East Bay Hideaway - Attached Cozy Studio - Navarre

Nestled in Navarre, this pleasant studio offers a cozy retreat for guests seeking a comfortable stay. With one bedroom and a clean bathroom, it provides just the right amount of space to relax. East Bay Hideaway is a private attached studio located at the back of our property, connected to our main home. The home itself is a single-story ranch-style cottage surrounded by beautiful old oak trees that give it a peaceful, coastal feel both inside and out.

The studio has its own private entrance, tucked behind the main house at the end of the driveway. Guests can enjoy the cozy, coastal cottage décor, with soft colors, natural textures, and plenty of sunlight streaming through the trees.

While the space is attached, it’s fully self-contained and private, offering a quiet and comfortable place to relax. You’ll likely hear birds in the morning and the rustle of oak leaves in the afternoon breeze — the perfect setting for a restful coastal getaway.

There is a 2-mile walking loop around the whole neighborhood. The people in the neighborhood are very friendly.

There are two very friendly dogs that live on the property that are separate from your indoor and outdoor space.
You’ll have full access to your private studio, entrance, parking area, and a cute courtyard separated by a wooden fence.

When you arrive, just drive behind the main house all the way to the end of the driveway — that’s your private parking spot. From there, head through the gate with the friendly turtle on the sign, and you’ll find your own private entrance to the studio. It’s easy to find and gives you a peaceful, tucked-away spot to settle in and start relaxing right away.

Take a relaxing walk or bike ride along the 2-mile neighborhood loop — perfect for soaking up the charm of old Navarre.
