There is no excuse for sticky floors, dust inside the home, or other cleaning issues, and I have already addressed your comments with our property management team to ensure this does not happen again. Over the years we have been fortunate to receive 90 guest reviews, with 89 being perfect 10/10 so this experience is clearly not representative of the standard we strive to provide. Many of our guests come back year after year. While I don’t know what went wrong in this instance, I take your comments seriously and appreciate you bringing them to my attention. As a gesture of goodwill, I will be refunding your cleaning fee. I wish I had known about the issues during your stay, as our property management team is typically able to respond very quickly—often within an hour—to resolve concerns. I also provide guests with my personal phone number so they can contact me directly if they are ever unable to reach the management team. Had I been aware of the situation, I would have done everything possible to make it right while you were still at the property. Thank you again for your candid feedback.
