Visible depuis la maison, le chemin de roulement est à quelques pas dans la rue. Une commodité imbattable pour votre séjour et vos moments du centre-ville de Saratoga. Cette maison de 3 ans avec 5 chambres et 3 salles de bain complètes possède toutes les commodités, construite en 2013 spécifiquement pour accueillir les amateurs d'été de Saratoga. Détendez-vous sur notre terrasse pavée, ou cherchez un abri contre la chaleur estivale dans notre grande salle climatisée. Tout ce que Saratoga a à offrir est à quelques minutes de notre maison, y compris le "Racino" (à distance de marche également), le parc d'État de Saratoga Spa et les bains / ressorts Roosevelt, le Saratoga Performing Arts Center (SPAC) et le majestueux lac George.

Amazing house with the best access to the track!

This is a fantastic house! We loved the layout(so open and plenty of space!) and decor and cleanliness and could not believe the thoughtfulness and kindness of the owners! The master suite made my parents feel extremely special with its adjoining bathroom and walk in closet. The closeness to the track made it really convenient to get people to and from the fun. Thank you Todd so much for helping create the race weekend of our lives!!!

Home away from home!

Great place to stay for a decent size family getaway. Lots of space for everyone and welcome areas to hang out. So close to SPAC, the track and downtown Saratoga that there's something for everyone nearby.

Birthday celebration

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Everything we needed was provided. I would suggest modifying the listing to say Charcoal Grill in stead of grill. Also the Pin for the garage should be provided as part of the Check In information. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to stay in Saratoga.

Spacious and accomodating!

We stayed here with a few family members for the weekend to see a concert at SPAC. The house was perfect. Nice and big, very clean, and in a great location. The owner Todd was just the nicest. He was always available if we needed anything and really made sure we could kick back and enjoy our vacay. Would definitely book this house again when we come back to visit!

Ideal place to stay in Saratoga Springs

This is a great house and location. We had everything we needed for our weekend stay. We loved the layout of the house especially the master suite.When we arrived the cleaning crew had just left and the house was spotless. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect place for a family getaway

Family stayed here for a big DMB concert weekend, and we had a blast! The house was exactly what we needed: roomy, clean and close to everything in and around town. Highly recommend!

Great space for a family of 10

We were in town for a family wedding in the area. Great location to downtown Saratoga. House was well appointed with dishware, glassware, etc. We glossed over the fact that bath towels were not included with the rental, but Todd did help us out by delivering some to the house. Towels would be a worthwhile addition to the amenities. Would be an ideal location for track and about 1 mile to Broadway. We enjoyed our stay.

Will rent again

My family, friends and I had an amazing time. The house had more than enough room for 10 of us and a dog. The house is close to the racetracks and 5-10mins driving distance to downtown and other places we wanted to visit. Todd was very responsive and available via email. If I will be in the area again, I will definitely rent the property again. Thank you

Perfect location!! Very nice accomidations!!

The home was clean and loaded with everything my family and I needed. Very nice and quiet neighborhood. Great location. Within walking distance of the racetrack and just a 5 minute ride from downtown. Be sure to bring your own towels, no towels are supplied. I would definitely stay here again.

Close to everything and perfect for our family!

We loved this almost brand new home. It had everything we needed, lots of space, 3 bathrooms!! The biggest walk in closet we have ever seen. We could see the track from the front yard, close to downtown, we barely had to drive at all. We will definitely be back next year!

FABULOUS!

Easy walk to the track or to downtown Saratoga! Clean and updated house that fits many with plenty of parking spaces! Great outdoor spaces as well! Our entire family enjoyed this home. The open concept kitchen/living room made socializing as a large group easy and pleasant. We enjoyed having our morning coffee while relaxing on the front porch as well. We would definitely recommend this home and the owner was very responsive and accommodating.

Our family and dog really enjoyed our stay at Todd’s house. The house is nicely located and well taken care of- quick walk to track and close to town. The house has all the necessities. Owner was very accommodating and responsive to any questions we had. Would definitely like to rent it next year!

Really nice new house with lots of space for gathering

Everything was so nice and the space was generous and great for family reunion. Three (3) full bathrooms worked so good with 12 people.... the only bad thing is that everyone complained that the beds made noise and were squeaky, plus they were uncomfortable- like cheap mattress. That’s why I’m giving 4 stars,

Wonderful house!

We came to Saratoga for our daughter's wedding and decided to rent a house instead of lots of hotel rooms. This house was perfect. The bedrooms are all great and I really loved that two of the bedrooms were downstairs as my parents stayed with us and have some mobility issues. Home was spacious enough for us all to be comfortable and be together. There was also plenty of seating around the table and outside, which was perfect. We had a few minor issues and Todd was terrific at getting them resolved. Not really a drawback, but we didn't know that bath towels were not included in the linen provided. Todd offered to bring some over, but we decided to just buy some. We had a great time and loved the house.

Perfect Location! Great House!

Great house located within walking distance of downtown Saratoga. Had a great week! Would definitely recommend this house to anybody. Hopefully we will be back again next year!

Lovely home, perfect for large family or group!

We rented this home for three weeks in June. It was perfect for our group. Everything was immaculate! The location is great for visiting all that Saratoga has to offer. The neighborhood is quiet and quaint. This new house with all of the amenities is a wonderful change from some of the older properties. We will definitely return next year!
