Profitez de vacances reposantes avec votre famille dans cette magnifique maison au bord de l'eau avec une vue imprenable sur le lac Keowee.

Cette spacieuse maison de 3500+ pieds carrés avec 4 chambres et 3 salles de bain complètes dispose d'un plan d'étage ouvert avec de très grandes fenêtres donnant sur le magnifique lac Keowee. Terrain en pente douce vers l'eau.

Le niveau principal dispose d'une chambre (lit queen) et d'une salle de bains avec douche à l'italienne, d'une grande buanderie, d'un grand coin salon (avec télévision à écran plat, lecteur DVD et radio), d'une cuisine entièrement équipée, d'un coin repas et d'une terrasse couverte avec un grill et un foyer.

L'étage a la chambre principale (lit queen) qui a une fenêtre en mezzanine donnant sur le coin salon inférieur. Aussi la salle de bain à cet étage a une grande baignoire à jets pour votre plaisir. Ce niveau a également son propre coin salon donnant sur le magnifique lac Keowee.

Le niveau inférieur comprend 2 chambres séparées et 1 salle de bains. Une chambre a deux lits superposés et l'autre a deux lits queen. Ce niveau a également son propre coin salon, avec un ordinateur et une table de billard parfaits pour les enfants ou les adolescents. Il y a aussi un grand quai dans lequel vous pourrez amarrer vos bateaux (si vous le souhaitez).

Le lac Keowee est situé au pied des magnifiques montagnes Blue Ridge. Les activités du lac incluent la natation, le canotage, la pêche, etc. et il y a des sentiers à couper le souffle pour faire de la randonnée dans la région.

L'université de Clemson est à seulement 25 minutes et la ville historique de Seneca est à 10 minutes.

• C'est une excellente location pour les matchs à domicile de Clemson Football et les grands événements comme les remises de diplômes.

Clemson game weekend stay

Great house for family attending Clemson-Citadel game. Plenty of beds for our group. We loved the lake views and some of our group even cold plunged and enjoyed the canoe. A great house!!!

Family Fun at the Lake

Our family wanted a lake front property within an hour of Greenville SC. This property was perfect. The screen porch was our favorite place to gather for breakfast and for games in the afternoon. The walk to the dock was super easy and we made frequent use of it. We appreciated putting a family on each of the three levels of the house. The closet with a twin mattress was perfect for our granddaughter to be near her parents. The kitchen was well equipped but a little tight for six adults. We made great use of the gas grill on the deck. The host was kind enough to provide fresh fruit, snacks, and even a dozen farm fresh eggs! The entire group agreed we would book this one again!

Wonderful Home on Lake Keowee

As many have stated, the pictures do not do this home justice! Everything was perfect, especially the screened porch overlooking the lake! This was the perfect spot to stay for our son's graduation from Clemson. The home is well equipped and spacious. I cannot say enough about this listing! The host is fantastic as well. We'd love to come back for a longer visit someday!

Wonderful family time

Super equipped kitchen. Multiple refrigerators. Very clean property. Nice neighborhood. Comfortable beds for all eight. Lots of gathering spaces. Kayak and canoe were great to have. Feels secluded but close to grocery. Pool table and ping pong kept us busy.

Excellent stay

This house provided us with a perfect stay for a gameday weekend. Check in/out process was very convenient and the view of the lake was amazing. The free snacks were a nice touch too. Also, the cleaning lady Fay came as we were leaving and she was such a pleasure to talk to.

Great getaway!

Our group had so much fun here! Plenty of space, everything was clean, it’s an awesome space! The host even has snacks out, which was perfect for people in our group making a long drive in. 10/10 would rent again!

Fun football weekend

Stayed at Leena's home again this year for Clemson football weekend. It’s perfect for our blended group of friends and family. Spacious. Leena was quick to respond for our request to check in early. Fresh fruit and snacks available in the dining room are a really nice extra. Views are beautiful of the lake. Great neighborhood to take a walk. We will be staying again soon!

Lake keowee getaway

My husband and I stayed with our three grown children and son in law. The home was the perfect size and the view was incredible!! We watched the sun rise every morning directly across the lake and right in front of the home-beautiful! We arrived early and it seemed to be no problem for the cleaners (thank goodness). The house was very clean and very well stocked with anything a family would need to start their vacation! Awesome trip!!

Perfect place to relax

Fantastic home with tons of room for a large extended family gathering. There is everything you need in the kitchen. We really appreciated the canoe and kayaks. Very ample supplies of towels, bedding, papergoods, etc. The owner is extremely responsive and made this a no-stress stay. This was our third time staying here and we will be back again!

Perfect lake getaway

This was our second time staying here and we would definitely go back again! The house is well stocked with everything you need and had plenty of room for our group. The dock is great for swimming in the lake or parking a boat and the kids enjoyed the pool table and ping pong table. Overall a great stay!

The perfect lake getaway

The pictures in the listing do not do this property justice. The house is beautiful and the views are breathtaking. Make sure you see the sunrise at least once. 3 levels split with the kids bunk bed room downstairs is great. The screened in porch was awesome. I've never seen a VRBO kitchen stocked so well. The grill needs to be replaced soon, but that was the only complaint we had all weekend. Can't recommend this house enough.

Great house!!

We LOVED this property!! Yes, the decor is a bit dated, but the pictures truly don’t do this house justice. It’s much bigger than the online pictures show. I’ve stayed at quite a few rental properties and this was, BY FAR, the best equipped I’ve stayed in. It had all the necessities and so much more. Great towels, nice bedding, hand soap, dish soap, shampoo, conditioner-even baby shampoo in the upper room for our toddler. We played ping pong, pool, used the kayaks and canoe. The dock was great for our boat. The kitchen had EVERYTHING! Blenders, crock pot, coffee makers, coffee, and plenty of dishes/silverware and knives. It was VERY clean. The neighborhood was great to walk around and the neighbors all so friendly. It’s not a long drive to the town of Seneca. I would highly recommend this, and hope I have a chance to visit again soon!
