An amazing Log Cabin in a perfect location, 25 mins from Bozeman, minutes from Bridger Bowl & Cross Cut Ski areas. Summer or Winter you will love this place. The tranquility of mountain views, and the privacy the sloping hillside of trees around the back deck makes this such a perfect peaceful setting. Simply relax in the hot tub or take advantage of the hiking/biking trails, fishing or skiing. Hardest decision at the end of the day is picking a spot to relax, we have so many.
A few things to note: -4 wheel drive is REQUIRED in the winter and spring! (This is Montana, lots of snow during that time of year!) -There is limited cell service in the area, but we have Starlink internet that allows you to use your phone as normal. -There is wildlife in the area, we provide bear spray, but please be animal aware at all times.

This was such a cozy, quiet cabin. No wildlife seen on this trip. Enjoyed the fireplace and each room was easily temperature controlled to our liking. Enjoyed our stay!
Had a great time with my family. Saw wildlife each of the 4 days we were there. Very quiet, fantastic views, spacious and clean, and all the amenities we needed. Close to Bozeman (30 min scenic drive).
We had a wonderful stay over Christmas week. There was even a Christmas tree put up for us. We have stayed in many homes all over the world and decided this was probably one of the most well stocked and appointed homes we had ever stayed in. Great attention to detail. We tried the cross country skiing at the bottom of the mountain and loved it. Highly recommend. We had hoped to see a moose but unfortunately did not. We did see many deer and lots of other tracks through the new snow daily. This was our first time in Bozeman and those views cannot be beat!
Our stay was wonderful! The windows in the front of the home are perfect for animal watching-which we did each morning! Location was remote but still close to town.
The house and property were beautiful. My family really enjoyed and were able to explore the mountains. The poperty is relatively close to the city and some ski resorts. Truly relaxing. Would definitely recommend. Wish we would have more time to stay!
The host, Liz, was amazing. Definitely open line of communication. She is very accommodating. The cabin was clean and had so much stuff available. It was cozy. I would definitely bring my family back to this location.
We had a great time! It was close to ski resort. Had lots of room for us to spred out. The kitchen was well equipped. Lots of towels. Especially loved the provided robes and flip-flops for the hot tub!It should be noted that there is no cellular reception in the house and the provided WiFi is spotty. This wasn't a big problem for us but if you need to be in communication a lot plan ahead.
I love the location; it was very quiet. I felt that they did a very nice job on providing everything that we needed for our weekend for the spartan race. thank you very much, would love to stay again and would recommend it to a friend.
This was such an awesome cabin to stay at for our weekend skiing. It was clean, with great views and good communication from the host. Loved the hot tub and spa robes/sandals as an added touch. And so close to the ski resort!
Loved the location of the cabin and especially the drive up from the White Sulphuric Springs exit through Clyde Park and up the mountain. The cabin was clean and had fun decor and a cute bear theme. Would definitely stay again!
We had a lovely stay and thoroughly enjoyed the views, hot tub, organization, and comfy beds! Communication was also great and weâd highly recommend staying even for just one night! Looking forward to our next stay!
My wife and I celebrated my 60th birthday in Montana and this vacation could not have been scripted any better! Liz is an absolute delight to work with and her cabin in the woods goes beyond words - she thought of everything anyone could ever need! The location, the scenery, the amenities - all perfect. We do look forward to visiting again. Do yourself a favor if you need a personal reset: book this log cabin - and trust us, the busy time of life will stop just enough to appreciate all the joys in this great world of ours!
Beautiful home in the country just outside of Bozeman
The house was beautiful, and it had a lovely mountain view from the wall of windows in the main living space. We loved the pellet stove. So easy to operate and no need to drag in wood from the garage. The bedrooms were spacious and the king-sized beds and mattresses were comfortable and provided a great night's sleep. We also enjoyed the late-night dips in the hot tub. We would definitely stay here again. The Christmas tree provided an extra-added touch of warmth to the space. Can't say enough about this place. It was simply divine!
We came to celebrate me and my twin sister's 50th birthday and enjoyed our stay. Everything was nice and clean. There was everything that we needed to cook dinner, etc. The only thing I didn't pay attention to is there is no AC. Luckily, we weren't there during the day as it was very hot. We were there on one day that they said was the hottest day in the US. Enjoyed picking beautiful wildflowers. It was a great vacation!
Beautiful property. Quiet and secluded, yet within 15-30 minutes from amazing hikes. Highly recommend Fairy Lake hike. The back deck was peaceful place and front view spectacular. Had a sweet little deer visit daily. Communication with property owner and manager was great. Nice and comfortably decorated . Would highly recommend
My wife and I decided to take a vacation for just the two of us to celebrate our 50th birthdays later this year. We both have always wanted to visit Montana with hopes of visiting Yellowstone and the opportunity to just enjoy the scenery and see some wildlife. The Bridger Bear Paw Cabin was the perfect getaway! Close enough to town for easy grocery trips but secluded enough to really enjoy the outdoors. Beautiful scenery, historic landmarks and nice hiking trails are a short distance in about any direction you want to go! During the trip, we were able to see numerous mule deer, turkeys, a couple of mountain lions and a black bear...... and that was just what we saw while at the cabin!
The cabin was clean, spacious and set-up very well. The patio was very relaxing with a fire pit, grill and a hot tub just off to the side. Across the road from the cabin was a nice hill that proved to be a common crossing for wildlife. The huge windows in the main room provided a perfect view of the area as the wife and I spent a lot of time looking for animal activity at dawn and dusk each day! This trip was just the two of us but there was easily room for several more!
The owners provided great communication and were very attentive.
I would highly recommend this cabin to anyone interested in visiting the area and I hope that we get the chance to visit again someday!
My family got everything we hoped for and more from our stay at Bear Paw. We wanted a week to enjoy the Montana outdoors and wildlife. The cabin had frequent wildlife including deer, fox, elk and even a family of mountain lions! Once in a lifetime sighting.
The cabin was great - clean, great space for family connection and great sleeping arrangements. Our host answered any questions about the property and Montana when we needed them.
Hope to stay sometime again!
I have put my heart and soul into my property! I truly believe that my property is more than just a house, it is an experience just being there. I hope you can see that and enjoy it! The beauty of Montana cannot be put into words or pictures- you need to experience it! I hope you can come and enjoy our home, make memories with your loved ones, and go on all sorts of Montana adventures!
Peace, tranquility, and views! You have neighbors, but cannot see them from the property. The 1/4 miles private dirt road to get to the house, must have 4 wheel drive in winter and shoulder seasons.
