Le propriétaire considérera la location de moins de 7 nuits. Situé à seulement 2 pâtés de maisons du Saratoga Thoroughbred Raceway! Visible depuis la maison, le chemin de roulement est à quelques pas dans la rue. Une commodité imbattable pour votre séjour et vos moments du centre-ville de Saratoga. Cette maison de 3 ans avec 5 chambres et 3 salles de bain complètes possède toutes les commodités, construite en 2013 spécifiquement pour accueillir les amateurs d'été de Saratoga. Détendez-vous sur notre terrasse pavée, ou cherchez un abri contre la chaleur estivale dans notre grande salle climatisée. Tout ce que Saratoga a à offrir est à quelques minutes de notre maison, y compris le "Racino" (à distance de marche également), le parc d'État de Saratoga Spa et les bains / ressorts Roosevelt, le Saratoga Performing Arts Center (SPAC) et le majestueux lac George.

Fantastic rental

We had a large group visiting Saratoga for a long weekend - the house, access to SPAC, access to racetrack, and the village were great!Big thanks to our host Todd for preparing the house and everything we needed for the weekend

Wonderful Stay

Home exceeded expectations! Comfortable, clean and spacious accommodations. We had everything we needed. The home is in a quiet residential neighborhood and just a short, easy walk to the track. It is also walkable to downtown for dining, shopping, bars, etc. We walked everywhere during our stay from this location. The host was very responsive to questions.

Great weekend in Saratoga

Overall, the house was in great shape. Pictures were as advertised and the location near the track couldn’t be beat. The outside area with cornhole and chairs is a nice touch too! Todd was responsive to all inquires and ensured we had all the info we needed. We would definitely stay here again if we returned to Saratoga

Home away from home!

Great place to stay for a decent size family getaway. Lots of space for everyone and welcome areas to hang out. So close to SPAC, the track and downtown Saratoga that there's something for everyone nearby.

Perfect place for a family getaway

Family stayed here for a big DMB concert weekend, and we had a blast! The house was exactly what we needed: roomy, clean and close to everything in and around town. Highly recommend!

Very nice house in a great location

The house was very modern and updated. The neighborhood was quiet and a very pleasant short walk to town. Overall a very nice stay. We will definitely look to book again next year.

Ideal place to stay in Saratoga Springs

This is a great house and location. We had everything we needed for our weekend stay. We loved the layout of the house especially the master suite.When we arrived the cleaning crew had just left and the house was spotless. We would definitely stay here again!

Close to the track

Great location nice home good people to work with. Just a couple things that need attention,one would be the gas grill only 2 of the burners where working and needs a good cleaning,the tub on 1st floor drains really slow. Would definitely stay here again.

Spacious and accomodating!

We stayed here with a few family members for the weekend to see a concert at SPAC. The house was perfect. Nice and big, very clean, and in a great location. The owner Todd was just the nicest. He was always available if we needed anything and really made sure we could kick back and enjoy our vacay. Would definitely book this house again when we come back to visit!

Amazing house with the best access to the track!

This is a fantastic house! We loved the layout(so open and plenty of space!) and decor and cleanliness and could not believe the thoughtfulness and kindness of the owners! The master suite made my parents feel extremely special with its adjoining bathroom and walk in closet. The closeness to the track made it really convenient to get people to and from the fun. Thank you Todd so much for helping create the race weekend of our lives!!!

Birthday celebration

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Everything we needed was provided. I would suggest modifying the listing to say Charcoal Grill in stead of grill. Also the Pin for the garage should be provided as part of the Check In information. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to stay in Saratoga.

Great space for a family of 10

We were in town for a family wedding in the area. Great location to downtown Saratoga. House was well appointed with dishware, glassware, etc. We glossed over the fact that bath towels were not included with the rental, but Todd did help us out by delivering some to the house. Towels would be a worthwhile addition to the amenities. Would be an ideal location for track and about 1 mile to Broadway. We enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful house!

We came to Saratoga for our daughter's wedding and decided to rent a house instead of lots of hotel rooms. This house was perfect. The bedrooms are all great and I really loved that two of the bedrooms were downstairs as my parents stayed with us and have some mobility issues. Home was spacious enough for us all to be comfortable and be together. There was also plenty of seating around the table and outside, which was perfect. We had a few minor issues and Todd was terrific at getting them resolved. Not really a drawback, but we didn't know that bath towels were not included in the linen provided. Todd offered to bring some over, but we decided to just buy some. We had a great time and loved the house.

Will rent again

My family, friends and I had an amazing time. The house had more than enough room for 10 of us and a dog. The house is close to the racetracks and 5-10mins driving distance to downtown and other places we wanted to visit. Todd was very responsive and available via email. If I will be in the area again, I will definitely rent the property again. Thank you

Perfect location!! Very nice accomidations!!

The home was clean and loaded with everything my family and I needed. Very nice and quiet neighborhood. Great location. Within walking distance of the racetrack and just a 5 minute ride from downtown. Be sure to bring your own towels, no towels are supplied. I would definitely stay here again.
