Gordon Cottage is a gem!

The accomodations are quite comfortable. The kitchen has all the necessities for eating on the property. The beds were quite comfortable.

The location was great. We felt safe. The property was very nice. The bedrooms are on the second floor and the stairway is very close to the bedroom doors. It was fine for us, but I caution travelers with young children or mobility issues.Thanks for the great stay.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The staircase railing is not high enough to the top of the stairs that are steep & shallow. The master bed is very hard and pillows were uncomfortable. Full bathroom is on the 1st floor needing to go downstairs to use in the night was difficult. TV is Roku with small monitors in master bedroom and living room. Looking through apps, felt uncomfortable that it offered to charge different peoples credit cards to watch different channels. How to delete the history? Kitchen pots for cooking are scratched nonstick set I wouldn’t use for scratched nonstick coating. 1 outlet for coffee machine in the kitchen doesn’t function so moved it to a different outlet. Toaster was too small for bread didn’t want to heat the oven to toast bread so kitchen would benefit from a convection toaster oven. Unsure if icemaker was intended to be turned off as bar was up and empty so lifted the bar to stop making ice. This felt like a 1st time home for a college kid. Next time I’ll look for something nicer with functional amenities. I brought my own shampoo, conditioner & soap. I bought a box of trashbags for the kitchen and was surprised there is no trashcan or recycling containers in the kitchen. Great that it has a hairdryer & iron.

Such a cute place! So comfortable and quiet. Just enough room for 4 adults, even with one bathroom.

Nice condo

The location is perfect, and the condo was great too. The only thing to note is that the stairs are unusually narrow and steep, with the bottom few being different heights, too. Tricky for the kids to navigate, but otherwise we were really comfortable during our stay.

In town for Natl Beta Club Convention

Would definitely stay here again. Suited our needs just perfectly. Location was wonderful. Parking was a plus. I had read all of the reviews so I knew what things were not in the kitchen and brought them myself , such as a cookie sheet.

Great trip to Savannah

We loved the location. The stairs made me nervous but my 3 year old was fine with it. Heads up- bathroom is downstairs. Off street parking and back patio could have used some sprucing up but overall we loved having that space. Proximity to the park was perfect. We ended up driving to the river front but could have easily caught the bus. We would recommend the location and rental.

Excellent location, very clean and modern

We loved this accommodation! Very roomy for two people, great location near Clary's and several squares. It was quiet. It was clean & comfy. One tip: the bedroom facing the street has a LOT of natural light, so bring an eye mask and you'll be golden. Decorations are great and there are several good photo opp areas in the house. A family of four could easily stay here.

Charming Cottage

Cottage location is perfect and accessible to downtown and riverfront. Quiet street and walkable to parks and market. It's perfect for a short stay. Bedding was a little uncomfortable. (need upgrading)
