, Hyalite and Bozeman Creek trails
The owners of this building, Sam, Nate and Shaw- a father and two sons, started remodeling this historic grain elevator in 2001. It has been a long road of renovation but the end product is something wonderful. Most of the work was done by the owners and reflects the skills of their solid backgrounds in construction and design.
