 C'est l'emplacement! À quelques pas du cafĂ© du village et du Hub et Ă  quelques pas de la plage. Notre propriĂ©tĂ© 2 chambres 2 salles de bain magnifiquement mis Ă  jour offre un thĂšme cĂŽtier et plan d'Ă©tage ouvert. Un canapĂ©-lit queen-size et un lit queen-size auto-gonflable EZ rendent cette maison confortable pour une famille de 8 personnes. Des comptoirs en granit, des appareils en acier inoxydable, une cuisine entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ©e et une machine Keurig ajoutent Ă  la sensation de cette maison. Master suite avec salle de bain complĂšte, grande salle Ă  manger familiale donnant sur le canal. Profitez de griller, de jouer Ă  un trou de maĂŻs ou de pĂȘcher sur le canal. N'oubliez pas vos furbabies non plus. Cette maison est extrĂȘmement favorable aux animaux domestiques. NOTE: La zone du canal est un espace partagĂ© avec notre autre emplacement - UnitĂ© A (VRBO # 1077749). Besoin de plus de chambres? This house was amazing location and pet friendly, which was something that was very hard to come by in this area. Plenty of space for me and my husband and two kids. The pool was great. We didn’t mind sharing with the neighbors at all. It was nice to encounter others as they came along. Everything was super clean new and updated. Lots of light in all the different rooms like little cozy corners to hang out in. The bedding was super comfortable, though the master bedroom could’ve had a larger bed. It was also super nice to have a bath as well as a shower in case the kids wanted to clean off in a tub. Having hardwood and tile throughout really helped with the dog I didn’t have to worry about having a mess anywhere. Highly recommended we would stay again.

Very convenient location

Older property but well maintained. Plenty of room with a large dining area. Loved the pool. Short drive to the beach - just a little to far for us to walk. We forgot to bring our chairs so really appreciated the beach chairs that were provided. We loved having restaurants and music within a short walk.Family was very happy with this property and would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful location

The location was absolutely wonderful we rented the golf cart but honestly we would not have even needed it. Space was open, with plenty of room for our guests. Only downside was on our last day the housekeeping was there at 8:30 opening the garage up and definitely rushing us to get out, when checkout was at 10. We had a late flight to begin with so our plan was to leave around 950 but they started coming in the garage when we were all in there doing laundry etc.

Great Pool

Great large pool which we had almost exclusive use of during our stay. In the heart of the village, with great access to restaurants and groceries - but was surprisingly quiet.

Siesta Key

The house was wonderful, very clean & perfect location, literally steps away from the village. The beach just a 10 minute walk, they had everything you needed. The pool was a plus if you didn’t want to go to the beach all day.I would highly recommend this house. We definitely would come back.

Return Stay for our Girls Trip

This was our second time staying at this home. We just love the location and how close it is to all the restaurants and stores in the village. It’s a small walk to the beach, but not terrible. It was so clean and comfortable for the three of us that stayed here for our annual girls trip!

Great location

This was an amazing location! Minutes from the village and a 5 to 10 minute walk to the beach. Private driveway was a bonus. Property management was very responsive when needed. We would definitely book this property again.

This house was beautiful and in the best location! It was walking distance to the many shops, restaurants and the beach! We enjoyed our time and if we ever return to siesta key I'd definitely stay at this place again!!

Great Location & Accomidations

The property was great! Very close to the village with shopping, dining and beach. We enjoyed the nightly Veterans Ceremony at Patriots Beach. We will definitely be back. The rental comes with a wagon and items for the beach such as an umbrella, chairs and towels.

Close to town hot spot

We had a great time! The house was a great location and super close to downtown siesta key. The only issue for us as parents of young kids; was the noise from the teenagers riding around bumping their bass. That kept us up several nights:( The pool was great! My kids loved it. I do however wish there was a direct door from the unit to the pool. We had to walk around to side of house to enter. Overall it was a great vacation:)

Location is the key

While visiting Siesta Key, no matter what your preferred activity is, you will spend a lot of time in the Siesta Key Village. This rental is ideal for 3 major reasons, location, cost and comfort. You are literally 2 minutes, or less, to the Village, allowing you to benefit from the many early morning offerings like breakfast, coffee and croissants or walking the beach (it’s 3-4 minutes away). At night you walk to the beach for sunsets and enjoy the veterans tribute and flag lowering. Cost wise it’s very competitive and 4 adults were very comfortable. Our pet ShiTzu loved it too!! A major plus is the management group, Bonnie and Bob were wonderful to work with.

Overall, the property was great. Very clean and a great location. Managers were very responsive.

Overall, this was a great property. Very clean, the pool was awesome and the managers were very responsive to any of our questions. The only problem was the lack of access to the pool from the back of the house. You had to go out the front door and around to the back. We ended up tracking in a lot of dust because of that since there were shells in the front yard. I could see the access being a problem if you had small children needing access to the bathroom. Loved this house otherwise.

We really enjoyed our month long stay. The location is great, within 100 yards of a sushi/thai, pizza, ice cream and two very good breakfast spots. Although we were very close to the village, noise was never a problem. The pool is great and we used it almost every day because the red tide was pretty bad. Neil the owner and Bonnie the property manager were very responsive and helpful. I would highly recommend this place and would of booked for next year but already taken.

Great great great!

We loved it here this is the 2nd time we rented in this neighborhood. We love being able to walk everywhere & the people who live in this “hood” r very friendly & pleasant. We r planning to return next yr to rent this house. Had everything we needed, plus. Loved the beautiful pool too. Comfy beds & plenty of linens.
