Located just one block from the gondola and chair-lift 7, nestled amongst shady trees, is a unique offering in the town of Telluride. Heritage House is an exquisite townhome in the center of Telluride. Enjoy the greenbelt for year-round walking, running, cycling, in-line skating, and other recreational activities. You have all of Telluride's best restaurants and activities right at your fingertips, as well as the luxury of having access to world-class slopes and trails from your front porch.
As soon as you arrive at Heritage House, you'll notice the sigh-worthy views of gaping canyons and jagged mountain ranges that abound this home. You'll find a classic living room that boasts a traditional mountain feel, this space is equipped with white walls, timber floors, and large windows that capture glorious scenic views. The living room boasts a spectacular fireplace and a regal selection of vintage seating options.
A traditional country-style kitchen with a large island bar, dishwasher, and microwave offers plenty of stainless steel appliances so you can feel like a chef. There are plenty of granite countertops here that allow you to cater and entertain during significant social occasions. The kitchen is also equipped with a four-burner stovetop, grill, and a wide oven.
There is a second living area past the kitchen. This designated lounge area has a gas fireplace embedded in a gorgeous stone wall with cozy furniture sprinkled throughout. The lovely, comfy, old-fashioned loungeroom is the place to relax and unwind.
