This apartment is built on two levels. The entrance leads to the living/dining room with plenty of comfortable seating, cable TV and patio doors to a terrace. The adjacent kitchen is fully equipped with all modern conveniences including microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and fridge/freezer.


There is one bedroom on the ground floor. Bedroom one has a double bed and fitted wardrobes. This bedroom is serviced by a nearby shower room. Bedroom two is on the lower ground floor with double bed, en-suite bathroom and doors leading to a terrace.


Outside there are two terraces to the front and back of the apartment. On the larger terrace is a private swimming pool and sun loungers. The second terrace has a dining set with views over the Vale do Lobo resort to the sea beyond.


Located just a few minutes walk from Vale do Lobo's Tennis Academy where for a small local charge you can use the communal pool. Vale do Lobo's Praca with it's bars, beach and restaurants is a few minutes drive. Garrao beach is within walking distance as is the resort of Dunas Douradas.
