À propos de cet hébergement

Cette maison de ville de deux chambres à coucher est située sur les plages de sable blanc de Navarre Beach. Bien que notre unité ne soit pas directement sur l'eau, le golfe n'est qu'à quelques minutes à pied. Venez profiter de l'atmosphère décontractée et tranquille du complexe de Sugar Beach Condominiums situé au bord du golfe. Notre lotissement dispose de deux chambres, chacune avec une salle de bain privée et peut accueillir confortablement 6-8 personnes. La piscine chauffée (rénovée en 2018 et chauffée de mars à novembre) est située à quelques pas de notre porte et notre maison de ville se trouve à quelques pas de l’accès privé à la plage. Les besoins de la plage sont satisfaits avec des équipements supplémentaires tels que des serviettes de plage, des chaises de plage, un parasol et un kayak. Nous avons tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour une escapade relaxante!

Nous avons également une autre unité dans ce condominium (782452) si votre famille veut plusieurs unités dans le même complexe.

Steps Away From Paradise

This is my 2nd time staying in this condo! It is clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a week's stay! It is steps away from the beautiful gulf! The owner was quick to answer questions and even had the condo ready for our earlier arrival time! We loved our stay!!

Perfect weekend getaway

We found the property to be just as described. It was well maintained and stocked well. We especially liked the quick walking access to the beach.

Perfect Escape

Clean, very short walk to the beach. Beds were super comfortable. There were lots of extras including coffee, spices, snacks, beach towels, beach chairs, and other beach gear! Will definitely return.

This property is a quiet little townhome. It is close to the pier and in walking distance to a couple restaurants if you don’t want to drive. The complex is nice. I loved having the wash off at the townhouse instead of at the walk over. This way you didn’t have to track sand back from across the parking lot. If you pass on this place because it isn’t as “fancy” as some of the newer places you are definitely missing out. When I come to the beach I don’t come because a place is decorated a certain way or has new fixtures etc. (not saying this townhouse wasn’t decorated nicely) When I walk in I want it to be clean smelling & looking, no visible signs of uncleanliness. This place absolutely meets all that & more!! It was homey. If I had to complain about anything it would be that I ran out of hot water too quickly! (but I take a hot shower- and we ran both showers at one time) We will be back when we choose to come without our RV & stay on the beach.

My rental unit was kind of last minute I was able to get in for the five days that I needed and I was so happy with the unit! Everything was there that I would need - the owners have thought of everything! The unit was clean and just perfect for me! Thank you for a wonderful stay. I definitely will be back.

Beautiful condo!

This townhouse was perfect for the four of us! It was spacious and the beds were really comfortable! It was well stocked- lots of towels and the kitchen had everything we needed! We even grilled out a couple of nights! The beach is just a short walk and the pool was beautiful!

Relaxing time at the beach

A comfortable, beautifull decorated condo, close to the beach and close to grocery stores. Beautiful beaches; peaceful in the off season. The accommodation was everything and more we could hope for.

Perfect getaway!

My family and I decided to get away at the last minute for Thanksgiving. We are so glad we did! We found the condo perfect for us four! Communication with the manager was always quick. We loved it so much we asked for an extra night!

Property not kept up for the price. You are being charged for “COVID” cleaning (for the property management to make more money) and it’s not clean!! The return air conditioner vent was very filthy and the “master bedroom” fan speed high was a maybe a low speed on an up to date fan. Master bathroom shower curtain had mildew on it, the window curtain panels in the master bedroom needed to have at least two more over the window to help block the evening sun since the fan didn’t help keep the heat down. Just very uncomfortable trying to sleep. Mold in the kitchen cabinet above the stove / vent hood. The vent hood did not have light bulbs in it and was very dirty and rusty as well. Most of the light fixtures were missing light bulbs. Stated there was an ironing board but no ironing board when we were getting ready to have family photos made we had to iron clothes on the floor. The house wasn’t technically clean when we arrived the tile in the entrance was full of sand and when I bent over to pick something up for my one year old in front of the television there was dust bunnies all under the television cabinet. I had to clean the both showers before my children could shower thank goodness I packed pinesol. The refrigerator ice maker wasn’t hooked into the water line and I didn’t know that until the next morning when I was getting ready to go down to the beach and we didn’t have any ice. The kitchen isn’t fully stocked with utensils or cookware / bakeware. All in all I would not recommend this property to my enemy until it was updated and had some TLC at least not for the price!!!!
